The actual repair tech was a very nice and professional gentleman. His work was very quick and very clean. When the work finally got done, it was A+. But after the first visit and we were told that the part needed to be ordered, we understood. But when we received a call a few days later with an appointment for Tuesday to come out, and Tuesday came and went without them showing up, that was a little irritating. Wednesday when the repair guy called he mentioned that he doesnt know why the girls from the office called when they dont have the parts yet. Hell call me later and schedule an appointment once he receives the parts. Then I received another call about a week later saying that he would be there on tuesday. Once again Tuesday came and went and no show. Finally Wednesday morning he called and said hes on his way.

AC went out last night. Called All Air this morning and Frank was at my home at 11:00 to help me. Very knowledgeable and price was fair. He even gave me some ideas about cooling my garage/gym.

I recently installed solar panels, and electric HVAC was appealing to me. I called for three estimates, but I learned on the phone that two of them only sold one brand of HVAC system, and I wanted options. So, Frank was the only estimate I had. He suggested several mid price models, and I asked about the higher end. I decided on the best, quietest, model from Trane, one that had the fan blowing away from my house, in an area where it would not be seen or heard (see photo). I am thrilled with the result, as I dont even know when my air is on.

I did my due diligence in selecting All Air to complete a full cut in installation on my home. Frank showed up and provided great insight in how my installation would go and made great suggestions that improved the system. The two installers they provided, Jose and Rafael, were exceptional and very professional. They also wore a mask and gloves while they completed their installation. The installation they provided was clean, efficient and very well done. I have had the system in place for about a month now and it has not missed a beat. I am very happy with the work done, and the price was excellent.

We needed to replace one of our AC units. We had an assessment and bid from another company, but did not trust it. Frank and his team were terrific. They explained the problem and all our options providing a detailed estimate. We asked them to do the work and were very impressed. They were responsive, professional, thorough and just nice folks. Recommend them highly! We will definitely use them again.

This company’s crew was honest in their diagnosis and repair of our refrigerator.Because the cost for fixing it was a lot, they suggested NOT to repair it.Because it was late on a Saturday, they were able to come to our home first thing on Monday.They also gave us good suggestions what type of refrigerator will last longer next time that required low maintenance.I wish more businesses operated with All Air Appliance Master’s integrity and honesty.Thank you.

My AC condenser stopped working this morning and All Air Appliance Masters squeezed me in and was able to send a tech out 3 hours after I made the appointment. The tech came within the time frame that I was given and he diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 15 minutes. He was quick, efficient, had the replacement parts I needed, and he wore a mask. I couldnt have asked for any better. I will definitely call them for all HVAC work I need from now on.

I called all air masters for a price for a new heater. My heater worked, it was just very old and I figured it was time to get it replaced before it died on me. All air masters gave me a very fair price and I felt comfortable with the company so I had them do the job. I normally don’t write reviews but after the job was done I wanted to write one as they are deserving on the 5 stars. The workers who installed the heater were very professional and courteous. They were respectful of my home and belongings. They did a wonderful job and my new heater is working better than ever.

Incredibly surprised to find such an honest company. I have several rental properties and deal with many contractors so I have come to understand how a lot of them tend to operate. When I had them come out to my personal home for a quote I was so impressed to see honesty and integrity from Frank Jr! I called around to a few different companies when my ac stopped cooling. All Air was the first ones that were able to come out and Frank Jr. had been incredibly helpful in making sure he checked to see if he could fix the problem. I haven’t actually haven’t used All Air (yet) for any work but this review is solely on their honesty and integrity. I called them to take a look at my heater that I haven’t used in years. It wasn’t turning on and I was actually prepared to have to fork out money for a brand new one. When the tech from All Air came over, he simply pointed out a setting that needed to be changed and bam it was working again. He easily could have told me I needed a new one but this company had earned my future business. Thanks guys for saving me money and I will be calling when I’m ready to upgrade. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste time with company’s that will just see you as a pay check. All Air Masters honest and that, to me, is so important!

My air conditioner stopped working on Sunday. I decided it might be time to upgrade so I called to get a free estimate and they sent somebody to my home right away. I decided on the 16 seer Trane system. They were able to install it today. Im very happy with the whole process and I’m now nice and cold with my new A/C!Thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with my new Trane Ac system. The two guys that did the install were very polite and professional. It took 2 days for them to replace my entire system including all the ducts in the attic.

Last February I Called them for preventative maintenance. Didn’t do any visible work besides accidentally forgetting to reconnect something so that heater didn’t come on in the coldest day of the year. They came back early the next day and reconnected it for me. I didn’t use my air conditioner until a major heatwave. Never had any prior problems with it. Suddenly I had no refrigerant in my system. Can’t believe that during a preventative maintenance, at a cost of $130, that that little problem wasn’t noticed.

Really pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you Frank, you and your son are a great team and I’m so grateful for your company getting me cold air for the rest of the summer.

Back in 2012 I had the pleasure of dealing with Frank in regards to the installation of our AC-and Heating. Once installed the company came out to make minor adjustments with the airflow. Each time the technicians were very nice and professional and always left asking if there was anything else needed.Recently I had AAAM, Inc do a maintenence check and again the technician provided us with the best of service. Had them fix my dryer last month, the old technician did really good job and doesnt cost me extra, it is why i call them again for the AC, because i thought they are all trustworthy, well...guess when it comes to ac, everything go south.the ac guy come over, without make inspection of the unit, just by sound, he claimed the ac is no longer work and need to replace the whole unit. and also want to replace the heater too, guy total spend about 7 minutes, 1 min look at heater, 3 mins look at outside of ac and talking for other 3. well, really nice services so i have to find another guy to fix it. I think more likely he is the sales person than a technician
