Shady tactics from this shop. Went in a few months back for a simple flat on my bicycle, was told I needed to do a maintenance on bike or they wont change my flat, for insurance purposes..whattt!!? Took business somewhere else. Dont waste your time!

This is a great family business which I support 100% they give you personalized customer service, I honestly feel like family when I go. Most importantly they have great knowledge about bicycles, Plus they teach you and explain to you what the problem was etc. I highly recommend this place!

I did the mistake of taking my Trek Fuel Ex 7 to them. Not only did them sell me horrible tires with Inner tubes, “serviced” my brakes and suspension. I go to find out from Cycleworld 8476 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33155. They did none of that. Cycleworld understood my frustration and Installed REAL tubes less impenetrable tires. Cleaned my break oil which I saw with my own eyes, it was the original break oil from 2017. They also filled up my rear suspension with the proper amount of air, upgraded my grips, and my favorite part... Everything was less than $250 and in one week! Oh and they called to let you know, not try to sell your bike like these crooks would.

I had read some negative reviews, but I wanted to give this shop the benefit of the doubt. I left my bike July 8th for repair and maintenance. The owner told me it would be a week. Unfortunately I fell Ill with Covid-19 for seven weeks. September 10 I returned to his shop to pickup my bike. I told the owner that I was surprised that no one from the shop ever called me about the bike being done. To my shock his response to me was the repair was never done. He had the audacity to tell me he only prioritizes his repairs by those customers who call complaining. He then told me I could take the bike or pick it up later in the day. What a business model. I urge all to take their business elsewhere.Just to follow up. On 9/10/20 I was finally called to notify my bike was ready. When I arrived I discovered that my bike was still not ready. I expressed my displeasure with their lack of professionalism and customer service. The wife went to the rear of the store and grabbed a stainless steel revolver with a wood handle. She did this in presence of my 9 year old son. It was an obvious attempt to intimidate me and get me to shut up. She told me if I didnt like it, then I can leave or she could call the cops. The surprise was on her. I am a police officer. Dont waste your money there. They dont deserve your business.

Took my bike last week but I had to get out because the lady is rude (sales hole) and not to mention it is fashionable to be expensive at the shop....not to mention the language barrier...if your a business owner and make profit,at least have communication in the same language and Thats part of customer service...so I took my bicycle to bike master located in kendall and 116 ave,I spoke to the bike tech and he gave a reasonable price to repaire the hub ($25).........................................................So I say good bye to bike depot because their price was $70....nothing but a thieves.....I spoke to Mauricio....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THE ESTABLISHMENT...

Family business. We always get great service. I took my bike today for repair and it was in & out in less than 30 min, never had any problems with the owners, great prices, awesome service & fast service.

Family owned busines which means you get very great service, the attention I was given was awesome. I called and the owner told me come in I was pleasantly surprised to see them even open on Sundays which was even better. They took care of me as soon as I came in will bring them more business in the future! Check em out!

Terrible attitude. Not customer friendly at all. The older guy that works there told me and my husband that the only bike they had in stock was a $700+ bike and that they don’t have bikes in the $200/$300 anyway because that is not what he sales. Don’t get me wrong I understand this but he was unnecessarily rude and he doesn’t know what type of client I am. Not coming back, not recommending, do yourself a favor and buy from a store that truly cares about their customers, this store only wants to sell you an expensive bike.

We arrived to look at bikes and the women who answered the door had the worst attitude. What do you want in Spanish. We answered we are looking forward bicycles . She responded we don’t have any. My husband then asked do you sell bicycle pumps she answered yes then let us in. She wore noMask! She only had two pumps. So I asked do you only repair bikes you don’t sell them? She responded we haven’t any in 2 months.No desire to sell she seemed bothered !I do not recommend this business with no desire to create new business! Poor customer service!

Rude owner or lady that works there. I needed the tubes changed and she refused to change them because she said I needed a “tune up”. I said no thank you I just need the tires changed, she refused again and walked away from me. Other places have offered no problem, I had come here because it was closer to me. My mistake. Really bad service.

Great repair shop open on the weekends. Fair prices and very quick service on a Sunday when I needed to repair two tires/tubes. Sandra and Mauricio love what they do and are very happy to help keep you riding.

The wife is very rude and doesn’t know her product very well. Went in to get tubeless tire (which I was told they had in store, on the phone ) once I got there, they didn’t have it and ended up selling me 2 other affordable tires with inner tubes. Well a month later my rear tube randomly pops. I went in yesterday to buy that inner tube again. They quickly fixed my situation and I went on my way ($16). Before getting home, the tire was flat, again. I ended up going back and they explained how they didn’t have the correct size and installed a ”smaller” one and to come back at 7pm, it be ready by then. I couldn’t come came at 7Pm so I went at noon, the next day. The wife tells me that they’re waiting For the delivery and goes to tell me that I should have tubeless tire or buy patting for my inner tubes. I go to explain that this wasn’t my idea and they were the ones to sell my these “affordable” products in the first place. I left frustrated and went back to Bike Masters.

Lets just get this out of the way. This isnt exactly your typical bike shop. I went there to get some latex tubes put in my race wheels before a big race and not only were they very nice but they also did great worked. Seemed very knowledgeable. As a shop the didnt have any big brands or anything that I would too interested in but seemed like a great place for repairs or tune ups.

Excellent service, my jamis bike needed maintenance and they made it in a neatly manner. This business know their business.

Fair prices & owners are nice people who are knowledgeable & very attentive. I dropped my bike off for a tune up, got it back quickly & the job was well done. The bike felt like it was brand new.

Don’t waste your time by coming here. Brought two bikes here for a tune up and when we were given the total we were told it’d be $65 for one bike and $45 for another. When it came to paying for the bike we were charged $80 for EACH bike which was not what we were told in the beginning. On top of that we were constantly mislead on when the bikes would be done. We were always being told the next day or in an hour just to go pick up the bikes and find out they weren’t ready. We wouldn’t have minded waiting two or three weeks if that was the wait time. And lastly when I was asking the lady at the store why was the price so much more than what she had told us from the beginning she proceeded to insult us and tell me that people of higher class are the ones that go there for her services such as healthcare workers, lawyers, and so on. I am still unclear on what that had to do with us asking her about the total but please save yourself the time and frustration and do NOT come here. look at the other poor reviews and look at how they get defensive if you don’t believe me.

Wow! They truly took care of me. Excellent work on my bike, the whole works: tune up, new handle bars, replaced both of my wheels, gear shifters/breaks and all at such a reasonable price that I (a struggling college student) could afford. My bike is my main form of transportation and Im glad to see it taken care of so well by Mauricio and his wife. Perfect Job! Very knowledgeable and kind.

We just needed a nut that had fallen off. I went someplace else and they gave me the wrong size. I brought the bike here and she found the nut, installed it, inspected the rest of the bike and gave us some advice...didnt charge us anything! Were very happy we found this place.

Maurico and his wife met with me the same day I called. They were pleasant and extremely friendly. He went out of his way to show me exactly what was wrong with my bicycle and was extremely affordable. He had the bike repaired in less than a day and also helped me pick out a better seat and lock. He is very kind and generous and honest. I will go there for all my biking needs.

Bad service. No recommend

I came to this shop to mount two new tires on my Canonndale F29 Lefty. The owner and his partner began to work on my bike and before I know he started removing bolts and screws, when I asked him why he was doing so he replied that he had never worked on a lefty before. Needless to say the job performed which seemed fairly simple, ended up messing my bike up more. I have since taken it for service at another store and had them do a full tune up. The owners are very nice but may not be familiar with this type of technology.

A few months ago, I just happened to meet Mauricio one afternoon in the parking lot at Home Depot on SW 127th Ave. I was looking at his very distinctive Bicycles Depot shop van when he appeared. We talked a bit and he seemed very knowledgeable and customer service oriented, but this is what convinced me that his heart was in the right place.I told him that I was a retired military veteran and worked with veterans that were having difficulties with the law due to r mental health issues and/or substance abuse issues. Due to their circumstances, most do not drive and transportation is an issue, especially when they must meet appts with the VA and either agencies. Although they have Patriot Passes to use public transportation, getting to and from it can be daunting. I started a program with the veterans treatment court community that I call Bikes for Vets and provide used donated bikes for them to ride. The bike is theirs for keeps. Not a loaner program so I always need bikes.When I told Mauricio about my program and asked if he might have an old beater bike laying around the shop that he could donate to my vets, he didnt even flinch. He said yes he did and that I could come by the shop in a couple weeks to collect it.I expected a dumpster special or something similar, but true to his word, he had prepared a very nice used Schwinn 24 MTB for my veterans and had installed new tires and tubes. Actually, it worked out perfectly because my vet is about 56 so the size was good for him. (I was unable to upload a photo of Clinton on his new bike because the file is too large.) Just trust me that he was wearing a big grin on his face.Mauricio and his wife are not only very good bicycle shop owners, mechanics and sales people, they are also honest and compassionate human beings; something you dont find that often here in the 305.Bottomline? If you are looking for a quality product at a reasonable price and with great customer service before, during and after the sale, then you have to visit Mauricio at Bicycles Depot for a great bicycle experience!!The shop is well-laid out and is very neat and clean, just like in the photos that accompany his ad. And if you like to watch, his work shop/area is right there for all to see what he does and how he does it.I strongly recommend Bicycles Depot and the great husband and wife team that operate it.

Im not one to write reviews much but this I had to comment on. Came in looking for shammy cream and they had no idea what that was! Wife said she had never heard of it or what saddle sores were. I question their knowledge on bicycles all together. I wouldnt take my bike here or my business again.

Bringing in my bike here for a tuneup and a fitting was the absolute best decision Ive made for my bikes. When I told them I needed a fitting too I was shocked to hear that they wouldnt charge me a penny. Complete tuneup and a fitting for around $45? These prices are UNHEARD of even with the deepest discounts you get at these other Miami bike shops. Although their gear and accessory collection didnt seem abundant, they told me if I ever needed anything they would simply order it. If you need anything done to your bike I reccomend coming here! A+

Took my new bicycle for tune-up, I was charged $45. My bicycle after tune-up was much worse than before, gears still making noise, rear break not working properly ( seems like something was lose) and more. I took my bicycle back to them. They worked on it and keep complaining that my bicycle is very basic and cheap, and they can’t do any better. Seems to me they were not professional at all. I notified them that I’m not happy for their service and the owner got mad start shouting is Spanish ….. At last they returned my money. I do not recommend you to go to this place for any reason.

Went there on Tuesday at 12:20 pm, knocked the door several times, called them to see if they could help me before going, nobody answered the door neither the phone. I found another bike shop and went there.

I brought two back wheels(No bicycle, Just Wheels) there and asked him to exchange the sprocket from one to the other(My sprocket btw) and Mauricio/owner charged me $10 for the job. That wasnt upsetting until he told me, since it my first time, that was a special price for me. So what would have been the regular price?! #smh

I just went to fit him a rubber, and the owner wanted me to buy the brakes that he said and Chain that he had, and I only wanted to repair a wheel, in the end he told me that if I didnt buy the brakes and the Chain that he I couldnt repair the wheel alone.Very lousy attention.In other words, I did not care about the rest, I am repairing my bike little by little, and as a client I only wanted to REPAIR THE WHEEL because I was only willing to invest the wheel, and this man was forcing me to buy the rest and the Finally, he told me that if I didnt repair what he said, then I wouldnt repair the wheel.I took my bike and went to BIKE MASTER at 11606 N Kendall Dr, Miami, FL 33176, there they repaired the wheel, they put lubricant on the chain and the brake cables and there is the bike: WORKING PERFECTLY and all for $ 20 .Not like this abuser, who if I didnt make him a purchase of almost $ 100 he wouldnt repair what I as a customer went to request, whats more, this man had the audacity to tell me not to repair the bike but to buy me a new one, What was left for him was to tell me to give him the old bike and buy a new one for him.IT IS THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE DISPLACED IN THIS WORLD, and people who believe that we are all fools.Its like you are going to repair the wheel of your car and the Rubberman tells you that he will not repair it because you have a damaged engine and if you do not buy the engine from him, then you must keep your flat tireI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BIKES FOR ANYTHING, go to another, is more go to BIKE MASTER at 11606 N Kendall Dr, Miami, FL 33176, it is only 8 minutes from these gentlemen, and you must see the beautiful store they have, the deal, advice, variety and attention.

I went for an adjustment of the brakes for 2s new Mongoose 20 bicycles for my daughters, the price offered was the cheapest compared to other places I called. They took the initiative to verify and adjust the complete bicycle for the same price. Even one of the bicycles had a bent brake part fixed, they work with dedication and passion.The schedule and work days are convenient, including Sundays Thank you Sandra, it was a pleasure, I gained my trust and referrals.
