Maria Elena was fully knowledgeable in introducing all the mattresses to me inside the Biscayne Blvd. SEB showroom. She has a fluid mastery of mattresses and their construction. It was a lovely visit in a calm and serene space. A few days passed and I found myself in Coconut Grove, around the corner from the SEB showroom. Sebastian greeted me as I entered, and his guidance, coupled with Maria Elenas mastery, led me right to the mattress I purchased. It was hand-picked by Sebastian as being most suited to me. The shared service I received from Maria Elena and Sebastian are greatly appreciated, and the three of us get to share in the joy of my now owning a world class mattress.

Fantastic Service and an incredibly comfortable and quality mattress!I had to purchase a mattress in advance of my arrival in Miami Beach to ensure that I had something to sleep on in my new apartment and so was completely dependent on advice and talking to Sebastian about my requirements. I feel so fortunate to have had him guide me, by asking a number of questions he was able to determine the best mattress for me and stayed within my budget. Although I know that it is not recommended to buy a mattress without trying, it I ended up with the perfect mattress for me, given that I have had back surgery and am extremely picky! I love my organic cotton pillow from SEB! I’m just starting to become aware of how important it is to have healthier fabrics and materials when it comes to bedding. I am not the type of person to write a review, however, when a review is truly earned then I take the time to speak about my experience. If you are tired of the big box retail stores with their cheap quality yet high priced mattress and horrible customer service, then visit SEB Mattress. Its a family owned store with a much more personal service. Trust me you wont get that with the bigger stores. They are more of a niche market and the brands they represent you wont find in other mattress stores. Go check them out then have a mattress for all budgets. I have purchased many big brand mattresses and the mattress I purchased from them which was a Naturepedics is the best mattress I have purchased in my life. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Sebastian and almost 6 months after my purchase I had a small issue and he resolved it right away. I actually purchased my babies mattress there too and had recently had a small issue with it and once again resolved it quickly. So if you dont want to feel like a typical consumer and you want that more of a personal service with great customer service, go visit them and I think youll be happy with their showroom, products and customer service. Sebastians amazing customer service inspired me to write this review which is something I never do. I ordered two Naturepedic mattresses from him over the phone as I did not want to go to the showroom during the pandemic. He could not have been more helpful even suggesting more economical ways to bring the cost down while keeping the quality of the styles I had chosen. The mattresses were delivered promptly and assembled expertly. Before and after delivery I changed my mind several times about the size Queen vs. King and level of firmness. Each time I called Sebastian he was as nice as can be and patient with my changes. In the end I kept my original purchases which were a Naturepedic Chorus for a guest room and Naturepedic EOS for the master bedroom. We absolutely love both. A mattress is something we have to live with for many years and a good nights sleep is so important. We only wanted organic due to off gassing of most popular non organic brands. They are not that easy to find. It was such a pleasure to deal with an individual small store as opposed to a big chain or department store for a mattress. I cant recommend this store highly enough.
