I came in this morning and I completely forgot how to have my mask on and the guy behind the counter named Gio reminded me I needed a master come in so I went back to the car grab the mask. Then on the way in Im guessing its a regular customer whos always there drinking their coffee who wasnt wearing a mask. Then I asked them shouldnt he be wearing a mask. Geo the worker behind the counter said why dont you go tell him something. I know I made a mistake by forgetting to put on my mask but it has to go for everyone else as well. Even if youre a regular or not.

Went to buy a whole pizza guy refused to cook it. Called 7 eleven down the street they told me to go to their store they helped me no problem. Your store is lossing money with someone who doesnt care. Please retrain or get rid off this person 1/5/2021 12:30 am

If you use the rewards for 711, every cashier, cancels any saving you may obtain. The warning: around 1005pm, today, there was a guy and three girls behind the counter, didnβt look like they work there, called a worker uncle. Problem is that the male was talking near the food in those heating ducts with his mask under his chin, not covering his mouth. I seen covid working in the hospital and, apparently, they do not know how bad things can get, are complacent or do not care. Talking release droplets from your mouth...

I love getting coffee for $1.00 . I get 2 cups every morning, one for my sis,, fixed how WE like it, NOT how they think is best.
I call to speak with a manager. They ask who I am. I can hear them fumble around saying theres a Dominic on the phone. Then they put me down and dont pick up the phone. Keeping me on hold for 20 minutes then it gets silent. I hang up call again and the line is busy for 20 minutes magically. I call again they do the same exact thing. This is not acceptable for a business employees to do this to anyone. I would like to owner of the store to respond
Horrible service. Went in to buy some Gatorade and was trying to pay with my card, the cashier had told me that her machine was acting up all day and it might get declined, sure enough it did. Then another lady comes up, she had dirty blonde hair kind of short, and tells me its getting declined because I have no money and everyone else was able to use it. (Right after I was told that that specific machine was acting weird all day) She then proceeds to tell me to try it at the other register and said it was going to get declined again cause I didnt have money. We try it again at a different registar and it goes through. Why the heck are they telling me I dont have money when their machine has been acting up? Get your stories straight with your employees if you want to tell people theyre broke.
The lady in the morning doesnt like when you use your 7-Eleven app because you get discounts. I went in to get a free hotdog from my app and a refill for my drink. My total came out to $0.99 and she didnt like it so she went ahead and added full price for the drink. She said I couldnt get a refill with a free hotdog . Didnt make no sense at all. I went ahead and paid for it because there was a huge line behind me and she was the only one at the cash register I didnt want to cause a scene but, now I know never to come here again. Congratulations you lost a regular customer over a dollar.

Went into 7-Eleven today with my two daughters because they wanted a Slurpee the guy in the front was super rude he kept telling us to go back and forth because they have to pay the Slurpee first and then put the Slurpee in the cup then I forgot something so I went back in and the guy starts counting money knowing that Im in line he did it on purpose of course cuz he was already being super rude ... and know that I was already upset because of his attitude so that other guy helped me and I told him in front of the other gentleman that he is super rude that he could have told me that he would be right with me or something no customer service, super rude will not be going back to the 7-Eleven

I usually go in the morning, good service, clean, and owner is very nice. I did see a customer having a hard time cashing in her rewards from their App, and no one seemed too eager to help her.
Theyre usually okay. Cashiers try to be as quick as possible which is a plus.
Its a really good place perfect enough but the employees are always in a bad mood will always keep looking at you if stealing
Manager didnt allow me to use my 7-11 rewards card from my samsung phone. I have used it at all other 7-11 without any problem. Bad customer service. Will never come to this store again
