Superb experience. Called midday Saturday because my refrigerator had failed, and wanted to see if it was possible to rent a refrigerator until mine was fixed. Stephanie was so efficient that she had a rental *delivered* just after 4 pm! Easy to set up rental. Very professional staff.

I used to go to the one by my house . However this one has better staffing. Better service and they go above and beyond. Only thing is if you want to pay more on acct you have to go in. I would prefer the option on line less hassle
The Employees are very unprofessional and are not qualified to do their jobs efficiently. Go anywhere else and you will be better off. Valarie the point of a contract is an agreement to terms and conditions from both parties, meaning that if you have some sign it youve verified the income, employment and references if need be. Angelica when a customer ask you about an address listed on their contract that is already signed you are suppose to provide it not insist that it just does not match what you verified. Lastly Victor you are the manger, team leader and trainer if your employees have issues with customer service, providing proper information or forgetting to file a request it falls on you as Manger. Please for the sake of your company do better.

Worst experience ever. When I purchased a refrigerator from them 2 years ago they had a different manager and she was nice. Easy to talk to and knew how to do business with good customer service she, was the reason why I came back thinking it would be the same lol..WRONG!!!now they have Stephanie smh.They say theres a late fee lol...no late fee they are ready to come and pick up there stuff if your 2 days away from paying...they will pick there stuff up..DONT call corporate because they do little to help. There use to getting bad reviews now they dont care or the district manager doesnt care Daryl.YOUR BETTER OFF GETTING FINANCING FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. Good luck if you choose to do business with them.

Worst experience. More mad at myself for not stocking it out for a couple more weeks and just paying up front somewhere else. They talk rudely everytime I call. Try and fangle ways to squeeze pennies. Always have to be on your toes with them because they lie and attempt to belittle you. Once is a bad day, twice you probably hate your job. Move on
Worst place ever. Rude people working there. Sent me a old refrigerator from there store dirty and had roaches inside of it I went off. They said sorry but that was not good enough I told them this is not what I paid for,they called another store to get a new one and sent it to me but had to wait 5 days. I totally need to find there corporate office number To call.

I do not have an account with them and I WILL NEVER IN MY RENTAL LIFE SOMETHING. A person I know asked me to use my name to. Reference during the pandemic. This sick person and the manager. I call my number countless times with insults and rudeness giving me details of. The persons account. When I told him that his job was to try to talk to his client. And do not give me details of your account because I do not have a family member. It was he attacked me with obscene words and I hung up I think that they should train their workers in a better way and tell them that they do not have to tell details of the situation of their clients.
