Visited shop with intention of having electric motor installed on a mountain bike.(e-bike conversion) At first shop demeanor was pleasant until discovering I wasnt there to purchase a new bike. I had two bikes in vehicle ready to be serviced, as well as motor installation/purchasing e-bike battery (and components) from shop. The website advertised motor installation. Instead of explaining why the website contradicted what the shop owner was telling me. He just says no we dont do that repeatedly; after pressing a few more times why the website was advertising a service they didnt offer. He finally says for liability reasons. Which is understandable. Its just a rude and obnoxious way to deal with customers. I would advise a conversion kit done at home or at least dont go to this shop. Not the interaction you want from a local bike shop.

Henry and balam are wonderful owners of this growing brand! They have multiple locations with a wide verity of bikes for every price point. Their service is wonderful here. My husband and I are on a roadtrip with our electric bikes (Magnum metro) and one of our batteries inexplicably stopped working. We went to Bike Miami to see if they could help us out while on the road. The staff was very helpful and honest, they looked into (hopefully) repairing our battery but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. They gave their honest judgment and analysis of the situation and didn’t charge us for their help. If we lived in Miami we’d buy our electric bikes here! Recommended!

They swapped the accelerator of my bike with a finger-accelerator without my permission. I asked if they needed spare parts and they said no. if they did not have the correct accelerator, they should call me and let me know so I bought the internet to repair. lack of professionalism, I will never go back to this store

Excellent shop : good advices from a knowledgeable and nice guy. Just bought a Stromer ST1 there, and so far Im the happiest commuter on the streets ! I very highly recommend this place to buy an electric bike.

Rode my ebike there to check their inventory before i bought a $5k delfast bike. They have 4 employees sitting around and 2 customers and this guy was acting like my questions burdened him. Almost made me forget im not a bum. In the middle of giving me info he begins a different conversation and ignored the fact im trying to see a bike to purchase. I just left. Who needs that treatment.

Please respect customers time, you guys close at 5;30 pm, not 5:15 pm, so why is it when i showed up today to pick up my bike at 5:15 pm no one was in the shop you guys close at 5:30 pm not 5:15 pm please respect the time, bad customer service. i will also leave bad reviews hopefully you will learn your lesson, or next time i can take my business elsewhere if my time is not being respected.

My first electric bike experience was great thank to these guys.They sold me a much cheaper bike that turns out much better than the one I planed on buying. Very honest helpful brothers. Everytime I have a question they get back to me in minutes. Excellent knowledgable customer service.

False advertising and unwilling to honor prices listed in published ads. We showed the employee the ad and he would not honor saying it was a general statement. We then asked to speak with the owner. He was called and categorically said No! Regardless of what was stated in the ad.If this shop is willing to post advertisements and not honor them, I wonder what would happen if I purchase an item from them, have a problem and then try to claim warranty repair or more.False advertising and dishonest.

Fabulous cool looking Bike shop, they are very friendly, and have a great variety of quality Ebikes with very affordable prices.Dealing with them was awesome, as they know their business and gave me good advice on what to buy.They also recently started carrying a gorgeous Cruiser Electric Bicycles by AmericanElectric that does not require a license to drive and are only $1200! i highly recommend them, thank you Balan! :)

I have an electric bike.Im from New York and had trouble finding someone to service my bike.I found this shop, not only did the fix my tires.They but they washed my bike and made other adjustments.The best news is they carry my bike. I can get service there and they have my parts.I highly recommend this shop.

Very misleading advertising. They have multiple bikes listed on Craigs list. Clearly with a pic of a bike with pricing. When you call to discuss, its a bait and switch. Valim who picked up the phone advised that bike youre looking at on Craigs list is not $799, its $2099.00. I explained, you clearly have a pic of the bike with a $799.00 price. In his words...we do that to get people interested false advertising IMO and I would not give them my business. So much for supporting a small local owned establishment.

Great variety of electric bicycles the staff was helpful in the advise, prices were according what we got, even cheaper than internet, after watching the stores in Miami we notice that this guys has the best selection on Ebikes and they also service them that says a lotnow we are in love of our new IZIP METRO 48 volts and EFLOW nitro high/toque 36 volts
