Great team and super patient with all of our questions. Everyone was very informative and went beyond the usual with their customer service. The bike felt amazing and I felt confident riding it around the neighborhood nearby since they explained what made a good fit and went over the gear changing for me (twice). They let me test ride it for as long as I wanted. Quick with my last minute asks of adding a kickstand and a water bottle holder. great tips for beginner routes. They are very dog friendly! Awesome color options!!

Two bikes. Paid for repairs in cash ahead of time. Both bikes still do not work. Waited day, after day, after day, until weeks later was returned my sons bike with the same brake problem. My high-end bike never had a squeak until I took it to Wynwood Bicycle shop. I wouldnt dare take it back there. Its all cash there. Ask for a receipt. That will keep them honest. Every time I went there, all I heard were people complaining. I should have listened!

Ive been a customer of Wynwood Bicycle Shop for many many years and I am very satisfied with the service Ive received.

I went there after a bike accident to replace my back tire and adjust the rear fender. All was fine, then the very next day, the chain derailed. It then derailed every week or so sometimes leaving me stranded far from home. Id have to put the chain back on only to have it come off again in a few days.Turns out they had put a tire on that was the wrong size, and they had moved the rear tire forward in its mooring so that it would not rub against the rear fender. This caused the chain to come off. Lazy work!So I ended up having to remove the rear fender MYSELF, and reset the rear tire into its mooring properly so that the chain wouldnt come off.This is after spending $40 there on a new tube and tire, which was AFTER spending more money on a tube which went flat right after I left.Their policy is if you bike away on the bike it was fine, even when the work was done improperly which I only found out later.No refunds offered for shoddy work. If you come here which you shouldnt, check everything before you leave or they will get you.Basically I got robbed and will NOT be back.

My rear gears broke in the middle of critical mass. The next day I took it to this shop for the first time. The worker greeted me and gave me friendly service. It was ready in one business day. Ive been riding it a couple days and its been working great! I think its even a little faster now.

Watch your back, they only accept cash, never hand them your money before getting a receipt

Tito was so helpful and kind. He took the time to let me test the bikes that I liked and was incredibly knowledgable about each bike. He fixes bikes, does custom jobs, and orders whatever you need. This place is a must for any Miami cyclist / bicyclist.

Came in bought a chain. Before I left the guy said any issue bring it back well fix it..long story short i picked the wrong chain. They fixed it with no question..great service good prices..will come back as needed.
