Best full service Bike Shop I’ve ever dealt with. I live in Boca Raton and drive over an hour to Miami whenever it’s something important that I need. I came in, everyone was very helpful. Glen was very knowledgeable and informative. I didnt know anything about riding bikes and now Im riding over 200 miles a week and I have bought 2 bikes from them. I went in once thinking I needed a new rim and had given the ok to order it, and they are so honest that they told me my rim was repairable. Elite Cycling has the best mechanic and is the best place to service your bike. I drive from downtown Miami to Elite Cycling, passing multiple other bike shops along the way, and will continue to do this whenever my bike needs service. They were recommended to me by a fellow cyclist after I had wasted time getting my Specialized Venge serviced elsewhere, only to have the problem continue. What they charge for service is reasonable and honest. They have serviced my bike for 2 separate and unrelated issues. The second time they gave me money back when the service ended up costing less than the initial estimate (I paid in advance because they needed to order parts. They did not require me to pay in advance, but I felt it was the right thing to do.)I recommend Elite Cycling without reservation for service to your bicycle.

I have bought all my bikes here. Two Citizens for my wife and I some 7 years ago, (still in excellent shape) and now another two Citizens this year for my daughters; as well as a used Fuji road bike for myself.The prices are more or less the same anywhere, and yes, maybe you can get it cheaper on Amazon. But you dont get to get the feel and the advice. Especially if you are a novice and that is where I think is their value added proposition.Contrary to a couple of the reviews, my experience with the staff has always been top notch and I have found them to be extremely helpful. They will also build your bike for a very reasonable fee if not purchased at the shop.Bottom line, in the case of your first road bike, go in and talk to the guys in the shop. If they dont have what your looking for, they can order for you and build it professionally. Plus they can guide you towards what you are really looking for. I give them 5 stars and a thumbs up.

Elite Cycling is the best bike shop/store in the Kendall area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The (owner I assume) manager and his stuff are very knowledgeable. The shop is very clean and organized. If you need a special part, a different bike of what they have in stock or a tool, they can order it for you. Service is quick and prices are very competitive. They have a great selections of high end bike and few low end. Definitely recommended.

I have purchased two bikes at this shop and get them tuned and repaired as necessary. From the owner to the other guys in the shop, everybody knows their stuff and there is no snobbery. They talk with the novice with as much passion as they do an experienced road rider. Theyve got pretty much everything you need, and if they dont they will get it for you or tell you where to get it (fold up wall mount bike rack - Home Depot). 5 stars all the way around.

My doctor changed my exercise plan to cycling and swimming. I did some research on bicycles, but I still needed support. Manny was helping another customer upon my arrival, but he acknowledged me. He was very encouraging, helpful and patient.

Went in looking for a box to ship a bike. Salesman grabbed a box for me no questions or charge. Ive been to other bike shops before and they always charge me for something they almost always throw away. Says a lot about the people working there not minding to help a person out. Won a customer and one of the few that sell one of the best brands out for mountain bikes Santa Cruz.

So I left a Huffy bike with them to be tuned up and have tube replacement on almost 3 months ago. Because of extenuating circumstances and a car accident it took me so long to get the bike back. The customer service was great but my bike was definitely not repaired or tuned up at all. The tubes were replaced but the chain wasnt on correctly and the whole frame is now slightly bent. I got the bike home to ride it for all of 10 minutes before it came off the gears and I was almost thrown to the ground. When I went to go put it back on my hands were totally covered in grease and I couldnt manage to get it back on.I cant believe that I waited 2 1/2-3 months to finally get my bike back just so it breaks almost instantly. Other people seem to have a great time and service with them so maybe my situation was just a fluke but I have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my whole life. I spent $70 basically just to get new tubes on the bike because nothing else was touched. I really had hoped to have it fixed so I could ride it again but it looks like Im back to square one with this. The only upside is that the staff were nice and asked me about how I was doing after my car accident and everything else.

All about customer service. I contacted Marcelo at Elite to acquire a Garmin product and even though we got our wires crossed about the specific model, he facilitated the whole process of me getting the watch I wanted with a great attitude. He even gave me some pointers about the watch and how to navigate its corresponding app!

Wanted to avoid Cycle Mart just down the road due to their horrible reviews. Glad I did! Walked in asked the guy behind the counter for what I needed and he delivered quickly. Low pressure, no trying to sell me stuff I didnt need. Highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

Updated review 4/7/18: Been back several times. Had my bike serviced and all has been spot on. Good bike mechanic. In my initial review, I had mentioned that they were pricey, truth is, biking is a pricey hobby. Ive been to various shops in the area and they all are. If you dig biking, you deal with it. When comparing this store to others, Ive had the best experience here, so Im now rating them 5 stars!

This is the best bike shop in Miami. It is also the only place where you will shop 100% pressure free and get the best bike for YOU. They have been super solid in supporting my Santa Cruz bronson purchase and BMC SLR02 with tips, mechanical advice, riding advice and spot on service. Everyone at the shop is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ask them about the shop rides on Tuesdays and on Saturdays.No need to ask for anyone specifically, they are all great people.

Ive begun a new venture into road biking! Went in to Elite Cycles and began talking with Debbie about the best way to start. She hooked me up with a beautiful Specialized Dolce. She and other staff members were helpful and honest about bike options and add-ons that were more necessary than others. The shop could provide all the bells and whistles, but as someone just starting out, I was hesitant to buy everything they recommended. No one tried to push any extras on me, though after riding the bike for a while, I see that gloves are my next priority when I go back for my free adjustment at the end of the month. Ive purchased a handful of bikes in my lifetime, but this was the first time Ive felt that the shop had my best interests in mind. Thank you Debbie and Elite Cycles for getting me started!

I drove around town looking to purchase my first carbon frame. Went to 3 places locally before landing at Elite Cycles. I was amazed how difficult it was to just get a frame.Im in a store willing to make a purchase and the best I got was buy this bike and you sell all the parts you dont need All I needed was a frame and someone to build the bike. I had all the parts except the frame. I couldnt believe how terrible the customer service was... Walked into Elite and in about 15 minutes they had a great frame set in my price range.The bike rides like a dream!!Go see Marcel at Elite Cycles.
