After receiving a quote and agreeing to move forward on Monday, I was told my car would be repaired by Friday. I expected a much longer repair time. I was happily surprised my car was ready to be picked up on Thursday. My car looked perfect! So grateful for Bob and his team. Bob did a phenomenal job with a significant body repair to my vehicle. My car is a unique white and I was very concerned where ever I took my vehicle they wouldnt be able to match my color but that was definitely not the case with Studer. I brought my car in a while ago and received a quote after my car was hit while parked. The repairs were quoted to be completed in 4 days, the car was finished in 3! I was very grateful that I was offered a complimentary “rental” car to use while my car was being repaired. Studer was recommended after I was in an accident. They are 20 miles from my house but chose them over closer options and Im glad I did. My vehicle needed some major work and the results were great. They used factory parts even though insurance was pushing for aftermarket. Fully tested all the safety systems. They even cleaned my truck and filled the gas tank. Would definitely use again.

Working with Studers was the best car-related experience Ive ever had, which is even more impactful because it followed damage to my new car. The whole process put me at ease. He was very thorough and transparent in the estimate and took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and described the repair process. While my car was being repaired he asked if he could text me progress updates, which I agreed to. Every week or so I received several photos of my car with a description of the work that was being done and what will happen next. It put the whole process very predictable and reassuring. The car looked beautiful in photos but was even more spectacular when I went to pick it up. Absolutely gorgeous! Not a single defect or swirl in the paint. Flawless. He took extra time to do a walk around the car with me and even shared tricks of the trade for products they recommend and services in the area. Damage to a car is stressful, but fortunately for Studers the repair process and outcome couldnt have been smoother.

Studer Auto Body has serviced three cars within my family: two 2012 Subaru Foresters and one 2017 Nissan Rogue. All work done on these cars was impeccable, the damage done being from others who had hit the cars. (Nissan - rear ended bumper, Subaru A - bumper from parking lot hit, Subaru B - Fender from parking lot hit). Bob and the Studer team were prompt with returning phone calls, estimates, and the work was done quickly within 5 days. All cars were returned well-washed, and it is a plus to know that they use customized paint that is environmentally friendly! We will not hesitate to (hopefully not) return, or refer Studer to anyone in need. Perfect work, and great people to interact with.

What a fantastic experience after what couldve been a horrible one. I was rear-ended, called Bob Studer for an estimate, and he guided me from there. From coordinating my rental car to dealing with the responsible partys insurance company, it was a breeze. He said my repairs would take a week, they took 3 days. He personally drove me to the rental facility to pick up my rental, and I was able to leave it at Studers lot when dropping off. Not to mention, my car is good as new! I cannot recommend Studer Body enough and hope anyone in a similar situation considers this locally-owned, perfectly-run business for their auto body needs.

I was involved in a minor car accident and thankfully there was very minor damage. However, there was a dent above my rear tire that would rub against the tire if I went over any large bumps and I was worried that the tire might pop at any time. Im a nursing student and my schedule is super tight between clinical and classes, and Studer was able to get me in for an estimate the same day I called which was absolutely amazing. When I got there, they were waiting for me and were able to pop the dent out enough that now I dont have to worry about my tire popping on my commute to clinical. He was absolutely so amazing and didnt even charge me for it! This was my first ever car accident and he really helped relieve so much of the stress surrounding all of it. Ill definitely be recommending Studer to everyone I know and, while I hope I wont have to come back for anything else, theyll be the first Ill call if I need to!

Our Dodge Caravan was smashed in the back. We searched on Google for auto body shop Milwaukee and found Studer. They were gracious on the phone, and we quickly set up an appointment where they gave an estimate. A few weeks later, we got the repairs done. Studer took an extra step and arranged for a rental minivan. They repaired the back hatch, and it looked great.A few months later the outer hatch and the paneling began to separate. Life got busy, so we let it go until it became really separated. We called Studer and they told us to bring it in. They fixed it on the spot, and told us that if it ever happens again to bring it in and theyd fix it, no problem, free of charge. Now THATS taking responsibility. How refreshing in this day and age!We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Studer. You can trust Google reviews.

I had to bring my car here twice (from two different car accidents). Everytime I was taken care of. I live in the Appleton area and took the hour and half drive and would do it again and again. True business that stands behind their work. 2nd time my car repaired, my window seal was leaking 6 months after the repair. It was something I didnt catch during the summer months due to having my windows rolled down. Called and explained everything. Bob was more than happy and did everything he could do to fix the issue. Kept calling me to ask when he could fix it and didnt want me not getting it fixed or to be unhappy about it. I drove down and fixed it in 15 minutes. Went on a test drive with me to make sure it was gone. Will be taking my car here again knowing it will be fixed right and having the reassurance knowing if anything comes up like a seal, hell fix it. Thanks Bob for all the help. Ill have the plane waiting for the ride we talked about Bob! thanks again!

Excellent experience. Bob explained very clearly the work that needed to be done, wrote up a detailed estimate, worked well with my insurance company, provided a loaner vehicle at no charge, and emailed photos throughout the week of progress. When the vehicle was finished, Bob offered care tips and even pointed out a minor unrelated issue that they discovered. I am very pleased with the quality of work done, and would absolutely go there again!

I very rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with Bob I felt that I needed to because everything was excellent. The excellent customer service at the beginning of getting an estimate to the end when I had my repaired automobile repaired and returned to me was excellent. And most importantly, the car repair was perfect which makes me happy because I really like my car. I really hope that if your car requires repair, you go see Bob.

Took my Accord here to Studer for some bumper and fender work. Bob is a great guy. He was straight forward in going over the body work needed for my car. Bob Studer was a very nice guy. The estimate was done while I waited and was very easy. The shop might looks small from the outside, but it is very clean and has state of the art equipment. I saw all makes and models while I was there, both in the lot and being worked on. Would certainly recommend to to anybody.

Not good. Not good, at ALL. I called, requesting an estimate and was RUDELY told that they do ONLY provide estimates with insurance companies; which I was then left to assume meant a person like myself wasnt welcome to bring his insured, damaged vehicle in for a quick estimate so that my insurance company COULD do business with them. Im not opposed to this place handling their business as they see fit, but the delivery of that information darn sure wont ever warrant a future engagement for my or my friends business Having dealt with other body shops in the past (recent and not-so-recent) this was a horrible impression. Im not sure how this place has scored such high ratings, but Im thankful others had a better experience than I did.

After a crash which damaged the passenger side front of my well taken care of Jeep Grand Cherokee, I took my car to a number of places finally deciding to use Studer. His facility was clean and very professional looking. Bob was great answering all my questions and dealing with me be maybe a bit too worried about my precious vehicle. The results were amazing!! The Jeep looks great. Better than ever. I took it home and looked it over for 30 minutes and it was flawless. The interior of the vehicle was also cleaned and detailed for me upon pickup....i was not expecting that. Overall, if you are as particular as me and want the job done right...Studer auto body is the place.

Great customer service, timely with their updates, and conveniently work with Enterprise if you happen to need to rent a car while your vehicle is in the shop. Both my car and a family members car were repaired by Studer after our accidents, and both experiences were great. Hopefully no one will need collision repair, but if something happens - dont hesitate to take it to Studer.

Took my 2015 Mazda in for minor repair, the only body shop willing to give us a loaner car same day as the estimate, even before the insurance adjuster came out. Also felt very comfortable talking to them over the phone, they were knowledgeable and welcoming. My Mazda was done estimate to completely done in less than a week. It looked brand new all over again, also had a scratch on the rear door from another car hitting it with their door, and they repaired it at no charge. Highly recommend this shop to anyone, if you want a great job done!

This business have excellent customer service and the experience of getting my repairs complete was a breeze. Bob handled all interactions with my insurance as far as payment and it was stress free.The only thing I had to do was drop my car off and the repairs were complete above and beyond my expectations especially by adding a free rental while my car was getting repaired. I hadnt had an accident in about 20 years and then last month bang, my new truck was hit. Thoroughly impressed with Studers level of service. Bobs estimate was lower then a place I had previously used so I decided to try out his service for a two panel scuff made on my car while it was parked.The service is EXCELLENT. Not only did Bob and his team match the paint color exactly but there was absolutely no evidence of the scuff! All of this was completed in two and a half days.The other really modern thing about this shop is that you can sign into their website and follow the progress of your cars repair online. Daily photos of your vehicle are uploaded to the site for owner access. Loved that!You can then see when your car is being washed and detailed (for free) and parked out in their lot as complete for pick up!Bobs estimate came out within a couple bucks of the original and I feel his service is exceptional!

I went to Studer Body and Paint primarily because of the great reviews he got and because it was close to my workplace. Bob Studer had excellent customer service and made it as simple as possible for me. The loaner car worked great and he used a program which sent me photos of my repair daily. This allowed me to follow the progress so I was up to date on the repairs. He brought my car to the shop to get mechanical fixes done as well. It was as simple as dropping it off and then going to get in after a little more than a week. Bob even dealt exclusively with my insurance company so there was very little hassle for me. The only concern I had was when I got the vehicle back and it was shaking at 65+ mph. Im not sure if it happened immediately after I got it back or that it wasnt checked and fixed thoroughly. Either way, it wasnt necessarily Bobs fault at all, but rather the contractor they used for the mechanical repairs; which I believe was Good Year. Anyways, Bob took my car the very next Monday and brought it to them to get it fixed again; again leaving me with very little to worry about. The car is back to running great and I would recommend anyone to Bob Studer; I would be the first to return here if anything again happened to one of my vehicles.

I had a very positive experience with Bob Studer and the folks over at Studer Body & Paint. I had recently brought in my 2012 Toyota Camry for some front end damage after someone hit my car while it was parked. Right away they made things easier by providing a FREE loaner car for me to use while my car was in the shop.Bobs estimate ended up being almost $2K more than what Progressive had estimated, which was obviously good because it was going through insurance and I want the best repairs possible. The repairs took about a week and I received email notifications each day with a status update including actual pictures of the car/repairs. Although this wasnt necessarily needed, I enjoyed seeing the progress throughout the week. The repairs looked as good as new and are also under warranty for as long as I own my car.Bob was also nice about waiting for me to pick up some paperwork for 30 minutes after the shop closed. Id recommend his shop to anyone looking for a convenient, thorough auto body shop.

I have used Studer two times got auto body repair caused by collisions. Both times everything was fast, well-done and complete. They communicated well with me and my auto insurance (State Farm) throughout the entire process. I very much recommend them for any auto body repair.

I unfortunately had my first accident a few weeks ago. I wanted to find the best place to get my Honda Civic fixed. By reading all of the wonderful reviews here and finding out that they were Honda certified I made my decision to go with Studer Body & Paint. I am 100% glad that I chose them. Everyone was really friendly and I could tell that they really wanted to help. I had my car sent to them and it was finished in a week and two days. Also not having my car was freaking me out, but their Vehicle status check i feel put me at ease. I LOVED being able to see the progress on my car. I could really tell that they werent trying to sell me on anything which made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. I hope I never NEED to go in to get my car fixed again, but accidents happen and if it happens again I know where to go.

They took excellent care of my 2015 Infiniti. My car was involved in a hit and run accident and I was very disturbed as to whether or not whether it would be back like it was. The auto body shop is very clean and airy and has awards all over the walls for their superior service and certifications for different models of vehicles. Working with Bob Studer was such a positive experience seeing as I was there for a not so positive reason - auto accident! Hes professional, courteous, and pleasant. My car was not ready in the quoted time but that was because parts did not arrive - no fault of the shops. When I picked up the car, I was extremely pleased with the work. Just on a health issue note, I suffer with asthma and the heavy paint fumes affected me while finishing my business in the office. Also the paint fumes stayed in the car for two weeks which contributed to my lung problems.

Not once did I have to call for an inquiry as the updates kept me in the loop.I hope never to see this man again....considering the circumstances that my car had collision damage but if it happens again I will get my work done here, hands down.

I brought my car in in June for repairs after and accident, not only were they fast, they provided a loaner car, provided daily updates and pictures of the repair status and were friendly. Over 7 months after the repair, after bringing my car to the dealership twice for a load noise, the dealer could not figure out where the noise was coming from and concluded it must be a result of the accident. I brought the car back to Studer and within a day they figured out where the noise was coming from and corrected the issue, even though it may not have had anything to do with the accident or repair. Many places would have washed their hands of it, since theyve already been paid. They truly want a happy customer!

I dealt with Bob on my 2015 infiniti. Someone had sideswiped me. Bob was very friendly, and the estimate was quick and easy. He was much lower cost than most of the other quotes I got and did an excellent job. My dealer said he couldnt even tell up close. I would definitely recommend Studer.

Updated review!We took another car to Studer Body & Paint! Jan 2021. They did not disappoint - another fair and honest fix! Great communication and transparent explanations and pricing. We have used this company a total of 3 times now (unfortunately and positively)!! This is a true example of fine craftmanship, professionalism and service. My car was taken care of and fixed. There were easy connections with rental cars and easy exchanges! I wish I didn’t have to come here at all, but I’m glad I used Studer Autobody.Our cars: Volkswagen Passat (repaired twice) and Lincoln MKSThey also advertise in their office they are certified in many more makes and models.

Theres absolutely nothing bad I could say about my whole experience at Studer Body & Paint.From the moment Bob picked up the phone to me driving away just two weeks later, I got nothing short of the best care and professionalism.As for the quality of work that was done... where do I start.My wife and I drove this car off the lot just 4 days before the accident and the insurance company said it was almost a total loss. Bob and his crew finished the job in about two weeks and it looks amazing.

I am in the process of selling a car and had some paint /scuff marks on the right front bumper. I took it to several places. All wanted $200 + to make it look good and wanted to keep the car for a few days. Took it in for Bob Studer to look at. He took one look and went into his shop. He came out with a bottle of rubbing compound or something like that and bingo - it looks like new. No charge. This company has been around as long as I have which is a long time. First time Ive visited his shop and will visit again if I need any body work done. Thanks Bob!

I went in about a year ago, January 2015 because it was so close to my work and also specialized in Honda repair. The owner was very friendly, he was on my side and helped me work with the insurance company. Once I got my car back, I told Bob I was not happy with it simply because my grill was not the color it was before. He told me my insurance company (Big Box company) was the reason this happened. He worked with my adjuster and got me a new factory grill, which I was more than happy with.The only thing I regret was not creating this review until now. I would definitely recommend Studer Body to any of my friends and family.

Just picked up my 2012 Honda Civic - cement fell in a parking structure downtown and my car doors were damaged. WOW is all i can say. My car is absolutely beautiful - just like when i first got it. Bob made me feel positive right from the minute I walked in the door. He was the man for the job and he did above and beyond great work. I choose to take my truck to studer because of the many, many positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Pics, emails, phonecall, any info Bob could pass on during the process, he did. Truck looks and drives great.Hopefully I dont need to see Bob again, but if so, I will not hesitate to return.

Never had a better or more professional experience related to an automobile than I had with Bob at Studer Body & Paint. Bob is very friendly and knowledgable, willing to answer any questions you have, and is the kind of guy youd want to hang out with, have a beer and watch a Packer game. The repair to my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was complete in two days and youd never guess any harm had befallen it. In fact, when I picked up my Jeep it was cleaner than when I brought it in for repair - both inside and out. Bob had a rental car of similar style available for me, took care of all paperwork related to it and handled all insurance measures. It was so convenient and easy I could have sent our eleven year old in to handle it all could he reach the pedals. Hats off to Bob, and his crew, I can only hope to encounter more businesses like Bobs in the future and wish others the good fortune to work with Bob should their vehicle require any body work. I wish his shop provided more services than body and paint, for Id take my vehicle to him for all its needs if I could.

I havent had experience dealing with other body shops, but I do know excellent customer service when I see it. The service I received from Bob was finer than just about any company Ive ever dealt with. From the first call, Bob went out of his way to accommodate me. He offered to arrange for a rental car so that when I dropped off my car, I had a car waiting for me at his shop. No hassles! He sent me email updates with photos of the progress they were making on my car. Nice touch! When I picked up my car it looked brand new. Honestly! Bob even stayed late the night I picked up my car because I couldnt get there during normal business hours.Later that night, I realized the new headlights werent positioned correctly. Left Bob a message and he told me to come in the next day -- whenever it was convenient for me -- and he would make sure they were adjusted. Ten minutes after driving up, my headlights were fixed and I was on my way. I even received a follow-up email from Bob (and his wife) making sure everything was okay.There were a number of body shops closer to where I live, but I chose Studer after reading many positive reviews - like this one. I was so impressed with what other reviewers had to say, that I figured it was worth it to go out of my way to have the work done by Studer. I was very impressed with the quality and speed with which my SUV was repaired. I came in on very short notice with significant damage to two doors on my vehicle after swiping a fence that morning, and Studer was able to accomodate me immediately, finish my job early (in two days), and were able to negotiate the best price for my budget. I highly recommend this body shop, and while I hope I do not need their services again, I will use them if I should need bodyshop repairs!

Bob from Studer was absolutely amazing to work with. I had about 10K in damage to my 2012 Kia Sportage, and he took care of my car inside and out. It looked like it was brand new again straight from the factory. I spoke with him every step of the way, so you are never passed around from one person to the next. Bob handled the insurance company for me even though they were a pain to deal with. I absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone looking to have a very good job done on their vehicle. I was visiting Milwaukee from Madison and was rear-ended on the freeway. My 2012 Audi was pretty heavily damaged. A friend recommended Bob Studers shop and I had the car towed there. I could not be more impressed with the work and the attention to detail. The near daily email updates complete with photos were an unexpected plus. Bob went out of his way to make sure things were done right and that the insurance company covered everything it should have. I recommend Studers highly.

Several months ago I ran over a can of blue paint that was on the road. It was evening and I did not realize it until the next morning. I attempted to remove the paint but was unsuccessful. I could not think of what to do next until I had a bright idea; I called Studer Body and Paint. Bob Studer immediately said to bring the car in and that he would try to repair it for me. Both Bob and an employee worked on the car and in a short period of time it was back to normal at no cost to me.
