They tell you when you dont need something. I took my car in to get the brakes changed (they were squeaking) and to fix a coolant leak. They fixed the coolant leak and told me I didnt need new brakes. They are very honest :) and quick.

Friendly and straightforward. Fixed my car the day I called and made the experience easy for a fair price. Entrance headed south on 900 east was a little challenging: I found it easier to overshoot, turn around in the waffle house parking lot and come back.

I just cant say enough about how well we are treated at this shop. They are honest mechanics who charge a fair rate. Ive waited before rating, because I wanted to test them out. Ive had to use them three times now and every time I come away feeling like I have been fully listened to, and they take the time to explain everything in all the detail I would like. Came in with what I thought was bad rear brakes and within an hour of it being there they were able to tell me the full extent of the damage. Turns out that the boots in my braking system were completely broken and cracked. They were able to get the parts and have it back to me before they closed. That’s what I call amazing service. Not taking my car anywhere else now. Should’ve listened to my grandparents when they said Young Brothers are fair priced and amazing work. I received a referral to try out this shop and I was not disappointed at all. My son is working and attending school in Salt Lake and I live in Canada and he had some repairs which unless attended to rendered his car not safe to drive. He had recently had some quotes when using a coupon for a wheel alignment. He was told tie rod ends, and CV boots needed to be replaced. We took it to young brothers and while it needed some front end work for sure it was not necessary at this point to replace tie rod ends and they were honest about what needed to be done. They took it a step further to explain what to watch for in the future. they only repaired what he needed to have done based on his circumstances even though I was helping out with the bill. It was such a pleasure dealing with a shop that understood our situation and was honest with what the real issues were. They also called and discussed the work that needed to be done so we were aware of what the costs would be. They are a full service shop so i had them take care of the tires as well and recommended excellent tires at a reasonable price. The labor rates were reasonable and I felt like they were a very reputable shop and care about their customers. They have earned a repeat customer with us. Thank you Young Brothers.

Im always happy to help support a local business like Young Brothers. John and Aaron are always so helpful. It can be a little inconvenient to take the car there because they are not open on Saturday but I am willing to deal with that because of their great customer service and honesty. I used to go to Burt Brothers but after so many dishonest experiences with those guys I started going to Young Brothers and have never been happier.

Best Automotive place that I have been to in Utah! They helped us when another mechanic had messed up our car. They took time to talk to us and understand our situation. They were very honest and only did what was necessary to get our car running. They didnt try to throw any unnecessary expenses and went over and beyond to make sure our car was fixed when other mechanics do the bare minimum. I cant say enough good things about this place. If you want a good honest mechanic this is the best place to go.

I was told that my daughters’ Jeep needed a new starter. I took it to young brothers and after a thorough diagnosis, they determined it was simply a battery that was beyond repair. One new battery later, it runs great. They could have charged me for a whole lot more. It’s always nice to trust your mechanics.
