Its OK, was hoping they carried small appliances such as toaster ovens vacuums humidifiers, but they only carry large kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, dishwashers, TVs ovens, refrigerators, and a very small selection of over the counter microwaves. When it came to the TV selection it was predominantly two brands one of them being Toshiba and to remain accurate and I dont remember the other brand all were capable of the Amazon store in because Im an google home, those were a good fit for us. They did have TV mounts and a small selection of the hoses needed for the appliances that carried, such as hookups for the washers and a dishwasher

A strange place. Literally a warehouse full of inventory. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff were hard to identify, no organisation whatsoever. To be fair though, once we were able to find someone, they were quick to help us.

Had 3 questions and 3 different employees helped me. One with each. Very helpful. Even out in the parking lot the employee helped.

Was in the store for about 15 minutes. Went in looking for a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The staff was too busy on their phone to greet or even help us.

The staff is really unfriendly. They treat you as a low budget client because you are in an outlet, not in a regular Best Buy. However, indeed, they sell damaged equipment (but not with a cosmetic imperfections as they used to claim) with prices close to an original Best Buy store. What more, they cheat on you they sell items without damages. The fridge I wanted to buy was marked as Open Box with no defects. However, I found dents pretty visible on front door and drawers. One of their associates recommended me tuning up the $2,600+ fridge with a hammer to make the door close smoother. That was enogh of the encounter with their friendly and competent staff. I left the store.I recommend the other outlet in Moreno Valley where the staff is really knowledgeable, friendly and more honest. On the top of this, they offer really good prices down there in Moreno Valley.Please dont waste your time and do not lose your nerves for going to Montclair Best Buy Outlet. Thankfully to their arrogant manager, they do not deserve it.

This is my go-to for appliances. If you dont mind minor cosmetic damage you can get a great deal on appliances here. $50 discount for people who take their appliances with them that day

I always went to Best Buy to shop their used and refurbished televisions for a quick discount. So I found out all that stuff stacked up inside the local Best Buy went to another building... and it was great... I think. Walked in and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything they had was on shelves or on the floor. Used appliances, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers...wow. I picked out two TVs and one of them was cracked and damaged. They check every TV and verify it all works prior to your purchase. It took a while, but I walked out with two TVs that work well and at a great price. Ill be back when the TVs fail in a few years...

Nice clean warehouse type set up with Home appliances ( Tvs, Washer, Dryers, dishwasher, Flatscreeens major brand all discounted. Open box etc. You can get extended warranty on most all items .

The staff here is low energy. Not very knowledgeable about the item I was interested in, a 50 smart tv. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, their system was updated to reflect the correct price of the TV. After getting the new purchase home I discovered that the new TV has the wrong size screws for the legs. Disappointing! Be careful when you shop here.

I placed order for an open box excellent condition LG washer, but they gave me one with huge dent on the side and told me thats how it is. I then was forced to either take the other exactly same model of open box satisfactory condition dryer but with higher price tag!

Am a fan of bestbuy outlet. Great place for open boxes and returned items. All comes with warranty at the fraction of the original cost.

Lots of units and selections at a great price, but many of them were missing feet or had critical faults that were not immediately obvious. A little more QA might be needed.

If you live close by, sure drop by, but its definitely not worth it to drive. We came from LA looking for a fridge bought it, only to get home and realize our neighborhood Best Buy had the same model except less dented for the same price. Delivery would have been sooner too!

Good to check back often since the products seem to rotate out often.

Drove all the way from Lake Elsinore because an employee at another Best Buy told me they had a great selection of stoves and way cheaper. Well I drove all the way down there and they had mostly washers and dryers! Only two stoves, opened, missing Parts and more expensive than a brand new one at Lowe’s. Definitely not worth it. I would not recommend going to this supper small outlet

Ill give them credit, they do have a Ton of appliences ! Yet I went in there looking for a small handheld portable amfm radio and their selection was nill !

Didnt know that this place existed just walked into look around was very clean and the people working there were extremely nice.

Please dont waster your time! The workers there are too busy talking to each other and using their phones. Literally ask for assistance and worker pointed to the dryers and said straight out to me its over there and walk away. Once I took picture and told them im going to report it to management they right away separated and assisted me.

Hit or miss, lots of very damaged equipment, discounts arent that great. Both times Ive purchased here, my delivery was messed up. Most recently, the fridge I purchased got lost.

Recently bought a refrigerator, came damaged with dents, another was sent in replacement but that too had similar damage. The delivery guy was rude, store manager is not responding, best buy is not picking up the call. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY.

I was not very impressed with the Best Buy Outlet in Montclair they really had nothing as far as refrigerators go which is what I was looking for I think if Im not mistaken they had a total of 10 and I believe there was a sign on three of them that were sold I really expected a lot more Im going to attempt the Best Buy outlet in Moreno Valley this weekend and see what they have because I need to find a new refrigerator I looked at some of the TVs that they had they had an abundance of televisions at Montclair very reasonably priced I believe that they called them out of box the store was clean the employees were very friendly very nice but as far as spending my money on gas and time to go down there it wasnt worth it she told me that they were going to be getting more things in today Tuesday but Im not going to go back because they have no idea what they can get until it arrives so if youre interested in the Best Buy Montclair you want to take a chance go look or try Best Buy in Moreno Valley the last time I was there which is been probably six months ago they were pretty full with items.

Improperly marked items. One of the gas range that I was interested marked no missing parts. I checked carefully and there missing parts and I asked to a female representative and she didnt really care. 90% of the products are dented, scratched and damaged.

Bought a stove that had all pieces when paid for it. When I go pick it up the burner tops are missing and say I have to order them. That’s not right! That’s like robbing me! Now they’re saying I have to order them and pay for each additional piece my self. Please don’t go here. Been to the one in Moreno Valley and now I know why they have better rating.

Came for a washer just before they closed & Eduardo helped me out, excellent costumer service was very patient & even stayed after hours to help with loading.

Got my refrigerator here good place to be and great prices.

Store had an ok size selection of French door and double door refrigerators. Some seem used because you could see the leftover stains from juice in crevices. Others look pretty new with all the foam coverings but slightly dinged and others are almost perfect except slight imperfections such as one door sitting higher on its hinge than another. Apparently they said its easy to fix? But of course they do not do that for you, not even for a fee, you have to fix it yourself since all appliances are sold as is.

If you want appliances, this is the place to go. I was a tad disappointed that they had no laptops. So dont waste your time if youre not looking for kitchen or laundry room appliances.

Bad customer service and inaccurate pickup instructions. I left a review on Yelp and posted a question to them to have them update or explain why we wasted 45 mins waiting for someone to open their doors at their location so I can pick up the washer we ordered. Ridiculous.

Dented and scratched merchandise and not really worth the price for final sales. The margins arent that great for the trouble on some of the items. But ok if you know repairs.
