A very nice person came to my house, and looked at my freezer that was no longer holding a temperature to freeze ice in the ice maker. This person gave me a few instructions about cleaning, which I had been doing and have continued to do, and he told me a part needed to be ordered and that my $65 for the consult would be applied to the cost of the part and repair. I called three times and got the run around and they never called me back with an estimate for any part. I think they were just making up a excuses because it was going to be expensive and then they just ghosted me and took my $65. I had to go with another company that confirmed my suspicions that it was a costly repair. That was another $100. So I am out $165 for my fridge that just died and I am buying a new fridge all together. I would really like my $65 dollars back.

They never gave me the price of the part. No follow up on the request when I went to shop to buy a new washer. Tech Carlos was very nice but business wont survive with this type of customer service.

Phone etiquette is horrible. I called them at 9:05am; they returned the call at 12:42pm. Seems phone number is an iPhone since it gives me the option to FaceTime. Once CSR Bernice finally decides to answer, she’s very accommodating. Their initial repair did not work. Hence the call I previously stated to try and schedule a follow up repair. I gave up on them and went with someone else. If you have the patience, give it a try. Good luck.

I was able to get an appointment to have my drier fixed very quickly. The technician, Carlos, is very professional and knowledgeable. He made the repair quickly and put everything back when he was done. I have used Emmanuel Appliances for 3 different repairs now and have been happy with the results each time.

I purchased a used refrigerator from a used refrigerator from a refrigerator repair shop less than a month and a half ago. I was told that the refrigerator wouldnt give me any problems and Ill be happy with it. The issue with my refrigerator is it stopped cooling down. It was getting warm. I contacted the appliance place back to tell them what was going and they didnt really want to assist me with the issue . I called Emmanuels and they were able to come the same day within 20 minutes. The tech Abraham was very knowledgeable very honest with me. I would definitely refer them to anyone who needs their appliances fixed or in purchasing any used appliances. Theyre very reasonable and honest.

Great service! They knew immediately what was wrong with my dryer. They had the parts on their truck and installed them. I was very impressed with their work and the suggestions to keeping my dryer working in the future. The cost was very affordable. I was expecting to pay more, but their rates were very reasonable.They were referred to me by another appliance company whom I usually use, but who did not work on Samsung dryers.

Dryer went out and I called to inquire if they had a unit in stock which could be delivered asap. To my surprise, the sales person, a young lady was most welcoming and educated me on the different units in stock and their features and price points. At no time did I feel the pressure on being up sold to a more expensive unit. She was being a professional sales person answering questions with transparency which I appreciated. They were able to fit me in to deliver the very next day. I will certainly purchase another major appliance from this small business as I believe in supporting local small businesses especially when they execute outstanding customer service. Just a quick note, they have a temporary banner store sign so it is easy to overlook as you are passing by but they are located right next door to MetroPCS.
