I purchased a new bike online, and paid to have it assembled at a bike shop near my home. Within a week, the chain came loose. I I had itfixed at the shop where it was assembled only to have it come loose again. After the third time(and $70 in repair charges) I took my bike to Coral Way bikes.The service was outstanding, and the owner told me that a chain link was bent, and that he was able to fix the problem, as well as clean and lubricate my bike for $20.The bike rides better than ever!

If I could give this store a 10 Star 🌟 I would. I left my daughters bike to be assembled and was told it will be ready the next day. We passed by the store after it was closed and the owner saw us pass by and opened the door to let us know the bike was ready for our little munchkin. She was so happy, it made her day!

Great awesone friendly customer service. I had an issue installing a tire for my bike after buying a tire, inter tube and pump the day before from them, the next day came in with the tire so they can help, lets just say it took longer to park then what the gentleman did. I offered him $4 loose dollars I had on the moment and he refused to take it, sincerely a great place.

I visited this store today due to a flat tire on my bike. I had a horrible experience and was spoken to in a disparaging manner. Upon trying to help the employee, I was asked by who appeared to be the owner/manager of the store what do you do for a living? I told him, and he rudely replied yeah, I can tell. do you enjoy people hovering over you while you work? Why dont you back off. I did not fight back as they were in possession of my best bicycle, but was nonetheless appalled over the customer service at this store and will never return, nor recommend it to any of the many bikers I know.

I first did business with them decades ago when I lived in the neighborhood. Now I live on Miami Beach close to at least two bike shops, but I still go to Coral Way as they are such good people. Make you feel like family.

They can be a little vague about time and how long things will take them and that sometimes really keeps you waiting, but they did a great job fixing my brakes for an amazing price. Overall pretty good if youre not in a hurry!

I bought a Trek bike and had problems with the rear cassette. i brought it back 3 times until they realized it had to be changed. All the time they were friendly and fast. Bike now works perfectly. I went in here the other day to buy a small part for my seat (a nut that I had stripped). These guys were so nice they didnt charge me for the little piece because it was only worth like 10 cents. On top of that, they even put air in my tires before I left. I read these other reviews before I went there, so I knew they would be a great place, but I didnt expect them to be that nice. All these other positive reviews are true. Great place. I will definitely be back here for anything I need to buy for my bike in the future. These guys know the true meaning of customer service, especially Ramon and Alfonso (at least I think his name was Alfonso!). Support this local business!!

I found them to be very helpful and didnt nickle and dime me. They fixed a flat for free. I returned a seat because it was not ideal for my fat ass and they took it back and allowed me to try another one that was perfect. It was a friendly atmosphere and until they prove otherwise, I will continue to do all my bike business with them.@ the Google User that bitched about them being unfriendly about the nipple job: there must be more to your story because I didnt see any of what you described and I am new to this shop. You being a customer for 30 years (you say) there must be more to your story.

I visited the store once. I got an idea of what I wanted. Found the bicycle online. A TREK. Call the store and they ordered for me. A few days later I was picking it up and I even got a discount !! Easy and quick. Nice guys.

Please dont order stuff from jbi at this this bike shop the old man will lie on his prices and try to make a very good amount of money off of you he is very dishonest and will charge way more than 7% sales taxes and will do illegal mark ups on the items he is selling just beware with this shop And i will be contacting the better business bureau and notifying them on these illegal transaction.

It was pouring rain and I got delayed biking to the store (mind you I had to work myself until a certain hour). I arrived 30 min prior to closing. They would not accept my bike in and called it a pain in the butt to change the tube of my Holland Bike. He send me to Bike Tech and guess what, they changed it in 10 min.

I like this place. Guys are reasonable, they actually treat the customer with some respect, unlike most miami businesses; you know that feeling when you are shopping/eating out and you feel like you should be the one being compensated for putting up with the horrible attitude of the employees. Well this place isnt like that. Reasonably priced and very helpful. Much better than the place across the street. I was riding down coral way and stopped in both places, these guys were attentive and even adjusted my handlebars at no cost. The place across the street it took over 5 mins for anyone to even acknowledge my presence in the store, even though i was the only customer in the store! This place rocks! That place sucks! Thats my review in a nutshell.
