Rudy and his team did a phenomenal job with a full tune up for this gal. I was in a collision and needed my front tire trued. They spent extra time and care to get it done so that I didn’t have to replace it. They cleaned her, adjusted the brakes, and made sure everything is in proper working order. She’s riding smoother than ever. And they guarantee their work for 30 days so I can make sure it feels good on my daily commute. Couldn’t be happier.

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with the Miami Bike Shop. I needed new lines, a new spoke in my back frame and to tighten up some of my bolts and tune up my bike chain/chain system. My bike was really warn and old prior to coming to the shop and when I got it back I was like WOW! out loud, I exclaimed WOW. The price was fantastic. The professionalism and quick work was majorly appreciated. There was a bit of a wait to get my bike back because they were so busy but Im so happy I came here. First, the shop didnt reject me with service as it did Mack Cycle and Fitness snobby shop! F*&^&* MACK CYCLE! The guys at Miami Bike Shop took me in right away and, despite the car/bike accident issues, put me back on the road with expedited service and right before the shop was closing for the night. They took care of me with the major repair done, and I can move on with my travel without another delay. - After repair, the bike performs like a Swiss Watch! I have to say that I’ve been comparing their prices with amazon to see their pricing point, and they are the same or even cheaper than Amazon. They will take the time to explain you whatever you need and also help you get the best for you. The store is medium size, and they don’t have thousands of products, but They are growing and I’m sure that with our support, they will keep growing.

First time here and was impressed with the quality of workmanship of their products. The love of my life Alison got her bike here and she lit up like a 10 year old girl. We have had nothing but fun from this experience. If you need a bike you must come here and check them out. Great location and easy access.

Ive been to many bike shops over the years in different cities, and Ive got to say that the Miami Bike Shop is one of the best ones Ive been to by far. Its not just that they do a great job of tuning up the bike or repairs, its that they actually care and are customer friendly - they make the whole experience easy and treat you well in the process.In my most recent experience this past week, I came to get new tubes and wanted them to take a look at my gears. The process to leave the bike with them has always been very easy and simple, and I could tell my bike was in good hands. When I got it back a couple days later, I was surprised that not only did they replace my tubes, they also oiled and adjusted my gears and tuned up the bike. Apparently the mechanic took the liberty of doing the extra leg work at no cost to me, just to ensure I have a safe and smooth ride after getting my bike back with the new tubes. All in all, repairs were well done and I got excellent service at a very good price - this is how businesses should treat their customers. Ill be coming back!

I recently picked up Jamis Citizen 3 from The Miami Bike Shop. Rob is the worlds best bike mechanic! His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience fun and educational. What a great place. The Citizen 3 is a good ride also. The bike style and size fit my riding style and purpose perfectly. When I arrived at the store to checkout their bike selection, It was good to find the store busy and their staff assisting clients with adding air to their tires and doing safety checks before their ride. Ask for Rob when you visit.

I moved down to South Florida a couple of years ago and met the shop bike ride out on the road. They introduced me to everyone in the South Florida cycling scene and have changed my life. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Jake is one of the best mechanics in South Florida and his expertise is second to none. If youre looking for a real bike shop with real mechanics, this is the shop to go to.

GREAT service, SUPER nice people. My wife and I rented our bicycles here during Art Week and the people at the Miami Bike shop were super friendly and helpful. No problem changing a saddle, arranging lighting. The bikes were super sweet and brought us all over Miami (the Venetian Causeway!) and even Shark Valley. To top it all, they were willing to come to the shop two hours earlier because our plane left early. Thank you and hopefully until next year.

This crew is the best. They treat ALL customers well. You could be in there to buy a $5000 bike or coming in to fix a flat on your favorite old truck, you could be a cycling pro or an eight-year-old girl with daddy looking for your first bike, rich, poor, middle class, black, white, brown or purple, and the crew is there for you. That said, Id think of this shop almost the way you would think of a surf shop: give respect and watch it come back.

I love Maui. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Rudy, however, if youre not spending a lot money with them is dismissive. I have stopped patronising this bike shop because of my experience with Rudy. He did apologise, but he soured me.

Honesty is the best policy and it seemed as though this concept is the only concept that this bike shop follows. Other businesses in Miami should learn this concept as it is easy to followI brought in my store-bought bike and this shop did some nice upgrades to it and made it better than it was when I bought it I also wanted to change the rims on the bike but they informed me that the bike wasnt built to change the rims that the original ones were fine they do great tune-ups and their prices are great they are consistent and throwing in everything they do this is a reason why I will bring my bike across town just for them to work on it

This place is amazing. They are timely, very reasonably priced, great customer service and know what they are doing. In addition to having a regular quick turnaround on normal service, I brought my bike in for one specific issue. I thought this would be a quick fix and I’d get my bike back in a day or two. They fixed it right then and there for me. Took less than ten minutes. I will never take my bike anywhere else.

I first visited this store after buying a used specialized hybrid bike that needed some TLC so the guys serviced the bike, got the gears working and made a few improvements, all for a good price. Everybody was really polite and helpful and the owner/manager took an personal interest in making sure I was happy with the end result. Since then Ive visited on a few occassions and the service provided has always exceeded my expectations. Overall a great store with a good inventory and very knowledgeable, proficient and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

I bought a carbon frame bike from this shop. I don’t own a car and it’s the closest shop to where I live. Throughout the selling process Rudy made a bunch of promises. He was nice but nothing he promised he followed through with. Karim is also nice but as a customer I feel like I was taken. I hope this experience is isolated but it has been mine.

Always saving me at last minute. Whether I need new tires or LED lights, their stuff is prompt, savvy and amicable. I really enjoy their service and hope to make it my bike shop one stop solution for all my bike needs.

I bought a used bike and brought it here for a tune up, new seat, handlebar grips and a lock. 2 days later, I had left the bike locked up outside overnight and got robbed of my new seat, handlebar grips and some bolts and levers. Took it back to Miami Bike Shop and they took care of me right away and gave me a break on prices to replace stolen items and labor. They were so nice and extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Im a new customer for life - the service here is fantastics. Thank you!

Open but wont let you enter the store because of Covid.

I came with flat tire, guy name Jerry, without even looking at it, said I need new one, after changing tire, that could be patched, he adadjusted the brakes, I left the store with completely nonresponding brakes, I came back, different person fixed it, only I had to push it so hard that after two hrs biking, I got blisters on my hand, I came back, asked to change the brakes the way it was, jerry said I need to change the hole brakes system on my brand new bike, I said can you please adjust it the way it was, Jerry said no, unless you pay me. So, I want to thank everyone in this shop for your help

Love this place. Very good prices, service is fast and friendly, they never ever try to sell you things or repairs you dont need. All the staff including the owners and associates are sweethearts. Shout out to Karim and Rudy who went above and beyond and took care of minor issues of my bike and didnt even charge me for it. Highly recommend them. They are right next to 5 delightful and inexpensive restaurants where you can fill up while your bike is getting repaired. Right in the Heart of downtowns Edgewater

I got to the store before opening, and a young guy who worked there arrived right around the sane time. He helped me right away and I was on my way with what I needed in no time.

Very unprofessional! You go to the store to ask what is the part you need. The customer service/mechanic tells you to take a picture and bring it in. You take a picture and bring it in guy tells you bring a bike it. Too much hassle with unexperienced people I would prefer City bikes Midtown which is only 10 blocks down.

Today is the second time I’ve tried to use the services at this bike shop. And today is the second time I no help from them at all. I wanted to give them another shot after my first experience. Today, I bought a bike on Craigslist and the tires were flat. I literally walked 9 blocks in the rain to their shop. After hanging out for a few minutes for one of the 4 guys to help me out. I was handed a broken air pump and told this is the only one they have for public use. Ok. I guess they didn’t know that I needed a bike lock too. But, I wanted to see how the customer service was before I dropped $115 on their 10 Out of 10 security Kryptonite Fahgettaboudit U Bolt. I guess they saved 5 min not helping me with my tires. And I’ll save $20 ordering off amazon.

Knowledgeable, polite staff and very helpful. Been here a few times, ive bought a few things and ive asked a lot of questions.They always seem to have an in-depth answer which gives me an idea of how things work and their purpose.Anyways... I was working on my brakes yesterday (Sun 7/31/2016) and didnt have the tool to cut the lines, so i strolled through seeing as though i live a few blocks away and they gladly lent me the cutters to make the cuts at the store. I left and to my disappointment, i came to find out that i needed the same tool to cut the brake line housing. I quickly turned around and returned back to the store to find that they had just closed 15 minutes ago. As they were about to literally walk out the back door, i knocked on the window at which they signaled closed which i responded back with scissor cutting signal.... next thing i know they were headed to the front door. They opened up and happily assisted me even though they were about to head out the back door. Its very rare to find this kind of service anywhere. I really appreciate that they had gone out of their way to lend me a hand.... and because of this i was able to finish up the brakes and install new bar tape on my roadbike. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Very disappointed in this place. My boyfriend took my bike in with a need for a new seat and post, gear box where the tire is, and to fix a flat. Somehow they said I also needed a new gear shifter as well because it was cracked and when my boyfriend questioned them about it they called him a liar we didnt do it, so you obviously did. Also, the post they offered was not the same one as the factory issued and so when trying to find a new seat it is impossible to find, thus it seems they were trying to make us only buy their seats which were highly marked up.Not only were they trying to scam us for more and more money, but their attitude was completely lackluster. I know customer service is rare in Miami, but this was just a horrid display of how not to treat your customers! The bike shop has great potential if only they knew what doing good business was. Take your bike somewhere else.

I bought the unknown combat frame from citygrounds and had it assembled there. 2 days later i had to go back and get the crank tightened not even a half hour later the crank came off and i came back to replace a crank arm and bracket, the owner had an excuse for why he didnt check/tighten the brackets that came from the factory and i decided not to allow their mechanics to touch my bike for a third time. Do not waste your time or money with these people go to miami bicycle collective and talk to professionals who take pride in their work.

I like this bike shop. People are friendly and the service is good - especially good for mountain bikes. This is one of the few shops that still will set up your tubless tire system. Thats important to me.The shop atmosphere is relaxed and customers just hang out there and chat up the crew. Many bring and share beer with you. How cool is that?I go there for my high-end mountain bike repairs often and road bike too, but not as often. But I see a large and loyal following of commuter cyclists. Anything from the hypster fixie to the urban fat bike to daily commuters. Even the local police has their bikes serviced there.Over time, Ive got to know people at this shop. Some even became friends.I like that. This may not be a big box bike shop with fancy displays, but probably thats why i like it so much. Feels real there.

While riding this past 31st of December the cassette nut loosen up jamming the pedaling storke.... called the store and asked mgr if he had the tool to tighten it and help me fix it, I mentioned that I was close by, he immediately offered me to stop by that he will take care of it, of which he did in less than 5 minutes, refuse to charge me for the service and got me going on my 40 miles ride. no questions asked, service 101. Top notch.great guys to work w/ & best bikes i tried. i tried lots of bikes. the cruiser i bought was the leisger c.d.5. fifth gen. down tube battery mounted cruiser. - the sweetest bike i ever rode. EVER! ive been riding for 65 years so i know. originally i wanted the tommy bahama, about $ 4,ooo.oo so b/4 spending that much i tried many bikes -including the tommy bahama- which was nice- but this c.d.5 from miami bicycle is the best bike -including non electric cruiser- i ever rode. it has all the qualities of a precision racer & all the comfort of a cruiser. they worked w/ me financially and they are good guys. i have had some bad experiences with bicycle shops here in miami -even palm beach- but these guys know bikes and dont screw you. i will always use them for my ebike needs.
