Very reasonable wonderful people. They worked with us on affording a minivan as we had just purchased a lemon. There interest rate was again reasonable and it was not a bait and switch with the APR like the dealership had. What you find online is what youll find in their lot.

They Worked With Me When Nobody Else Would, They Are Definitely Appreciated

I want to share my complete and utter displeasure with my experience with this car dealership. I had visited the car lot multiple times. the first experience was pleasant and we returned a second time with the intention of test driving a Ford explorer. when we returned, the original salesperson we dealt with was not available. we asked to test drive the Ford explorer and to my surprise, we were informed that the keys for that vehicle could not be found. The salesman told us that the employees take the vehicles home at night. we were informed that the particular vehicle we wanted to test drive had been being driven by another employee for two days. that employee was contacted and said that he has returned the car and keys. it is concerning to say the least that the employees of this dealership are trusted to take these cars off the lot, yet not held responsible to bring them back for potential clients. Id would also be interested to find out how additional milage from the salespersons are handled in the sales of that car.we ended up not getting to test drive our desired car. the salesman left us unattended for 20 minutes to go run my credit. it was a Saturday and banks were already closed, which I could have informed him as I work at a bank. lack of communication lead to a waste of time. we waited a few days for information on my credit. I had to reach out twice to get any sort of insight into next steps. Two times I called, I was informed that I would definitely hear back that day. this never happened without my prompting and reaching out. they had asked for receipts of what had been presented on my credit. I provided this information via email, and again, had to call and follow up as no communication was provided to me. After three more call attempts on my part, Gina answered the phone. she said she would need to talk to a manager and call back. she reached back out to inform I had been denied and then offered a RIDICULOUS down payment. this whole experience was frustrating, time consuming, and less than desirable due to the team operations and lack of communication.

Frontier motor cars is the best place to go to get a great vehicle since 2013 I have been buying trucks from them never had any problems. I just purchased another truck in the last two months and today just got a car for my daughter. I am grateful for Mary, Gina, Jose and the financial department last but not least the service department they are all great people they are like family they know me by name when I call that’s very important to me. When you go ask for Jose.

Excellent service and above and beyond quality service. The Kia ultima very clean and the my son was very happy to drive it. I got this car for his graduation. Coming back to buy another car for my wife. The peoples who service me, Jose the sales Rep,Mary the manager were wonderful.

I bought my vehicle from Frontier about 2 years ago. Mary worked with me when my credit wasnt the greatest. She found me financing and even advised me to go to my credit union after about 6 months of regular payments to try to refinance for a better rate. She really helped me get what I wanted when I needed it. I finally went for that refinancing and am so happy she advised it.My vehicle runs great, looks great and is exactly what I wanted. Everyone I worked with at Frontier were friendly and had my best interests in mind. Thank you all so much!

Dishonest people. I went in to look at a 2000 BMW. When I was handed the keys for the test drive I received no information about the car from the first salesman Juan. We broke the awkward silence by asking what was wrong with it halfway through the test drive. He said he didn’t know anything about the car. When arriving back at the dealership he grabbed the cars paperwork and it noted that there’s something wrong with the emergency parking brake and the oil pan had a leak, but it was nothing major and could be done whenever for “around $200”, under the hood a part was cracked for the air filter intake, but wasn’t mentioned at all until we pointed it out. The manager said they’d replace it before buying it. We were still interested in the car. Johnny our second salesman was very nice and made the paperwork easy for us, but the owner Mary gave horrible advice by telling two people with zero credit to apply for a credit card and max it to help put towards our down payment. LOL. Whatever, we still liked the car. I made an appointment with my mechanic to do a proper before purchase inspection and even confirmed that we could take the car with Frontier. As I JUST leave work frontier calls me to tell me I can’t take the car “for insurance purposes”. If you live in the state of Wisconsin the car is insured, not the driver. How could a dealership not have insurance on their vehicles? All in all Frontier made my partner and I feel discriminated against due to our young age. Don’t waste your time with these crooks.

Love this car dealership this is my 5th vehicle here love my 2013 Explorer limited they got at the auction for me. My whole family has been buying here my dad mom brother sis all of us buying from Mary. Great warranty they gave us and found the best financing for us as well. U need a car come see them.

Its mighty funny that all of the one star reviews are customers who werent actual customers and are false reviews. I purchased a vehicle and upon signing the contract I was told that a part that was needed for the interior would be ordered and put on in a few days. Its been months. Soon after I bought the car, the brakes went out, I had engine problems, and the sensor malfunctioned. Frontier had nothing to do with the repairs. They gave me the runaround for weeks talking about their mechanic was on vacation, or I had no appointment (which in fact I did) among other foul tactics. Also, I received a letter in the mail stating their was a check for me there and when I got there, they told me another story. Never-mind my talking to a different salesperson everyday for a straight week trying to determine when a certain person is going to be in (apparently only one person is allowed to release checks), no one said anything different. So you can imagine my dismay when I finally get there and yet I walk out with no money. When I tried to explain that the miscommunication was on their part, I was insulted, talked down to, and dismissed. I will never do business with them again! I encourage everyone to fully research this place before considering conducting any type of business with them. Dont make the same mistake I did.

I was recommended to frontier motor cars by my sister who also bought a car from them. She said they could help me with financing a nice truck. She was right they did help me and I would recommend them to my friends and family because they were honest and respectful.

I want to start off by saying thank John at Frontier Motor for all his help. Now lets get to the real problem, I took my daughter there to purchase a car. we found one that she loved and John tried with all his might to get her financed. The owner Mary decided that she did not want her to have the car that she wanted and tried to put her in something else without a lifetime power train warranty. We insisted on not to get that car. After all of the going back and forward with the car she decided that she can get the car with more money down. We told her that we will have it friday and sge stated to us, I see you have alot of family see if you can get the money from them. We wanted to put a down payment on it to keep the car. She told us to come back on Friday with all the money. So that is what we did. We were looking for insurance so that we could purchase the car and closing time came. We told her that we would be hack back tomorrow to get the car with insurance. I purchased the insurance and went back to Frontier and the owner Mary sold the car that we want to purchase. And she did not even have the courtesy to even tell us that she sold the car in person. She had the sales person tell us. if you want to deal with this company, I would advise to think twice she will try to put you in things you do not want and try to justify it. This is a bad business move, because I was going to purchase a vehicle also.

When you get there as scheduled and the door is locked without a person in sight. When you finally get in and they can’t find the car key to their own car. When they promise to call you back and you never hear from them.

If I could give it negative stars I would. My husband and I were excited to buy moped this summer when we moved to a moped friendly part of the city.One of them died on our way home in the middle of a busy street (how safe). Then neither would stay on the next day.After several trips and having to fight to have good service we go to pick up the second bike from the mechanic- again today. The girl who helped us was rude. And the bike started then turned back off. We are told this is “normal” and the bike has sat since the day we dropped it off...I was told over the phone they had been starting it often.We luckily made it home. If you want to talk to the owner she will not call you- or the front desk never gives her your info. Hard to tell. The employees are rude and quite useless and try to make excuses for issues rather than actually help. They will also try to blame you for a problem that you called about the day after you got something from them. Go somewhere else.

Worst used car dealership ever.. they sold me a Magnum that was messed up couldnt drive the highway.. took it back they supposedly fixed it still have problems they selling bogus insurance warranties.. I been spending money since.. will not recommend them to no one...
