I routinely get my mountain bike professionally serviced. Mainly tune-ups, and bottom bracket maintenance, along with any repairs or new parts I cant install myself. Throughout the pandemic, it has become more and more challenging to have those types of services done, especially if you want them done right, and quickly. Marcelo at Bike Tech is a highly skilled mechanic, with great customer service skills. If you are picky with your bike, and love her as much as I love mine, this is the kind of person you want to trust your bike to. Pays attention to your concerns, and is knowledgeable.

Best location & same day tune up. Reine is the only mechanic I trust with my bike, highly recommended. Easy to talk to and shows me where my bike is running into issues and how to prevent it in the future.

The service at Bike Tech is exceptional, both customer service and bike repairs. Marcello at the Coral Way location did an amazing job fixing my bike, giving me advice, and helping me make decisions on parts and services. Many bike stores in Miami take up to two weeks for repairs and services, but they did it in 2 days, which elated me and got me back on the saddle in no time. Was calling around looking for bmx bikes. Not to many locations carry a stock of them these days especially in 26 and 29 inch. Entire transaction carried over the phone with salesman Gio. I had my mind set answered my questions paid with PayPal and he even kept it on site for a week until I was able to pick it up. They were priced better than any shop in a 70 mile radius. Trust me I called. They carry the gt line which is what I wanted. They assembled the bike and it was based simply on asking my height they head seating handle bars and brake levers configured. I think thats rare to find a shop that can do fitment without your presence.

I will begin by saying that Bike Tech is simply the best. I called all over South Florida looking for a bike shop that would build my bike within a few days and all I got was 1 to 2 week quotes everywhere. When I got to bike tech, they told me they would have it done in 24 hours and extremely friendly! I went home, ate some food and got a call only a few hours later!!!!! They sent me a text with my bike all done, seemed one of the techs had a little extra time and wanted to see my bike complete. I also told them I was extremely excited to start riding my new bike, maybe that helped, haha; but point is, my bike, which had been quoted 1-2 weeks to build at every bike shop from miami to fort lauderdale was done in 3 hours. I mean, this is just customer service at its finest. The build was great, the people were great, and their bike shop is grade A, with all the bells and whistles, very knowledgeable set of guys too.Bike Tech got a lifetime customer that day. Im telling you, pick this bike shop, you wont be disappointed!

Hey guys ive been going to bike tech for years and they are one of the best bike shops here in south florida. the miami store has the mechanic Julian who is my Dude. he really knows his stuff and aside from being a great mechanic he is also inventive as heck and finds crazy solutions for every issue you can think of. his own personal bike builds are insane and get featured in magazines all the time. if you care about your bikes like I do, get in touch with Julian so he can sort out any issues. for those of yall looking to do baller bling bling builds then he will be right up your alley too. anyways, im over selling it now.

I was on my way to Virginia Key to shred the gnarly trails there. When I was getting ready to ride out, I experienced an issue with my fork. Desperate to continue to ride I checked with some locals to see if they knew a shop that help with my fork. Literally 100% the people I asked said go visit Julien at Bike Tech, thats your suspension guy. Thankfully it was only like 15 mins away. When I arrived, I was greeted by the store manager Rene and guided me to the service department where I met Julien. Guy was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my fork and showed me what caused the problem. Told me to sit down or grab a coffee and hell have it ready in 10 mins. By the time the coffee machine was done filling my cup, Julien was wheeling the bike up to the front and said all done. Super happy with the service and quality of the work. I drove all the way from Naples and the guys at Bike Tech definitely came in clutch and saved my weekend ride!!!

Sadly disappointed, my cervelo bicycle was shipped and packaged by the BIKE TECH from Miami to Chicago.The bicycle was taken to the shop without damage in excellent condition. The bicycle was received totally damaged and not usable as confirmed by the receiving facility as confirmed by the shop who specializes in this brand of bicycles. The functional stability and safety was altered due to the damage incurred that the faulty packaging of the bicycle. Many parts were damaged as well as the structural basis of the bicycle. Many pictures were taken on the damaged bicycle on arrival to Chicago. Despite multiple requests to the BICYCLE TECH all were met with resistance. Not all damaged parts were replaced, since they were bent, they were just molded back to their pre damaged state. A request was made to ask for a professional assessment of the status of the bike, this was never done or received by me. Thinks like pedal, odometer and especially the gear changer were never replaced. The damaged bike was superficiality painted to make it look good. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism or commercial ethics realized by the BIKE SHOP on my bicycle. After many of fruitless attempts my me by sending pictures, e mails and telephone conversations, there has never been an attempt to dutiful correct the damage and express an apology, for the damage incurred on my bicycle which was sent from their shop in Miami to my home in Chicago. My bicycle was severely damaged in transport por inappropriate packaging it when being transported. Most of the damages incurred could have been avoided by just doing it correctly at the time of being sent. The packaging and transportation fees were paid in good faith. The obligations of the BIKE SHOP were never carried out. It is truly a shame for this type of facility who prides itself on professionalism and service to demonstrate such poor concern quality and service satisfaction. I am truly disappointed by their service and feel that my bicycle was severely damaged by their lack of professionalism. Many pictures were submitted to document the damage and yet were ignored. These comments are been posted in an effort to share their unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service with a trusted client .

Stopped by because I am thinking about buying a commuter/road bike. Tried on some gear, test rode a couple bikes. No stress, no pressure from a sales point of view (which was gravelly appreciated) and was able to just casually look around. Rene spoke with me for at least 40 minutes, going over the different types of bikes, gears, uses, etc. Toke his time, no pressure, just genuinely interested and cared. 10 stars to this awesome bike shop. 10 stars for Rene. *Terminator voice..Ill be back.

Poor costumer service, second bike that I purchased and most likely the last bike I ever purchased at bike tech. Made a big purchase( bike and rims), bike came with different components than advanced in website, reach out to manufacturer and they told me that bike should have not como with those components. Purchase i9 rims as well, they took almost 1 month 1/2 to arrive and they want to overcharge me to install tires. Not a friendly place to purchase or service a bike.

George, Tomas and Luisa were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us in choosing the right bike rides around Miami. They provided good technical advice and were real friendly. I highly recommend shopping there. Its so easy to be nice and these guys certainly know how.

Ive been coming to this place since I first moved to Miami 4 years ago. Ive tried other shops, but their attention to detail is unmatched, their sales and membership discounts make me go to them for nearly all my bike related needs. Their mechanic is the best Ive encountered, often having my bike ready well before the estimated delivery date. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them and the staff has the best customer service, hands down. I would recommend anyone to at least try them once, they will not be disappointed.

WARNING! They have no idea what they are doing here. A bunch of people with no repair abilities thinking they can swap parts on a 10,000$ bike, first ride around the block was fine, next day the whole groupset blew up. They damaged over 600$ of parts, and told me to leave the store when I asked for my money back. I have over 200,000 miles on Strava, and they had the gull to say I shifted incorrectly...

I went to them to browse at the bikes. Ive been looking for a bike for my son. Giovani was very helpful. I went to 5 stores shopping. But I ended up buying the bike here. The price was great and they are willing to work with you. If they dont have the bike in stock they are willing to order it for you with no commitment. My husband and i got our bikes here 2 months ago. The salesman, Gio, is great. He was never pushy and not trying to make us buy stuff we didnt need. What i like the most about this place is that they are VERY patient with their customers. It took us about 3 hours to make up our minds on the bikes that we wanted and never felt pushed or pressured into making a purchase we didnt feel comfortable with.

I recently purchased a bike here and it was a very good experience. I found the folks at Bike Tech because my bike had a flat tire, and boy am I glad I did. Not only were they fast and friendly but the service was a lot cheaper than I expected. I would absolutely recommend their services if youre looking to get repairs done in a quick and affordable way.

I got a flat tire once, and I took my bike to Bike Tech. They charged me for installing a new tube. Very soon after that (a matter of days), I got another flat (same tire). I went to Bike Tech again. They commented on how those things happen, and they charged me for installing another new tube. The third time, not long after that, I decided enough is enough. I took my bike to a small bike shop in the middle of Coconut Grove thats been in business there for many years. I told the owner about the multiple flats. He told me to come back in half an hour. When I came back, he said the bike had a small wire sticking out that had been puncturing the tubes. He charged me less than Bike Tech for fixing the problem and replacing the tube, and the tire hasnt gone flat since. This goes to prove that a bike shop can have the nice big showroom with shiny new bikes and slick-talking salespeople. But what really counts is whether they treat customers with respect, and most importantly, with honesty. Obviously, based on the other reviews here, many Bike Tech customers have had positive experiences... or maybe they just havent been screwed yet!

I was on a ride heading south from Fort Lauderdale and I had an issue with my rear tire. Needless to say this was my first time at this shop. The staff at this shop was amazing, talk about customer service. I would compare it to taking in my Lexus for service. The had coffee water and the tech was awesome. They changed out both my tires and I guess the guy did a quick gear tune because my bike ride when I left was awesome. I for sure will now go out of my way to visit this shop.
