They made the repair process near painless.If there is a issue after the intial repair they got your back. I had an issue relating to my trim coming loose after the initial repair.They stood by their word and they made sure that my car was back the way it was before the damage.The people who work there are really dedicated to their job.Edited: issue as stated above but was resolved. I would recommend them as a collision repair shop.

I’m done going there and I’m telling everyone I told to go there about my experience. And if you don’t believe me go experience your self. This place went downhill after Dave cook retired.

Their estimating software was wrong. It ended up costing me more than we thought it would. Nevertheless, Rose did all she could and everything turned out well.

I was recently in a car accident and this is the body shop my insurance referred me to. All attendants were polite and extremely helpful! The only negative was that my car was unable to be repaired here- I assume due to it being an accident/insurance claim related, they informed me that even though the damage was purely cosmetic, if I were to have it fixed with them it would require a complete disassembly of my car that would cost at least $9000 up front to avoid liability on their part. Thankfully, they were kind, understanding and accommodating each time I interacted with them.Its also worth mentioning that even though the Carstar chain website offers financing and payment plans, each location is independently owned and no location in Wisconsin or Northern IL currently accepts payment plans.

ROSE was excellent!! She was super friendly and efficient and took good care of me.

If I ever find a car repair place worthy of 5 stars, Ill never go anywhere else again. Not impressed with their work. They had to remove some of the front bumper parts and ended up putting it back together misaligned and missing a screw or two.

Very professional staff and professional results. Had my front bumper and hood replaced, along with a lot of other misc. parts, and my vehicle looked good as new. I was given regular updates on the status of repairs and they even washed/vacuumed it prior to pickup. All around good experience.

They fix your car on the outside they will give you an estimate and tell you how long I actually worked with one when I had my vehicle hit and they worked with me very nicely and told me the truth

I will never use this garage again. Lous Auto used the cheapest parts on my car and would not stand behind the repairs they made. I was told by Dave Cook my ball joint didnt need repairs. I would need new bushing and control arm. I took my car to another garage and guess what the bushing and control arm are just fine. The ball joint that Lous Auto had changed in November needed to be replaced. Just like I told them.Worst service ever. I recommend finding another garage this please will not give you quality only a bunch of headaches.

My car was vandalised. Took it there for repairs and I picked it up and they didnt have the guys clean my car. Fingerprint dust all over. Called owner and they said bring it in, gave me free rental. Thought it was going to be fine. Only I pick it up next day and car still has finger print powder and I spend 20mins helping them clean my car :(. Then manager is saying do you keep your house and car this clean? How rude!! So upset right now. NEVER using them again.

If you care about your vehicle new or older and you expect like new results, stay away from this place. Lous Auto Body on south 13th provided me with substandard repairs like paint runs, peeled/chipped paint and additional damage. Lous Auto Body on south 13th reminds me of Earl Scheib not currently in business, Earl Scheib would paint vehicles for 99.00. Lous Auto Body on south 13th however is no where near that cheap but the repairs are similar if not equal.
