Recently installed a single turbo kit on my 5.0 f150. I’ve had family members being difficult builds here in the passed and they have always done amazing work. The tuning on the truck is amazing and it really helps put the power down. They also mentioned some potential issues I was not aware of so that I could get them fixed before I had any major issues, even down to things as small as an exhaust leak and replacing my wastegate spring. I will 100% be back in the future.

This place is great. Samantha at the front dest is very nice and asked great questions about what I wanted done to my car. I brought my car here to have some dyno tuning done and Heath did not disappoint. My car is really fast now and does not make any weird noises. Heath exceeded my expectations with unbelievable power numbers and I am very happy with Premier Complete Auto. Their prices were good and honest. I will be bringing my car back for more tuning after other modifications are done. Thanks again and I will let everyone know how great this place is.

Good first experience at Premier. I took my C6Z Corvette here for a repair after hearing from friends and others on Premier’s expertise and knowledgeable mechanics. The repair did take longer than anticipated but Cody/Samantha communicated the delays and not a week went by where I didn’t speak to them. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been to premier a couple times.First when I did an engine swap on my mustang a few years back and just recently when I slapped a supercharger on it.Both times they’ve done an amazing job.They always call if there’s something that has to be changed/added. Prices are fair and very good communication.They’ve helped me out with start up tunes and modifications to current tune free or charge.

This place is great! They are extremely knowledgeable and explain issues you may be dealing with in a easy to understand way. Their customer service is fantastic! Some mechanics I’ve dealt with in the past feel like they are ripping you off. Not the case here. All repairs I’ve made seem reasonable and have fixed the issues. They’ve become the main place I go to, even if it’s just for basic maintenance. I very much recommend them to anyone in need of car care!

I recently had My oil changed and a door actuator for my heater the work they did was good. this is my go to place for my Ford F150.

It was a great positive atmosphere $60 synthetic oil change very professional and replaced rear brakes pads and fixed the window washer fluid tube I think this will be my to go mechanic shop for now onTHANK YOU!

A little late on the review, But this place is amazing. I had and issue with my clutch that I replaced. I could not get it to work,I re-did it twice took it apart what not. The best crew around. I got suspension and a tune up exhaust done for my truck and these guys killed it. They all know their stuff when it comes to auto care and they are honest and up front. Not the cheapest out there but I am impressed with their communication and work. Quick to answer questions and resolve issues! Sometimes you get what you pay for. This seems to be the case here. I was very pleased. I was recommended this place by a competitor that couldnt do the work that I needed. These guys came thru and did a good job. Just a little over $ what the first place estimated the cost would be. I very rarely give 5 stars 🌟 but was close to doing so here. Need a couple more experiences...

The wife was vary happy her suburban after I took it in and had them do an alignment on the front end. Bonus the waiting room had a kid area. Will continue to go back on all my vehicles needs.

So far so good. The guys have been honest upfront and have sent me pictures and kept me up to date. Its a nice change to see an honest shop. Hopefully the f450 is back to running like a dream on Monday. Cody needs a promotion or at least a pat on the back for going above and beyond.After getting the truck back its perfect. They were quick and no BS. The price they estimated was accurate and they got it out quickly. Couldnt be happier.

I got shocks and springs on my challenger rt, they called me multiple times throughout the day to update me on problems and the status of the vehicle, very professional. I asked them if they could get it done in one day and they didnt guarantee it but said they would try, they did get it done and its been driving good since, I plan on getting my cam Done there in the spring and then a fully built supercharged short block later. The way I am with my car is odd to say the least, but I trust them with their work and would recommend them

Get shop. I have been to multiple mechanics in the past (from chains to single person shops) and I never felt like I could trust someone more. They are conscientious of price and will help make your vehicle the best it can be.I had them do around 9 items on my diesel truck (F350) and it took them about a week, I was very impressed- I have had an oil change take 2 days before at other place.The staff is very friendly and make you feel taken care of.I will be taking my truck here again (if need be, I hope nothing breaks ever again...but I am sure something will go wrong)

Paid 650$ for a new thermostat and sensor just to have my truck break down a couple months after. Took it to a different shop and they told me nothing had been replaced..

Premier is the go to shop in the slc Valley. Always professional, fast and great service. These guys can build you one of the fastest race cars around or a simple oil change. They can do it all and are the best around!

I gave these guys my 99 cobra engine after a few friends recommended them.My engine had a lot of damage and they made sure it was good to go. I recently got it back in the car and started the break in process, and it sounds and runs great. Im very happy with how it turned out. For me it has brought some spark back into my days, its been hard not having my car working right. They were very professional in all of their communications and wanted to make sure I had a great experience with them.It did turn out more expensive than I planned, but there was damage that no one could have seen, so no part of their pricing, just previous owners lol. 10/10 would go back. Thanks guys for the help. Will see you soon!

They have tuned numerous custom builds for us and have always gone above and beyond in there work. There mechanics care and take pride in there work, the owners know how important repeat business is. I’ve always felt like I got more than what I paid for. I would recommend them 100 times over when it comes to needing anything from custom tuning, to building big horsepower in your vehicle, all the way down to a simple oil change.There prices are fair and competitive, there service is like non other, there quality shows in there work And there knowledge is mind blowing (no pun intended) I hope those reading this truly take my review to heart and give them a shot, you won’t regret it!

So glad I found this place! I dont know anything about cars and everytime I have to get something done to my car, Im afraid Im going to leave the car place without a leg and an arm. Premier Complete Auto Care was so great! They walked me through every step of what they were doing and helped me understand more about my car and how to prevent further problems developing. Great atmosphere as well! Usually car place have a stuffy waiting room where youre just waiting to get the bill and are anxious. This place is super open and comfortable!

Easily the best experience ive ever had at an auto shop. Stephen listened to what i wanted to accomplish with my build and gave me multiple suggestions and options to get it where i wanted it. He provided me with a quote for a few minor upgrades all the way up to a full out build. I decided to go all out and he was able to source the parts quickly despite the Covid setbacks. He updated me frequently as the parts were trickling in and kept me up to speed during the build. Stephen proved to be extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question i had. The technician Kyle did an outstanding job on the instillation. It looks even cleaner then it did stock i think! Everything runs and looks great and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. They walked me back in the shop and it was extremely clean and organized, which to me speaks volumes. My experience at Premier was exceptional and they now have a customer for life.

Customer service is great! I needed new brake pads and my tires rotated(got my tires from them a few months ago) They are great to work with and very fairly priced!

Came in from out of town. Water pump went out on my diesel truck that wouldve probably taken me two days to repair. Called Premier talked to Steve and told him my situation. Said he would have my truck by end of the day. Will see what happens. Keep you all updated on what happens.The repairs were made in a timely manner couldnt ask for better service. Took my Camaro to Premier for a tune and couldnt be happier. This is the 2nd time Ive had the car in for a tune after making major changes. Ive also had previous cars tuned at Premier. Highly recommended and the only shop that I will let touch my car.

When I came here I had never had a ‘nice car’ so to speak and knew that the Lexus dealership would cost me a ton. I decided to go with Premier since it seemed luxury autos were their speciality and that they are! I came here and got an oil change and a transmission fluid flush and my computer’s oil sensor was really sensitive so it thought my oil was low because a repairman put in 6 quarts instead of 6.8. Not mad at all, just hoping this helps others if they have something strange like that, probably your sensors being touchy! I had a minor leak from my Front Differential and everywhere was quoting me 22 hours of labor and anywhere from $1700-$3,500!!! These guys found another way I guess and I ended up paying only under $660 for this repair and having it done by pros is awesome. They back their work, have always entertained my questions and concerns, and make sure you and your machine are treated very well. Definitely recommend!!!

Updating with my most recent experience:Brought my car in to simply have 2 TPMS sensors replaced and possibly get an alignment. First I was told they wont install customer supplied parts. Once I had said it wasnt a problem the previous two times, I was told they dont do tire stuff anymore. So not really complete auto care. Then asked for an alignment because I had installed coilovers and was told, word for word, Our alignment machine is down and were not fixing it. I left my car there to get the tpms sensors replaced only to find out my sunroof was left open through an entire thunderstorm and the work was never done on the car.I used to love this place but Im no longer bringing any of our drift/track/daily cars here for anything and Ill no longer recommend it if theyre seemingly going to lie at every corner.Old review:One of the only shops in SLC that we trust our cars with and its become my go-to. No problems with alignments and they dont over-torque hardware. Theyre genuine and dont try to screw you. Great place to buy tires, although not the best deals.Only complaint is nothing is done in a timely manner. Whether Im here for a tire swap, a plug, or an alignment, Im always waiting for a minumum of 2 hours, even with an appointment. And then upon completion everyone is just standing around chatting for 20 minutes before I got my keys.

Always above and beyond type of service..they really want you to be happy when you leave.

I took our Subaru in for an oil change... usually I dread having to take it in, but my first time at Premier Complete was wonderful. The waiting area is nice and clean. Cozy chairs and I loved having the news to watch. Water/Coffee is complimentary as well as plenty of reading material and a fun little area for kids to play at. I sat and knitted while waiting for my car and it was the best forty minutes of quiet time... I cant complain about the time it took - they made it seem effortless and even showed me the nasty filters from my car and asked if Id like them replaced. Robert was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed listening talk to customers as you can tell he genuinely cares about helping others. Thanks Premier!!

A great place with great service. I’ve had my front and rear brakes recently done and they are awesome. Even got an alignment knocked out today. Cody got me squared away quickly, with a clear understanding of the work and cost. I will be taking my Tahoe there for any service I need in the future. I highly recommend you check them out. I rarely ever write reviews, unless I am truly impressed with my experience. Brock & the crew at Premier really are top shelf, and deserve the recognition.Ive taken my 73 Mustang to Premier a few times over the past 2-3 years for a few repairs & updates, i.e. replace a bent rear axle, front disc brake conversion, new aluminum radiator, new front shocks, new power steering pump, new oil damper, and few other things here and there; and with the oil damper, they made sure that it wasnt leaking at all before I picked the car up. Very thorough, and very reasonable prices.Now, without going into detail, there were a couple of hiccups. And my reaction to them admittedly was a tad abrasive. However, Brock handled me & the situations calmly & with a professionalism thats hard to come by these days, and made sure that everything was was taken care of. As the saying goes, Cooler heads prevail.Thanks again Premier!~Steve

Just picked up my car so things may change ( but I doubt it). The mechanics know what theyre doing and seem to be real gear heads if thats the kind of thing that draws you to a garage with Performance in the name. Unfortunately, I took my car in for repair. The GM dealer doesnt seem to know what to do with it so I do bother any more. Well these guys do repairs and high performance mods. If you have a high performance car and prefer mechanics that specialize in high performance under your hood these may be your guys. I just wish I had them doing a cam and headers instead of a valve job.

They have my car tuned perfectly. My power is where it should be without the quirks I had before. And my transmission is shifting on point.

Took my sons mustang lx 5.0 down to them today and they listened to what I had to say about the way the car was running they were polite and told me they would find out what was going on Im happy we took his car down to them we need to get it running right so we can get it in the body shop and get it looking good too it needs tons of work but getting it running right is the main focus for now thanks for the reassurance that you will find out why its not running right

Being the dummy that I am, I knocked my driver’s side mirror into the garbage can while backing out of my driveway. I contacted Premier while running errands (because the duct tape wasn’t holding - yeah, I know, duct tape! 🤦🏻‍♀️) and Robert said to swing by to take a look. Premier wasn’t able to fix it but provided a better temporary solution until I could get it to the dealer. I really appreciate the willingness to help me! Thanks, guys!

If you bring in a vehicle that is unsafe or incomplete, be prepared to pay to fix it right with Premier. Premier will turn down any other work on the vehicle before the safety issues are corrected. Why?, because they care about their customers and their safety!! Dont expect them to tune a car with two or three bolts holding the trans on, different or wrong size injectors, missing engine mounts, duct tape intakes, home electrical wiring and switches, bailing wire exhaust hangers etc.. You get what you pay for nowadays and there are too many people out there thay dont care and are in it just to make a buck. Premier may not be the cheapest shop in town, but i wouldnt want the cheapest mechanic fixing my vehicles anyways. This is one of the few shops I trust my vehicles to, not only are they honest, they tell it how it is, its not all about the money with Premier, they arent a rip off its a FIX IT RIGHT thing.

They even squoze me in for a dyno tune when they were very busy because they knew a date my car had to be done was important for me. Contacted Heath on Saturday night about doing a pre-buy inspection on a camaro and a compression test. Brought it in Monday and they got me in right away without even an appointment! Talked to Brock while I was waiting about some there amazing cars! They are super friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and treat you fair. I have bought one of there built mustangs and it was phenomenal! I look forward to taking my cars there in the future.
