The staff at the Coconut Grove shop were extremely helpful in my renting of two electric bikes. They were very concerned with getting the seats adjusted correctly and making sure the bikes were prepared.

We rented hybrid bikes for the day and biked out to Key Biscayne - such a beautiful ride! Bikes were in good condition and service at the store was great! Nothing but high remarks. Perfect way to spend a Sunday; and so much better to bike over the bridge rather than sit in traffic - highly recommend!

This shop along with its sister location in downtown has been fixing my bike for years now and always provide great service except for today. A store clerk by the name of Olivia had answered the phone in a very terse and rude manner and and ended up hanging up the phone on when when I asked for better assistance. For a customer that spends hard earned money with this local business I was in disbelief the kind of service I just received. Olivia should not be allowed to deal with any customers if that is the kind of customer service she finds acceptable.

Great place to rent a bicycle. I rented an electric assist bike, and had a great experience. I rented an electric assist bike,and when I started riding noticed it didnt change gear quite right. I returned to the store where they gave me a brand new one that was not a rental! They were out and the rep gave me the new bike to make it right! Great company, they returned my calls and went out of their way to make sure I had the bike I needed.

Got a couple of rental bikes for a long weekend. Super simple to reserve and pay online. Really great price. And to my surprise these were the best rental bikes we’ve ever gotten. While vacationing in Key Biscayne, my wife and I had planned to rent bikes for the week to get around. The bike shops on the Key, however, had sold their rental bikes during the Covid outbreak, and had not been able to replace them due to supply chain issues. Through Google, we found SunCycling Cycle and Fitness, Coconut Grove, who did have bikes to rent and even offered to deliver them to us - I was surprised because we were a ways away. We rented their road bikes for four days. The bikes were very, very nice; they were high-performance, light-weight carbon fiber Treks! The sales person making the arrangements, David, was extremely friendly and very prompt. He even texted me information after-hours. The mechanic delivering the bikes, Gabriela, was on-time and fitted the bikes to us expertly. She likely was extremely friendly. The bikes made our vacation. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend SunCycling to anyone looking for rentals or other biking needs.

I had been a client of SunCycling Coconut Grove for quite a while now. They never disappoint in always providing great customer service with best selection of bikes, accessories and competitive prices in town. Im on my 3rd bicycle purchased @ Wilier Cento10Air and I will keep coming back. Usually turn around tune-up and service of your ride is within 24 to 48 hours max depending how busy they are at the shop and thats a big plus for me. A team friend recommended me taking my bike to Suncycling so I visited the one in Coconut Grove. From the moment I entered the store, Mr. Christian welcomed me with a big smile. They serviced my bike and recommended to change the chain so I did. I was able to drop the bike in the morning and pick it up before 6 pm and the bike looked like new. I will definitely keep bringing my bike to this store for future repairs. What a great service.

So, Sunday, I blew out one of my shoe clips. The tech looked at it, said give me a minute and checked if he had the parts.In 5 minutes, shoe clip fixed and back on the bike and oh, I was very, very, happy. I asked what I owed, he said next time. These guys are just pros. Thank you, you will see me again.

Ive stopped by here a few times for random bike stuff, and the team has always been very helpful and kind. Which is more than I can say for some other shops that are even closer to where I live. These guys are 5 minutes away. I recently upgraded to a Bianchi and they helped me get adjusted and ready to go. Being the local experts, Ill definitely continue to come to these guys for anything.

I rented both regular and electric bikes from suncycling. Ebike rentals are hard to find in this area, so this was a great find. I was also able to keep the bikes overnight, which makes things easier. The staff is also super helpful! I would happily return here next time Im in need of a rental!

Was late to arrive and shop was closing, so I called and spoke to Joel who offered stay and wait for me after closing. This is not something common in Miami. Suncycling has a loyal customer in me. Horrible service. The mechanic gave me an attitude and wanted to over charge me just to tighten the chains. The owner is care less and blames everything on you if they did a bad job. I recommend to go to a different bike shop. Mostly disappointed with the bike repair guy..

Went in to get tire fixed for a flat and yes they took care of me quickly but the next day the tire was flat. I filled it with air again and next day flat. This is third different time ive taken it in to get a flat fixed and 3rd time Ive had a flat the next day. Not sure why but I cant keep paying the 17$. Nice people, n very close but........just frustrated n confused.In response to the owners reply.WOW! Nice response and timely. Funny I gave you a 3 🌟 and others gave a 1 🌟 n totally different reply from you. 1.I never spoke to anyone at anytime about a rim now has anyone ever fixed my rim. 2.If it was the rim it seems to be working fine after going to a different shop. 3.Amazing, that after a month my review was posted you think you know who I am or your employees do. They must have a super human memory considering I was there no more than a few minutes n didnt even enter the store. (A month later you seem really concerned to get back to a customer in a timely manner) 4.Seems to be a common problem there after looking at other comments about flats being fixed there. I can now see the great customer service that your store offers after your response n leadership. Im now glad I found another bike shop in the grove that is cheaper, customer friendly, n reliable. Store was closed when we walked in to make a purchase. We just wanted to buy a bell for babys bike. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They opted to give us a bell free of charge to be kind. They had some serious looking bikes I couldnt tell you anything about but they proved to me to be reputable and considerate and we would recommend their establishment to any in need of a bicycle or anything associated with them. Rafael was really helpful in getting me to find the right bike for me once I told him what I would use it for. He was also really knowledgeable in cycling and gave me a lot of tips on proper riding techniques and how to spot issues with the bike that would require maintenance. Also, I really appreciate that the price was perfect for me and no one tried to push a bike on me that I wasnt ready for. All around great people. I also recommend their bike rentals - $20/full day - that beats the usual rental with other bike places in the area. Thank you for the awesome service and Ill drop by when Im ready for my next ride!

I went for a flat tire. The guy fixed it in 10 mins I bring my bike home but an hour later it was flat again. I bring my bike right away. He check it and I go back home with my bike fixed. 2 hours late it was flat again. It was 7pm I call and get to the owner I guess and tell me the technicien will call me back. Never did.. I was supposed to bike the next morning. So the next day I bring my bike at opening and 4 hours late I go get it, it was not fixed so I complained. At the end he guy fix my bike end said it was the ring in plastic that needed to be changed and ask me $5. I refuse to pay and argue that he should have chance the first time and made me come back 4 times... I paid more than $17, it s more expensive that I paid for my car.The next morning it was flat again. I went back to ask a refund and they refused.I went 4 times and was chocked to see the price they sell their bike. People you should check other places before buying to them. Their prices are insane.Beside this the staff is nice.. not efficient but nice. To end that story. I went to REVOLUTION bike in coconut. The guy seems not friendly but he really is. He fixed my flat tire for &13. And don t have any problem since.

Took it up the road to have someone else look at it because the chain was popping off when shifting gears and they wanted to replace the brand new part with a used part and charge me almost $60. These guys tightened the piece and put air in my tires. Charged me nothing. Vibes dont lie and integrity is everything. Would come back again. Thanks for being a reputable business!! :)

A few months ago I needed a part for my bike after replacing a few components. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and helpful. They understood exactly what I needed, found the part immediately, and helped me to install it. They went above and beyond and even did a little check/tune up to make sure everything was safe. This week I needed a box to ship a bike. They were extremely courteous and gave me one of their boxes. Excellent service!

This place gets 2 stars because they do sell bikes and I imagine you can put air in your tires if you need to. Other than that this is not a “service center.” They just want to fix little easy things and work on new bikes that they kind of know how to fix. Not a “get it done” shop by any means.

If you want to deal with a crook, try Oliver de Abreu the owner who would literally sell you a bike not recommended for you size and when he decides to refund the value of the bike decides to charge for work not agreed upon. The man is a crook!!!! Look bikes you should consider have such business carry your brand....

The hours posted here on google for this location are not accurate. I came here for emergency repair based on the published hours. I called the number and a central office picked up so the phone number is not even the phone number of the location posted. It would be best if they would update their hours for any pandemic hours.

I was very fortunate to land here. These people are really knowledgeable and trustworthy. The bike prices actually match the ones on the online stores. They also do repair and maintenance work. My 5 year old e-bike came out like new. I wouldnt hesitate to come back.

This place is the best!! Starting with my previous bike, the guys here did great work tuning it up, adding new handlebars, brakes, etc. Unfortunately, that bike got stolen, and Wiggle Bikes came to the rescue.
