I bought a refurbished refrigerator for my mother, When the refrigerator was delivered one of the doors was higher than the other, it was dirty and it smelled horrible. The guys who delivered it put it where it was supposed to go and plugged it in and left, didn’t show me how to turn it on or how to set it. When I called the main number no one answered, I sent a message to the lady I was working with she was very quick in the beginning to return my messages but once the refrigerator was delivered, it was very difficult to get a hold of her. I finally scanned the barcode in the refrigerator and was able to download the manual to learn how to turn on the refrigerator and manage the settings. After several hours the refrigerator was still not cooling the freezer had begun to cool, I called the finance company and explain to them the situation and that I was uncomfortable keeping this refrigerator because I could not get a hold of anybody to tell me what to do. The finance company contacted Good quality appliance Inc. and someone answered for them and they said for me to call back they were waiting for my call, so I called back immediately and again had no response no one answered the phone and I called six times. I called the finance company back to let them know that they were not answering the phone and no one was waiting for my call and that I just wanted to return the refrigerator, I did not have confidence in this company taking care of any problems that come up. Finally the young lady that was helping me in the beginning reached out and she told me to call the manager and that it takes 24 hours for the refrigerator to cool down to its temperatures, it actually took almost 2 days for it to cool down to the temperature it was supposed to be at, The girl gave me the number of the manager and said for me to call him and he will take care of things. So I contacted the manager on Monday morning ( by the time the girl got back to me it was late Friday night) I explained the situation and his response was “why was this the first that I have Heard from you”, I explained how I had been calling since 12 :05 PM on Friday afternoon and nobody has gotten back to me, no one answered the phone, the refrigerator was delivered dirty the door is offset it smells and it took almost 2 days for it to cool down to the temperature it was supposed to be at. I am not confident that you guys will handle any problems that come up even though it has a three month warranty; Oh, well I’m out of town was his response what do you need me to do. I need you to let the finance company know the frigerator has been delivered so that they can fund it and return it and I can go someplace else, he responded “oh they haven’t done that yet” No they have not done that yet, “OK I’ll get to it today”. My parents had a refrigeration appliance company and never dealt with their customers this way they would never have delivered a dirty refrigerator a door that was offset or tell the finance company the wrong brand was delivered, according to the finance company they have me down as having a Kenmore Refrigerator and I bought a GE and it is clear that the door they put on there that is off set probably does not go to that refrigerator.

They told me the washer and dryer set were new only to find out later it was 6 years old and doesn’t dry timely. You get what you pay for here!

Horrible service. Purchased a dryer through them, delivery was supposed to be Friday; no delivery, no update, and no call from them. Saturday morning, still no call so we reached out to them, after multiple tries at calling them, they said We tried to call you yesterday but no answer. So instead they said they are just now leaving the store and on the way to deliver the dryer. Two hours later still no delivery and no updates also, so we tried calling multiple times again to finally talk to someone. This time they said they have a delivery all the way out in the desert, so we ask who said that they were on the way to deliver my dryer already and no answer. After, they say theyll be there in 10-15mins. After 30mins, no delivery and again no updates. So again try to call multiple times to talk to someone and this time they say 2mins theyll be at my house. Another 30mins goes by and still no delivery and again no updates. We try calling multiple times again but this time no answer, but after another 30mins they finally show up. We ask them to show proof that they called on Friday saying that they were going to reschedule the delivery but could not show any. We ask why they have been saying 10-15mins when its been well over 3hours now since they first said they were going to deliver, and no response. They install the dryer and did a horrible job. All he did was plug the duct in the back and just slam everything back. We tell him to fix it because thats not how its supposed to be and he says we have to pay extra because thats not my problem anymore. Horrible service. Ive never seen such horrible service ever.

AVOID this company! We purchased TWO sets of washers and dryers from them for our new house and both of them have issues. Within 2 months of purchase ONE of the washers had the hose leak and damaged our Laundry room 2k in damages. The dryer on the other set makes the whole place smell like cigarette smoke! I have been calling them for months since they offer a 3 month warranty and they NEVER answer the phone. Save your self the headache and go to a more reputable business!!!! This place only cares about the initial sale and not customer service or honoring their warranty!

I purchased a refrigerator about 3 months ago for $400 and warranty !!!! Only to realize it will not even close right. Ive called multiple times and they always tell me they are going to come look at it and fix it but they never do!!! Do not buy from this place

My refrigerator died suddenly and not having the funds to pay for a new one had me in tears. I came across this business and in less than an hour i had my new, huge beautiful fridge ready to be delivered!! Their payment plans are amazing! I recommend this place to anyone. Friendly service, great prices, nice delivery man....from the minute i stepped in the shop to the minute they left with my old fridge....I was smiling.

I bought a refrigerator and washer on August, 2020. They arrived the same day, but they scratched my wall in the process of moving it. Also a few days later I found that my refrigerator did not cool and the noise from the washing machine was unbearable. I asked the business to fix it, and on September they sent someone to fix the refrigerator and washing machine. But a few days later my tenant found that the refrigerator and washing machine were still not fixed at all. Then I asked for a refund. Merchants say they will not refund anything they sell. At the beginning, I chose this shop because of the epidemic. I wanted to support small businesses, so I bought products here. I ended up spending $1,500 more on two completely unusable refrigerators and washing machines that I couldnt fix or return. This store has disappointed me. I will never buy anything in this store again and I would not recommend it to anyone. If the merchant thinks what I said is not true, you know my contact information, and we can go through legal channels.

So far Im only giving them a 1 star. I bought a refurbished refrigerator and they delivered same day on a Friday. Freezer did not freeze, called them Sunday, they had someone pick it up to fix on Monday. I have called them everyday since and when they do answer the phone they tell me they will call me after 11am when their technician gets there. As of yet no calls, I call them daily and they dont pick up the phone and voicemail is not set up. I have no fridge that I spent over $1000 for and its been a week with a promise of callbacks (when they finally do pick up the phone) and a fixed fridge. Today (Friday) I was promised a callback by 11:30am with status since they couldnt get it to work. Of course, they did not call back and wont answer their phone. Monday morning I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and requesting a refund. Very unprofessional. And Im extremely disappointed. Will save up to buy a brand new refrigerator, lesson learned.

So glad we found this spot! My family and I love our Lg insta-view showcase refrigerator! Got a CRAZY deal compared to all other places this fridge is sold!! Found what we were looking for, had all of our questions answered and set-up for delivery for the next day! Fridge was delivered within the given time frame, set up & installed by professional young man and everything was as described. No issues or complaints. Very friendly staff and amazing response time! Would recommend to anyone and will be coming back in the future when we need to replace other appliances! You guys should change your name to GREAT Quality Appliance, INC.

Horrible experience ever!!!!!! Bought a dryer and washer set and my dryer had to be taken back to the shop 4 times to get fixed. I would call them and they nvr answer. Honestly I would have to call like 8 or 9 times before they answered. My dryer heats up but very slow and it started smelling like gas again. I would never go back and buy there again. Horrible place to shop at.

I paid for a washer and dryer plus a samsung fridge and had problems with all immediately dryer never worked they had to pick it up and when they brought it back 2 weeks later it made so much noise the fridge freezer didnt work an all the food went bad they picked it up and bright it a week and a half later and went out again 2 days later they never return calls an when they say their going to come they never showed up I had to go there 5 times within the first month and still none of it is fixed very poor service

Horri experience I bought a set of washing machines they sent me another one until today they agreed to change it, they never answer bad customer service, rude and disrespectful, the laundry that he left me is 6 months old or it works
