BEWARE!! Sales Rep Jonathan was not honest selling combo (mattress= platform)at all. He showed us a platform with massage and other features and then he ordered for us the cheap one. BAD SALES technique, when you think we are buying and paying for something and the sales person showall the features when paying for something less, then when you receive it is not what you thought. When complaint to the manager they defense that I GOT WHAT I PAID, yes, thats true, but I havent got what I was sold verbally during the presentation.He even make jokes after paying about the massage feature instead to tell us, listen, you havent paid for this model, you will get the cheap one with no massage at all. he just laugh about how I will enjoy it knowing perfectly the misleading o the sales process.

This Mattress Firm location across the street from Tropical Park was very quiet when I dropped in. I had called to see if they had what I needed in stick and spoke to Jonathan. He was very helpful and was ready to complete my transaction as soon as I arrived At the store. He even offered free delivery which was great.I will return to this store for my mattress purchase. I had bought a mattress at the location on Flagler and 82nd but had to cancel the sale after waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. They had charged me for delivery even though I had spent over $1,000. Will not go back there.

The initial sales rep was great,however, I had to pick the merchandise at a different location. Once I got there, they were not very helpful. I had to tie down the mattress by myself, in the rain, while the rep watched from the doorway.
