My wife and I came to find more information about bikes. The staff there are amazing! They were very helpful, fitted us to the bikes, allowed us to ride around their parking lot and try out the bikes, xplained everything in detail about the different types of bikes and helmets. We came here to get bikes for my 2 daughters. They have a big selection and are knowledgeable about bikes, unlike some other places I’ve been. We went home to think about which ones we wanted, and when we called them back to buy them it, they delivered them the same day. Would definitely go there again.

Yesterday (16Sep2021), I showed up 5 minutes before closing time, got in Rachels mug (nicely), and said Rachel, I need two spacers and a torque wrench. She helped me out as if they had just opened up for the day.Today, I showed up again at 10:05 a.m., probably before her coffee had kicked in, got in Rachels mug again and asked Rachel, you got two 160mm discs that aint doing nothing. Same as yesterday, a smile and a can-do attitude. 3 minutes later, I had two discs that were taken off another bike that someone had upgraded. When I was paying for the discs, I remembered that the bolts on my old wheel were being stubborn, so I asked Rachel to help me out AGAIN. 2 minutes later, I had twelve beautiful bolts.Mack does a lot for cycling in general in our community, and every time Ive gone there, theyve always treated me great. Im happy to support them. If anybody reading this has been treated great by Rachel, speak up in the form of a Google review. If enough of us sing Rachels praises, her Mom will treat her to lunch at a place of Rachels choosing, moneys no object. All joking aside, thanks to Rachel and everyone at Mack, for everything they do for our wonderful sport.

Highly recommend shopping at mack cycle. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about cycling, from bikes to equipment they have you covered. My first bike purchase was a Giant brand road bike from mack cycle in 2016, and what stood out the most to me was how helpful Rachel the sales rep was. Oddly enough her enthusiasm and joy for cycling left such an impression my wife and i still remember her until this day and we havent spoken to her in nearly 5 years. Georgia is the Bicycle Whisperer! I was recommended to Georgia by two different friends whose children learned how to ride bike with her. Within the first 5 minutes my son was already riding bike independently. We did two 40 minute classes, on the first day they focused on pedaling, balance, and using the hand brake. On day 2 they focused on turning & using the pedal brake. My son is now able to ride independently and confidently. I cannot recommend Georgia enough! Parents, save yourself the frustration of trying to teach your child yourself, it’s not worth the tears!

I was struggling to teach my very cautious daughter how to ride bike. Although she was eager to learn her large motor skills are not the best. Learning visually and hands on was not enough. She’s good at following directions so I needed someone that knew how to explain it better instead of just showing her or letting her figure it out. In just 2 days Mrs.Georgina accomplish more than I was able to teach in over a week. She was not overpriced and definitely worth every penny!! We left so happy both days!! If I could have done a cartwheel I would have but didn’t want a ER visit so I hugged Georgia tightly instead!

I’ve been road biking for close to 8 years and pretty much spent all my children’s college money there. After traveling the last few years and renting an inferior bike for lots of money, I finally decided to buy a travel case for my upcoming Utah trip. Here’s why I’m writing this review. I bought the case and brought my bike in for a lesson on how to properly pack it. LUIS, the best mechanic there(although you can’t go wrong with whoever services your bike) walked me through the disassembly and packing into the case. He then oversaw me as I rebuilt my bike(since I will eventually be on my own). The whole process took about an hour or so and he provided the service gratis with my case purchase. As stated, I’m a loyal customer of Mack Cycle and they’ve more than returned the loyalty as they always treat me right. Chris and Ricardo and the whole staff are great.

I love Mack Cycle. I have been coming here for years. Both of my sons learned how to ride a bike with Georgia, one of the longest tenured employees at the shop. Today, I came in for some parts and Georgia welcomed me with a smile (as always). She is a big part of what makes this place so special. Will continue to come back for many years to come.

I first went into Mack at the beginning of the year for a Küat bike rack, little did I know that was just the beginning! After a particularly painful ride on my poorly-fitted Trek, I was recommended to go see Chris for a proper fitting. I had no idea what I was in for! Chris and the entire fitting process was just outstanding. He spent over two hours with me, answered all my random questions (I know very little about bicycle mechanics, parts-but have always been fascinated by bikes and love learning more about them), and masterfully worked through the entire fitting with the calmest and most inviting demeanor. We started out with the intention of retrofitting my current bike but after going through the entire process I realized I really wanted a new bike to take me into triathlon training and beyond! I left with a gorgeous Pinarello and have enjoyed every ride in comfort since. Now all my bike-related needs have been purchased at Mack and I’m met with a wonderful, inviting energy every single time. As a woman who is new to cycling and triathlon-I can’t thank the Mack team enough for creating a welcoming space!

Bikes and bike parts are scarce during Covid times. Mack Cycle and Fitness made it possible for me to buy a snazzy new bike (Cannondale Synapse in almost racing green). Sandy at Mack Cycle worked with me on the process and shipping. My only complaint is that the bike arrived in a different box and therefore didnt include some small parts (fender bridge and hardware). Mack is still working with me on getting them via Cannondale, months later. So nice!

Ive used Mack Cycle and Fitness for years and it is the go to for any cycling, or triathlon needs. The team at Mack Cycle is professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable about everything cycling related. In these days of not being able to find anything in stock, I found Mackhad a Specialized bike Id been looking for.But would I be able to buy it since Mack is 14 hours from me?The answer was yes and Sandy made it easy. The bike was in my garage only 2 days after completing the sale! My review & rating is for my Guru Bike Fit that I received from Chris Pavon! First off, at the time (end of Nov. 2020) I didnt know a thing about TT Bikes other than I knew I needed one since I am getting into Triathlons. I did my fit with Chris before I bought the bike and so thankful I did. I was able to get the right bike for my size and switched out a couple of parts as need so I can be more successful on the bike! That included a new seat & let me tell you Ive had the bike for almost 3 months now and dont own a pair of bib/bike shorts yet / ride with no padding & I feel ZERO pain when I ride (results may very) and its either because I have buns of steel or Chris is a master in his craft or maybe both!I searched for bike fittings from 3 different bike shops in the area. I felt when I met Chris (before I paid for the fitting) he was very knowledgeable and that the fitting was going to be good. It was great experience overall once I came in to get fit. I also bought my bike at Mack Cycle and everything was squared away with it as needed!For shoes - they were able to order in some Wide shoes for me that are Amazing! It can be very hard to find wide cycling shoes from my experience so glad I was able to get that taken care of too! Felt like a one stop shop!

I looked for months for this certain Cannondale Bicycle. I found the Mack Cycle & Fitness had 1 of the last few in the country. I was very nervous about shipping this large purchase across country to Colorado. I placed an on line order on Sunday 3/28. Sandy emailed me Tuesday morning to let me know the bicycle was MIA, she told me they had the unisex version in medium size. A medium is the same as a woman’s large, Sandy sent me pictures her standing over the bike. Being about the same height, I was able to see it would be the right size. Sandy was very helpful keeping me informed as the order was processed. I received my bicycle this morning (4/5), I am so excited to take it over to our local bike shop for assembly.Thank you Sandy!

This place has some top-notch service! Im training for an Ironman and the shifters on my bike went out. The local bike shop couldnt get them in stock and I was looking at replacing the cassette or just buying a new bike, which, with COVID inventory issues seemed like a nightmare. When I saw an XS Giant TCR Advanced on the Mack site I thought it was kismet. Plus, Mack would ship bikes which no one else does. I bought it and immediately sent an email to customer service to ask about expedited shipping since I needed a bike to train on like, yesterday. Roy in customer service texted me back on a Monday even though the store is closed Mondays and let me know that Mack doesnt expedite shipping but that my bike had already been pulled and packed and was ready to go the next day! Wow, that is fast! Plus, he called me the day of to let me know it was shipping and sent the tracking info. And he gave me props on my bike choice and he really knew his stuff. The bike arrived in two days and I was able to have it set up in time for the weekend long ride and never missed a workout! Ive been back on the road and training again and it wouldnt have been possible without this place. Thank you so much and thank your excellent staff for saving me!

Tommy is a very knowledgeable sales person who helped me learn about road bikes and what is available for my budget and body needs. Chris helped us get my wife on the best bike for her given our budget and experience, and he took his time to explain all the components of the bike and why they were the best for her. He also fitted her and taught her all the bike basics before she got out on the road. Mike put together and serviced my bike as if it were never taken apart in the first place, and made the delivery and pickup process painless. Also thanks Sandy for helping us get all the accessories my wife needed to get up and running! Really appreciate all of you guys and I highly recommend Mack to anyone at any level looking to get on a bike.

Guru fitting? Yes, Guru fitting!!! I was hesitant to get this fitting done because I didnt really believe on it. After doing my research, talking to other friends who did this fitting and getting a detailed explanation from Chris P., I decided to get it done. This past Saturday, I went for a ride with WP, tough riders, and I mist admit, it was a big different, I had more resistance, I was more comfortable, and I felt more in control. It was well worth it, a must do, hands down, go do it!!!!! Thanks to Chris P. for educating me and for taking the time to not only explaining to me why this fitting was needed but also for doing it with passion and with his heart. When you go to get the fitting done, ask for Chris!!! Amazing guy!!!

I have recently purchased bikes for myself and all my family and I only went in to have a puncture repaired. The service department is excellent, very busy but always prepared to take on emergencies. I also booked my previous bike in for a service and it came out running like new. I decided it was time to update my bike and bought myself a new electric hybrid bike and found the sales support to be excellent, very friendly, informative and helpful. The highest compliment I can give is that I would recommend this shop to anyone. Happy cycling.

Mack Cycle is a South Florida institution! Youd be hard pressed to find a better, nicer more competent group of cycling aficionados. Mack Cycle has all the appeal of your small town friendly neighborhood bike shop, but with the inventory and sophisticated expertise of people who really know cycling. I purchased a Specialized road bike in December 2019 and a Quintana Roo triathlon bike just a few days ago. I love both of my bikes and I proudly invested my money in support of this A+ local business. Chris Pavon, fitter extraordinaire, is ridiculously talented (and such a nice guy). Dont even think of going anywhere else to shop for a bike or accessories (and I live in Broward)!

Ive been going to Mack Cycle for years. My whole family has bought bikes and gear there for years in addition to using the service department. Georgia has helped us many times always greeting us with a smile and professional courtesy!

Ive been looking for a bike for a few months now. Ive had the same bike (tank) for 11 years and its time to upgrade. Obviously as a result of Covid the inventory of bikes anywhere is substantially less than what it was prior to Covid. Every store I visited the bike prices were extremely high and the wait time was several weeks if not months. When I walked into the store I was amazed of the amount of inventory they had, the safety precautions they took for their customers and the prices were very fair. Overall I had a great experience at this store and I would recommend it to anyone thats looking to buy themselves a bicycle for recreational or serious riding.
