So my experience with Freedom Honda began with me test driving a used Toyota Avalon which I didnt like because the seats were uncomfortable. But like most dealerships Freedom Honda wanted to see me in one of their vehicles. I explained to the salesman Tandy amd the Finance Manager (bald head/long beard) that Im in the process of rebuilding my credit and didnt think I could qualify for a loan. To my surprise the Finance manager talked to me about leasing one of their vehicles. Ill be honest I did not think I would qualify for anything brand new but somehow I got everything I wanted in a car at the price point I was aiming for. There was zero stress and I felt like I made a great choice. If your looking for a good vehicle go see the folks at Freedom Honda you will not be disappointed.

Good service and prompt. The only drawback with this organization is that they leave their customers stranded with no shuttle service. So if you dont have a ride, youre waiting all day in the waiting room while they repair your vehicle. This is a poor business decision.
I actually look forward to my annual vehicle maintenance. I am greeted warmly upon entry, all employees are very friendly and cheerful. Service is completed thoroughly and quickly. The waiting area is comfoetable and clean. (Thanks for the coffee! Was hoping to treat myself to a donut, but maybe those will be back eventually. Best for my waistline that it wasnt today!) My car was washed an even dusted on the inside. (Sorry for my dusty dashboard! 🙈) Always a pleasure - keeping me loyal!
We occasionally have taken our vehicles here for oil changes. Several times, the mechanic has recommended repairs. Rather than having them repair the vehicle, we took our car to a former Honda master mechanic to confirm the issues that Freedom pointed out. The repairs were absolutely not needed. Also, recently they rotated our tires. I noticed the next day that the tire light was on. One of our tires was overfilled. Several years ago, they changed our transmission fluid but did not fill it up to the appropriate level. This at the time was a brand new car. Fortunately no damage to the transmission, but I thought this was just a one off--but not so. We are not returning to this place of business for any services any more--not even a simple oil change.
Freedom Honda service department is outstanding. From management to advisers to mechanics this is how a service department should be run.

I get my oil changed here and had in the past not so great service due to the person at the counter ordering wrong parts for my vehicle at the time. This last time it was awesome, scheduled online as normal and Dan took good care of me. I will only use him in the future.

Upon picking up car when serviced, the windshield was cracked. Manager refused to accept responsibility for damage and told me to call my insurance company as it was not their problem. Do not bring your vehicle to this dealership.
Really feel like the staff always has my best interest at heart.
Our experience has been that this place is pretty efficient and do a pretty decent job however, they are expensive and are a slow with service time these days.

Freedom Honda constantly amazes me with the way they go above and beyond for its customers! Kevin Whitlock, service advisor, and Chris Burris, Service Director, were both diligent in their efforts to arrange and work through a windshield replacement on our 2019 Honda Fit. Our auto insurance company made this a very difficult process, but Chris and Kevin helped smooth things out. Chris even put on his “scrubs” and filled in for our regular mechanic who was out sick. The way these guys bend over backwards to help their customers makes them stand out way above their competition in this industry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This Honda location is both expansive and easy to get to. The service provided is unmatched by any dealer within a 10 mile radius and the waiting area is clean and inviting. If you have any questions or concerns the staff is both very friendly and happy to assist you with a smile on their face (even under a protective mask in which they could have gotten away without smiling but their kindness shows). Would highly recommend this location for any of your car service needs.

I had a great experience getting my Honda HR-V serviced here. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and filters replaced. Marty was quick and professional and my service request was done quickly. In my experience at service centers people will try to up-sell unnecessary services and that was not the case here. Would recommend!

When I purchased a used car from Freedom, it needed a small interior part that was back ordered. In the meantime, I had the car and they were to call me when it arrived. A month later, I havent heard anything and called to inquire. Sadly the ball had been dropped and my part had arrived but that is where it stopped. It is not often a business can earn a 5 star from me after dropping the ball, but that is exactly what Freedom did! The staff at Freedom jumped into action and within the hour I had heard from multiple people in service and sales calling to apologize. They stepped up and got me in and out for the repair and even filled my tank and washed my car for the inconvenience. Way to go Freedom!!
I’ve been coming to Freedom since we moved here almost 4 years ago. We bought our newest car from here but what I live most is their service department. I can get in almost anytime I need to, it’s quick, reasonably priced and I never have any issues. I highly recommend going to Alexandra Dickerhoff, she is my service partner of choice and her customer service is the best I’ve seen in a long, long time. She’s always in a good mood and she always has a positive answer on how they’re going to service my car, no matter how picky my issue is. I hope her bosses realize what a great employee they have in Alex. Having to get your car serviced isn’t the most pleasant experience but Alex sure makes it less cumbersome than any other place I’ve been. Thank you Alex!
Cost of rental car fee for the day was waived and they finished 3 hours earlier than expected. They did a really nice job on the window tint.

Service Director Chris Burris, Service Advisor Marty Stinett and Technician Jeffery Buckham are all top notch in the customer service they provide at Freedom Honda. We recently moved to Colorado Springs from Denver, where we had been customers at Schomp Honda for 25 years. My wife and I always thought no one could beat Schomp Honda in terms of their reliable and honest service, but Freedom Honda does just that! In addition to a regular oil change and tire rotation service, there were several other concerns I asked to have checked out on our 2016 Honda CR-V. As I reported these concerns at check-in, it was obvious to me that the service advisor (Marty) took elaborate notes on what I was reporting. While I was working in the waiting area, the technician (Jeffery) took the time to come over and not only discuss his findings, but walked me back to the service area and showed me exactly what he found and the fixes necessary on the car. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. Freedom Hondas service director Chris Burris also took the time to discuss my concerns about a recent Honda recall on another car we own, and answered all my questions and was extremely personable in doing so. I CANNOT RECOMMEND FREEDOM HONDA ENOUGH FOR SUCH EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE!!!

Members of the service team are not properly trained and explain recommend service improperly to customers. Seems that recommended services dont have reason behind them and that the service department is recommending unnecessary items.

I scheduled some service work for my CR-V and instead of giving me a card with time and date the service advisor said; Oh you will get an email with all the information. Never received the email so I went to Honda dealer on South end of town and got my work done. You need to avoid this dealership as their customer service and the their service work is nonexistent. I will never buy another vehicle there. Go to Denver and you will save a lot of money on purchasing a new Honda.
The service was great... However, I did not get to enjoy the benefits of my oil change due to driving away with a 2019 Honda Fit! I do love Freedom Honda! This was the second car that I have bought from them!

They were friendly and they offer a shuttle service which was great. They did crack our dash while putting it back together and they were supposed to order the part and call us back in to replace it but never did. Also the whole reason we went was to get the recall done one the air bags and passager side doors and already the passager side doors arent locking again, so Id hate to think that the air bags arent actually fixed too so I dont know if I would recommend their service center :/

Honda offers a 5 year navigation update, have a 2016 accord and tried to update following the Garmin/Honda website. Update for my crv went well but my accord update caused the navigation to have an error “can”t unlock maps” and “detailed maps are required for navigation”. Called the service department for assistance and no answer and was told I would receive a call back. Did not happen. Drove to the service department and got to talk with Beau Czarnecki who was absolutely no help. Basically told me my warranty was expired 2 weeks ago and since I did the update myself I caused the problem? Even when Honda requires you to do your own update???? He was arrogant and forward that I caused the problem and would cost $149 in labor a hour while he gave a service with a smile when dealing with this issue. No remorse cut throat customer service here. Don’t expect any help here they just want your $$$$$$$$. I guess I shouldn’t of expected any less from a 3 star rated company.*****Update*****Just got done dealing with Matt Koen from mike maroone Honda on south academy and They are honoring the 5 years of free navigation updates free of charge, only stipulation is you must provide a usb drive with at least 16gb of free storage(purchased from Walmart for $4) talk about real customer service!

Had an appointment at 0830 for an oil change . After the person after me left I went to ask about my car they didnt even start on it. The customer service sucks. So unorganized it was 0950 when I asked about me car. The time before they didnt even have in my record that I had a two year of free services. I had to prove to them that they agreed to the two year Service with the text msg on my phone. If it wasnt free I wouldnt even come back after the 1st time!
