Wasnt bad. Little over 2 hours to get unloaded but I was 4 hours past my original appointment.

I picked up a mattress set because I couldnt wait for delivery. The location is in an industrial area (warehouse). The salesperson described the office location but it wasnt as he described it. The office has moved at this time due to a remodel. If you plan to pick up a mattress at this location be aware the sign says go to the stairs at the middle of the dock... There is no sign as you drive down the dock... Its next to dock 18. I dont know how long this will be this way but it was this way as of December 2016. Service is slow at best. I was the only customer there and it took 20 minutes to get my purchase. I Ive uploaded a photo of the office.

Amazing customer service!!! Its been a long time I dont get this type of service. Bought our mattress online and we made a mistake picking the size of our king bed and from the driver to the warehouse and everyone I talked to above and beyond!!!!!!!!!

Had a 1-5 am appt. Banged on the door for an hrs. When they answered told me they were to busy. And had to wait till 5. Great way to do business.
