Great bike shop, with a staff who know their stuff and really care!

Rude people. I just called to ask for businesses hours and the guy give me a $75 price as an answer. Looks like this place only wants to take your money away without even listening.

Excellent service and awesome at advising on bike buying and proper maintenance. It has become my bike shop and place to hang out on Saturdays. Come for the bike and stay for the coffee and sandwiches! By the way, Willy makes delicious sandwiches and top of the line Cuban coffee as well. Cheers Willy!

Great selection of used bikes. You can tell the bikes are well maintained and taken care of. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Make sure you park around back - entrance is behind the building.

I happened to be in the market for bull horns. I had heard of this shop before from some of my Miami Bikie friends, Sinai stopped by. There were people dropping off and picking bikes up when I showed up so it seemed like a well established place. When I walked in, Willie himself greeted me and brought me out some pursuit risers that better fit my size. I put them on my fixed gear bike and did a shark valley ride the next day. I just wanted to say that si strongly recommend this place. Check them out if you Mrs in the area. They were cited Miami’s best bike shop, two years for a reason. 5 stars!!

If you thought there was no chance of finding lugged steel in Miami, think again. Willies is the one shop where you can still find used 1970s Columbus and Reynolds framesets hanging up for sale (and some mid-range stuff too), and high-flange Campagnolo Record tubular wheelsets.Willie is also one of the few mechanics who knows how to properly check a steel frame for alignment, crash damage, and seatlug strength when it comes in, and knows his stuff with Nuovo and Super Record (the original Super Record, not the wannabe-Simplex, modern group), along with the Japanese classics.Prices are near or at eBay levels depending on what you choose (framesets almost always start at $300), but hell also accept partial trade-in value on quality framesets.Not to be missed if you frequent BikeForums.nets Classic & Vintage section, or the Classic Rendezvous list (yes, some pre-70s stuff sometimes shows up).

One of the best bike shops I’ve been too. I love to buy used and Willie has an amazing selection. He’s also very helpful and has great deals. I’ve bought three different bikes from him so far. One for myself and two as gifts for friends. All bikes are doing great! Highly recommend.

First time I was in the shop, I took my bike for a tuneup which was done and fully paid for. A week later went to have the back tire fixed as it was flat and to my surprise the owner of the shop came and told me that the bike needed a tuneup because the breaks and the change gear needed adjustments and the bike needed lubricant, to which of course I was completely stunned that he was telling me this just a week after he had supposedly done the tune up on my bike and I had paid for one! So, was this a scam? did I get completely hoaxed out of my money??? Given this experience I would not trust this shop nor the work that they supposedly perform.

This is local bike shop that takes care of its customers. Bought a refurbished bike at a decent price here a few months ago and it still works like a charm.

This place is a scam. The owner (willie) doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, he only cares about making a profit. First of all, he charged me about $200 more than what my bike is worth online. After about 2 weeks of having my “new” bike the tire went flat (not his fault). After going to get my bike repaired my tire went flat about a week later. The second time taking my bike there, the employees wore no mask and willie the owner was rude until I displayed that I was there to spend some money. I’ve gone back for a third time to get my bike fixed and the tire went flat after about an hour of riding it. The owner is a liar and a scammer. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!!!

I sent my husband here last weekend to get us two bikes. The people were nice enough to install our baby seat to one of the bikes but when we went to pick this up, had to wait another hour or two after the pickup time. The workers were smoking and not wearing masks. $400 later he came home with two bikes that looked a bit dinged up. As a used bike store, I expected some wear and tear but this was a bit much with rust and old stickers still on the bike. My hope was at least the original model was decent. However, when we looked up the two bikes that were purchased, the retail price for new bikes (same model) was about $150 each with free shipping. So they seem to have charged us an additional $100 for old danged up bikes!! We called the next morning to return the bikes and they told us that they were too busy for him to drop the bikes off that day. They asked him to come later in the week instead. They also said we would have to pay a rental fee for the bikes since we had them.. This wasnt mentioned when we purchased the bikes but fair is fair. We didnt object to bringing the bikes in a few days later, like they asked, even though it made us go out of the way because both bikes were taking up all the room in our car. When my husband returned the bikes today, they tried to give him back only half of his money. They said that since he had the bikes several days, they would charge extra for rental?? My husband asked if they thought this was fair? They said okay well give you $220 back. He was too upset to argue. So all in all we ended up spending $180 on a bike that we never rode and that we held in our car for several days since they didnt allow us to take back right away. The retail price for a new bike was $150. So $180 later we have no bike and a higher chance of Covid19 after standing around all of them without masks (again, the staff wasnt wearing masks when we dropped the bikes off). What a frustrating experience!! They couldnt give him cash either, they gave him a check which I suppose he can cash later. Originally they made him pay with cash. I see that this place has some good reviews but I dont understand what kind of operation they are running. When my husband asked them why they charged us so much for the bikes to begin with, the guy said he would have to check with somebody else but then didnt really follow up. I suppose if you really know about bikes, this might be a good place. Maybe you would know exactly what to ask for and when they were trying to take advantage. Everyone else stay far far away.

These guys are so shady! Do not leave your bike at their shop or you may never see it again!

8 months After purchasing a beach cruiser for 350 usd from willie I decided to resell it through his store to what he agreedI brought the bike to the store and left it there for him to offer to his customers.3 months passed by and decided to pay him a visit and see how we’re things going and to my surprise he told me in my face that he went through some hard times and had to sell the bike and use the money!!!!2 years later I am still waiting for some decency fro his part and reimburse me the money. He never got back to me.Don’t trust this person (willie the owner), he is an opportunist and will screw you somehow with his extremely overpriced bikes and service

Got a flat riding in Central Park and swung by to get it fixed. Chris offered exceptional customer service and was very friendly & knowledgeable. Reasonable price for replacing a tube. Shops apparently been in the business for 30 years - heres to many more!

My buddy and I had a bad experience there

My boyfriend and I bought 2 used bikes (1 Specialized and 1 Planet X) from Willie. His team was knowledgeable and the used bikes they have are impressive (a small shop but well stocked). He even helped us box them at a reasonable cost. Additionally, he has an adorable cafe with great coffees and a basic lunch / breakfast menu! I highly recommend this shop on all counts!

Willies Bicycle is the place to get your bike fixed in the greater Miami area. For a very reasonable price, Willie gave my bike a tune up, new wheel and tire, as well as wraps for my handle bars. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy, fix or learn more about bicycles.

Terrible bike shop I sent two bikes there I was given a price and the cost was triple of what they quoted. They gave me the bike back and both were not fixed, it took three times and it still wasnt right. They tried to give me a bike back and didnt even lubricate the rear hub and their excuse was that they dont have a grease gun, after I complained they took it next door to the auto repair shop and they greased it, today about 3 weeks later i notice that my sons bike is making a noise and i discover that the rear nuts holding the back tire and rim on are finger loose. DONT GO HERE !!!!

Amazing choice of bicycles and great repair service

Willie, owner and operator! Everytime I walk out the door, you can read my feeling of satisfaction on my face. Willie is a vice and friendly bicycle master. Its almost 4 years, since I first stepped into Willies shope with my semi mountain bicycle. My nephew like that bicycle too. So I gave it to him, and he is on the bike most of his day and riding around a lot. I took him to Willies shope and this time Ive got to met his two sons, high school students. They were just like their father. They also fixed bike, and they fixed mine too.So my nephew will take over from today on and until I get a new mountain bike. Until then stay cool, happy and busy.
