Great little auction with friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is the customer pickup area outside the guard shack. Its filled with potholes, some big enough to swallow a small car.
Car was easy to find and everyone was helpful
Bought a vehicle online on OVE, condition report was inaccurate. Michael B in Arbitration was of no help. Wouldn’t recommend this location, I am used to Manheim backing up their condition reports but here I am stuck with a $1500 bill out of pocket.
Great place to find a car
Love this place! Your employees are so friendly and busy. Thank you for supporting the community, including me. :)
Good deals
It was ok took a little time to take care of business
I have been to more Manheim locations in the United States than I can count on all my fingers and toes and never have I been to one whos overall attitude of their employees is worse. If they are all trying to avoid their jobs that bad they should shut their doors and stay in bed!
I love it there all kind of cars
Its one of the better Manheim that Ive been to
Went her with my sister for parts
Very nice first time experience, had a charming young lady who took care of me.
In addition to those, Ive had numerous other smaller problems - such as but not limited to: floor prices not being put in at all/or put in at the correct amount, condition report or lack of condition report requests being put in incorrectly (ie in reverse of what I want), additional fees being charged WHICH ARE INCORRECT and not accurate (so keep an eye on your invoices or youll probably pay a bit extra), evening gate hours being changed randomly so when you show up to pick up a car you have to come back the next day instead, occasionally cars on their property being messed with, andddd the list goes on....!!!!Do I really need to come in and HOLD ALL THE EMPLOYEES HANDS, making sure they do their job properly??? What a disgrace!!! Its mind blowing how much stuff theyve got wrong for me (more than has been right, I can assure you of that!) and thats JUST ME - what about the other thousands of dealers nationwide??But, when Manheim makes A KILLING charging Buy + Sale Fees on every car, Condition Report fees, Sale Day Wash Fees, an additional Internet Satisfaction Fee (for internet sales - BOTH to buyer & seller!!), PSI Fees, Cash Payment Fee, etc, and contracts out the auctioneers to minimize employees & overhead - plus plays favorites with large new car stores and high volume dealers, they simply dont care about customer service or ANYONE -- just the bottom line profit margin. Which is sad really!!! Shame on you Manheim!!And now, Manheim wants to focus more on digital sales - so buyers cant even see & inspect the cars theyre supposed to be spending money on??? HAHAHA WHAT A JOKE!!! NOPE, NEVER DOING THAT!!!While I will say: to deal with them is basically a necessary evil as theyre the largest auction nationwide, and most dealers dont have much of a choice - it would sureeeee be nice if they upped their customer service & attention to detail immensely!! I guess thats my dream for the future, similar to Martin Luther King Jrs dream I guess.... maybe one day....Until then: I wonder what the next fee they will come up with will be?? Perhaps like the commercial, a fee fee. Or possibly a fee to enter the premise on sale day/an entrance fee. Or maybe start charging to park in their lot to attend the sale? Only time will tell which way this goes....Thanks for reading and be careful dealers!Note: these experiences above have been at several Manheim locations across three states, not just one location in particular.
Security officer named Oshauna = terrific. I picked up a car there last Saturday afternoon and, because it was my first time and because there was confusion in the paperwork, I really needed help unraveling and clarifying the situation.Enter Oshauna, a security officer working at the entry/exit gate. She went out of her way to help me and, because of her, I was able to get things straightened and was soon on my way. She is smart, kind, organized, in charge, and extremely helpful.Manheim - New Orleans (Sidell) is lucky to have her.
Very nice vehicles and the set-up is very organized
Good place to buy used cars
Great vehicles get a dealer license and come on down
They have a better quality of cars, my husband frequents them
Easy
Great you can pickup until 10 p.m.
Beware, terrible experience. Tried to sell a car and it was vandalized on their lot and the keys were lost/stolen. Lost a lot of money repairing the damage while the vehicle was in their possession. Management admits fault but is hesitant to compensate me. Will pursue suing them asap!!!
The best for care deals
Great people a little confusing at times but overall good
Very unfriendly group of people that work there!!! I was trying to get information about the auction and it was like WE busy and dont gave time for this
Closed gate at 10....talk to the right person you can get your cars pulled for you (transporter friendly)
Filthy location, no real order to the place
Had fun visiting here
Havent been there
I believe this auction is the very expensive action an United States do not buy a car from them
They steal parts off the cars
Great cheap cars
Trying to make it happen.
