If I could leave zero stars I would. First time coming here (employees were not rude): Service was incredibly slow, spent over an hour and a half here for a simple patch job……a patch job, after they claimed it would be done in 30min. What a waste of a Sunday afternoon. (1 tire by the way). I do not recommend this place—Better off going to a corner mechanic place.P.S. waiting area is dreadful, interior is not welcoming by any standards.

I was having a very rough morning when my battery died 20+ miles from home. Rafael made a stressful situation for me easy to bear! He was easy to work with and the price in the end was even less than he quoted and WAY less than Id been quoted elsewhere. Excellent service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a 5 yr alignment package earlier this year and sold my vehicle. Went to transfer it to my husbands truck and was told NO. His truck had the front end leveled. But guess what, they honored a transfer when he traded his old truck infornthisnone AND IT WAS LEVELED AT AT TIME. Would not give us a partial refund, pro-rated based on the cost, years remaining and service performed. I can either transfer it to a vehicle when we buy one, which we are not planning on doing, or sell it to someone else, which I should not have to do. We should have been informed year ago that he truck could not be covered, not AFTER it had already been covered (the plan recently expired). The manager we spoke to has been there when the truck was brought in for alignments AND provided assistance numerous times. Never told us it was not covered under a plan when it expires. Poor communication and customer service. Will never go to NTB again. Would give th NO stars if I could.
My first visit! I had an appointment for an oil change on June 19th at 10:30 am. When I walked in, no one even acknowledged my presence. So I spoke up! I was told that they were really busy and they’d be right with me. No courteous service at all! One guy, a Hispanic gentleman, was downright rude. A younger, soft-spoken man with tattoos was helpful and professional. Don’t know if I would recommend this store to anyone. I was there from 10:40-12:15 for an oil change!
Awesome customer service. These people know what they are doing. Professionals!! These guys went above and beyond for me and on top of that explained to me exactly everything that they were able to maintenance on the vehicle as well as what they couldnt and gave me the solution to whatever was wrong on my friends vehicle. For everything they did to her vehicle I was expecting a $100 bill at the end of it all. Believe It or not I got it for less then $30....simply amazing..blew my mind....I highly recommend this place...
3PM appointment, was told it would be less than 45 minutes but didnt start inspection until 4PM. Hence 4/5 stars on review. If an update on the hour delay would have happened, I would have given 5 stars.

Made an appointment for 4pm and got here around 3:45 was told they won’t get to me until 5pm! That’s ridiculous. They were able to get me a new battery and tire rotation in good time but as for the battery I have NEVER paid a fee to have one installed not at sears, walmart, western auto, auto zone, or even way back to k mart or Montgomery wards. So what gives?

They went way beyond the call of duty. I was having serious problems with my Dodge Ram 3500 not starting and was in jeopardy of having to forfeit a profitable load. My truck is my business as an Hotshot trucking company. I got there late at 5:30 and they close at 6pm. They jumped right on it, disappointed the problem and fixed me right up. The mechanic was awesome. They stayed till they were finished. Everyone wore face masks and there was someone always sanitizing all surfaces. I will definitely use them again.

I have always had good service at NTB but recently I had a brake fluid changed, and the next time I was at NTB, I was told I needed a brake fluid change. I was told a very questionable explanation about the cause. This makes me concerned, I really hope it was Just an oversight, I will continue to do my business with NTB but, I will be more virulent about it.PS they did rechange the fluid. I hope, I’ll have it checked elsewhere

My tire was completely flat I did not know if I had a spare they took their time to come out and look and find my spare and not only did they do that but they put the spare on for me at no charge they really nicest people Ive ever come across in a shop anywhere. They were very professional and courteous. I was stranded and stared and they did everything they had to do to give me back on the road and hes my mind and keep me calm shh its so and I appreciate that very much I would recommend them to anyone

Hones Review.- After 35,000 miles on my tires i started having problems whit them, since they are covered for 60,000 miles i thought there was no problem on claim the warranty. when i step on the store everything seems normal until you mention the words CLAIM WARRANTY they guy changed his attitude immediately, checked the the tires and my surprise was that he told me YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FREE TIRES- THATS ALL YOU WANT i was shocked how in the world a sales person tells you such thing.

We purchased two tires there at the end of March. They put the new tires on the front and moved the older tires to the back. They DID NOT, however, recalibrate the low tire sensors on the car. As a result, on July 7. I was warned that one of my back tires was low, when it was actually one of the front tires. After checking the tire and not finding a problem, I continued on my way. The low tire sensor said I had 28 lbs. of air instead of 32. After running my errands I stopped to get air put in the back tire. The mechanic then informed me it was not the back tire that was low but the front and he could not put air in it because the sides were worn too thin and could explode. I had to purchase a new tire immediately. I took the worn tire back to NTB and the attendant stated that it was not their problem and offered me nothing, even though they had not re-calibrated the sensors which caused an error in reading the tires. I did not expect a new tire for free, but at least some sort of discount on another tire would have been nice since this tire had very little wear and lasted for only 3 months. They offered nothing!! I will NEVER go to the Mesquite store to purchase tires ever again. They offer no customer support!!

My tire had a screw in it and they took care of me very quickly. Carlos was very friendly and professional. Most places would try to scam or over charge you but they took care of just my tire and I went on my happy way. I will definitely use them in the future.
Have never had such bad service, only reason why Im even giving 1 star is because Adan was very helpful & courteous at the front desk. I understand that sometimes you can get backed up on work or are understaffed at times. However, I dont understand how or why after having an alignment done here I have to come back in because my car is pulling to one side (how this goes unnoticed is hard for me to understand). After coming back and waiting 3 hours the tire rotation to fix the problem wasnt done correctly (considering Im being told I need to get new tires). After asking (logical question) why were the tires not rotated in a different way I found myself having to wait even longer for something that could have been avoided when I came in the first time if the work had been done properly. Definitely not returning to this location!
This is about the third time I go to this particular location,for wheels and alignment, they never fail.I bought tires on line from some other retailer, installed and balanced some place else,it wasnt right, took here and car drives perfect!!So far they have been good to me

3rd time back to have tires balanced. 1st time took 4 hours and weight flew off 2 miles down the road.Came right back and was told that it would be at least another 1 hour. I Did not have time to wait.Returned today and was told I would be at the top of the list... still waiting 1.5 hours later....Been doing business at this location for 20 plus years. Its gone to the dogs. Finding a new tire center.
There is no point in making an appointment if it takes an hour and 45 minutes to get to your vehicle. Only way to not waste your time is to drop it off in the morning.
Don’t bring your car here. First and last time coming here for tires. Went in to get new tires and alignment . I left and the alignment was off and pulling to the left. I called back and was told they would fix it. Turns out I needed $150 more dollars to align it “right”. I took it to the dealership and they aligned it with out any $150 camber kit. Just avoid this place you’ve been warned.
Very knowledgeable young man who took my car in I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt & the guy came out & told me that he couldnt change my oil for liability reasons because I had no oil in it & I must go put 2 qts in & drive it around that day & they could change it the next day so I did & I went back & he explained everything so well & then the next day an older gentleman gave me a list of issues I needed to take care of & IM HAPPY I WENT THERE THESE GUYS REALLY ARE HELPFUL & I WILL RETURN !!!! 🤗

Changed to four stars. Needed a tire replaced & it went smoothly & quickly.All that other stuff still happened though.Made an appointment online to get my tires replaced, three days ahead of time. The price was worked out, with a 3 for 4 sale happening. All told i expected to be there an hour, or a little more, and to spend the $350 for the tires i needed.When i arrived their system was down. Which is fine. Computers mess up sometimes. The guy there, an older guy with a mustache, told me he’d call once the computers were up.That call never came. I called him two hours later to see what was up & he informed me that they didn’t have the tires i ordered & had no idea when they’d arrive as it was likely they had never been ordered by their shop.The tire shop didn’t have tires.I was then subjected to the most elaborate bait and switch scheme I’ve ever witnessed by NTB’s customer care hotline and the location in Rockwall. I’ve left a review for my experience at that location as well.All told, because of this store’s inability to do a very basic part of their job it took me 6 hours, three visits to two locations, and cost $100 more than i was promised online.Also, a different time when I needed a battery replaced in early December, one of the technicians at this location told my mom she didn’t understand how batteries work bc of her “woman’s brain”. Yes. He said that. In 2020. And i was stupid enough to come back. Maybe this is all my fault.This company should rebrand as BAS— Bait and Switch. Crooks.

Just came for a quick oil change. There were 5 or 6 free workers not really doing anything, not many customers. Took over an hour and a half for an oil change, ridiculous. Not coming back, they dont value customers time. Quickest time Ive ever had an oil change was 10 minutes, plus they were very friendly there (Jiffy Lube I believe, they met me at my car when I drove in, opened every door for me, etc.); for comparison.
I took my truck to be inspected. Every portion passed but my tailight lens...LENS...was cracked. They said that I can not pass unless it is replaced. They tried to rip me for $149 and labor!!!!!!!! The part is $55 online with free shipping and requires the removal of 2 10mm bolts to replace. Stop trying to rip people off! Yall should be ashamed. Bless your hearts.
The staff was super helpful but...Jeez... Went here for the special they had going on... With the two free tires...Have no idea how they came up with saying that youre getting two tires free... It woulda been cheaper to just straight up buy the four tires.

Bought new tires and my car has pulled to the right ever since. I have a one year warranty on alignment. Ive taking it in three times to have the alignment fixed and they still cant fix it. They assure me its fixed when I pick it up, get on the highway and it still pulls to the right. Im having to take it to another place and pay to have it fixed. I feel like if youre a tire company you should have the ability to fix an alignment problem. Right!! I will go back to Discount Tire for now on.
Hey these Youngsters got it together. I got to Firestone and Goodyear and Im there for 3 to 4 hrs.I pulled up and was debating cause its my first time here. Alex the Counter Guy came out to my truck introduced himself and asked could he help. I was sold already.Hes got the Big Oddball tire I needed came back out said it may be a few come relax inside.Before I know it Im on the road, a bit over an hour. They also put my spare back up under the Service Truck! Firestone....small nominal fee.Keep up the good work NTB/ Alex.Ill be back.

My husband and I have been taking our 2014 Kia Forte to this location for almost a year now. For new tires with warranties and oil changes. No issues until now! Well.... For the past month, My husband and I noticed our tire pressure light had come on, so my husband checked the air in the tires and of course 2 out of the 4 was always a bit low. So he would air them up. This continued for awhile and finally I took the car into NTB to have the tires checked. I left our car with them for 3 hours. They call me to inform me the car is ready for pick up and here is a list of things needing to be done...1. Battery is going bad.2 The Serpentine belt and Driver Belt is going bad (They have cracks.)3. The air filter is dirty.I inform them that I only dropped the car off to have the tires checked, was anything wrong with them? The guy replies by stating... Ummm they only gave me this list to tell you, do you want me to have them check the tires?Duh!!!! Thats why I brought the car in!!They tell me they will have a print out ready when I get there and will check the tires as well. I get there and they have a priced print out ready and no information about the tires... So again I asked, What about the tires... They reply stating We found two nails, one in each tire on the drivers side. So we plugged them.But you should really consider getting these other problems fixed...So I took the print out home, my husband decides to get a second opinion, because he highly doubts anything is actually wrong with the belts or the battery.It has been about a week now sense I took the car in, and the tire pressure light came on again yesterday, so My husband gets out to check the air and our tires are OVER inflated.... Our tires are supposed to stay at 32 and they were all almost at 50.... We could have had a blow out! AND our caps are missing on every tire. We had them all until we took them in to NTB. Needless to say, we have another appointment set for tomorrow and I am ready to get management involved. If it is not resolved then I will go higher up.

How could a tire place NOT have the ability to do a simple patch on a tire?
Just had some warranty work done on two tires and upon completion they backed out of the bay, exited the shop and as soon as they got out of site i heard the tech squeal my tires. His excuse was the protective paper they use for the floors fouled the accelerator. If that was the case how come he was able to back out and navigate the interior of the building with no issues? When you spend almost 1300 in tires you dont want some goon messing them up.
Earl was only concerned about selling me tires. He wasnt concerned about the time frame I needed it to be done. He told me it would take 1.5 hours. 3 hours later Im still here and theres just blame to each other why its double the time I was quoted.If time is important to you I suggest you go elsewhere . These guys are commission driven and definitely employ an over-promise, under-deliver strategy because once your car is on the lift, you are stuck.0 stars for poor integrity, and blatent dishonesty.

I bought my tires there and the 3 yr alignment warranty in aug. 2017. Took it in for free Tire Rotation, Balancing, and the Alignment under warranty. Polite and courteous service. Left my vehicle there, received a call that some belts, and Tie Rods needed to be replaced totaling around $400. They asked me if I wanted them to make those repairs tonight, and I declined. I work at Mesquite High School and took it to the Automotive teacher the next morning to assess and let me know if there was indeed a need for repairs and was told that my belts and Tie Rods are still in good condition. In addition, he said that the car could not be aligned with bad tie rods. The point is, if I had agreed to let NTB do the repairs, i would have spent $400 needlessly. Lesson: always get a second opinion/estimate before agreeing to service at NTB.
They spent a lot of time on 2 different occasions, trying to find out why my tire wasnt holding air, but couldnt find a cause. When I decided it needed to be replaced, they told me to come first thing in the morning and they would take care of it quickly. They did what they promised and I was out of there and got to work before 830! They have always been friendly and do whatever the customer needs. Theres not a lot of pressure to agree to services you dont want. All the employees at the Mesquite store are professional and courteous. I also like the hours. They are available for people that work odd or long shifts.
I recently visited this location for an oil change. I came in contact with three employees prior to my oil change and asked each of them if my wiper fluid would be filled with my oil change. I told each of them my wiper fluid was empty. I was told with a standard oil change all my fluids would be topped off including windshield wiper fluid. After leaving the location I realized I had no wiper fluid. This leads me to believe that none of my fluids were checked.
Waited an hr and 30 min for service..a few weeks ago.... Only for them to rush through my oil change and not do anything else... My windshield wiper fluid was still empty the next day and probably nothing else was checked... Not going back anytime soon.
Bull. Ive had a tire plugged for free from discount tire. They charged me $22. They pretend that they know about tires, they dont. Said they filled all tires to kill the dummy light. It takes ten minutes to clear no it doesnt. Its immediate. Ive filled these tires enough to know. They lie. Theyre crooks. Stay away. Stay far away. Far far far away. Go to discount tire.
I was warned. My daughter said once they get the money for your new tires everything else will be a battle and they dont give a damn. The place is filthy, water fountain does not work, no toilet paper or paper towels and restrooms smell and nothing has been cleaned in weeks. I came in to have a flat fixed,life time free flat tire repair, told it would be an hour and half falf now going on three still not ready, why because they already have your money and dont care. They hope you get mad and never comeback. When you say anything they just shrug.I did not listen, but you should.
I called at 9 a.m., give them the specific information model and sizing for the tires I wanted. They confirmed they had the tires in stock, and gave me an out the door price. I then went to the store after making an appointment on the phone to have these tires installed. Upon arrival, 5 minutes before my appointment, it turned out that they didnt have the tires in stock that I wanted. The price they gave me was for a different tire, and they didnt have the tires at all. This is complete incompetence, and seriously inconvenience to me. This lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and general mistreatment is unacceptable. I left with no tires, and a half hour of my day was wasted.
This store is added charges to my credit card that I did not authorize or agree to and would stay away from this place unless you want to be victimized. They thought because my mother was elderly they could get away with fraud but they picked the wrong person to mess with.

I made the mistake of buying a set of tires here with the warranty well, I needed the warranty and you better understand that the warranty is just the tire.So if you need to use it get ready to pay $50 fee. Ive used other companies before, even Walmart does the whole labor and tire for 0, again it was my mistake. Now it is yours if you read this and still decide to use walk in.
Disgusted with the lies repeatedly told by Ray. He said I had a crack in my radiator which was not true. There was no mechanic in shop, the waiting area was filthy. I was taken for $640.00. Going to Customer service resulted in $100. refund and gift certificate. I dont believe they ever take it to corporate level as they lead one to believe. I wanted my money back.Sorry but I cannot use the Contact Us form because it will not allow me to give the store location since Ive returned to my home which is not in Texas.I believe you Monitor calls and can Review my complaints beginning with the repair done on 1/10/2019. They were going to change my Oil Pan gasket. The gentleman at the desk pulled up a Ford Truck schematic and said theyd have to drop the axle. What has a Ford Truck got to do with a Jeep product? When I regained possession of my vehicle I find that I am all over I-75 going to a Doctors Appointment. Customer Service rep wasnt too concerned that I had no steering and did everything I could to maintain control of the vehicle. The fact myself or many could have been killed in a multi-vehicle collision on I-75 didnt seem to register in her mind. I also found that for some reason they were inside the vehicle and took down my garage door opener. I found it buried in the back seat.I had to return to NTB and was told they had not tightened the bolts. A whopping $25 gift card was offered.On 5/25/19 my vehicle overheated. I return to NTB in Mesquite, Texas. Im angry because Ray insisted I needed a new radiator. I asked him if they even checked the thermostat. His reply, I think so I was angry and told him they could not do so without removing the coolant in the vehicle and checking the thermostat. There were no bad sensors on the vehicle.Nothing was going to be done without the purchase of a New Radiator. Upon regaining possession of the vehicle I find that it is still overheating. Once again they took the vehicle. I was there for hours waiting for them to do the repair Upon regaining possession of the vehicle, Ray flounced out of the business while I was sitting inside my vehicle with engine running and wished for me to open the hood. He then proceeded to inform me of where the crack was on the old radiator and about my Jeep being an older modelYes, it is a 2004 vehicle that was taken care of by the previous owner and myself. He then informs me of a pulley on the air conditioner that is now wobbly after this repair.I find it odd that when NTB in Mesquite repaired the broken part on the air condition on 3/16/2019 there was no mention of a wobbly pulley.Ray was rude and had been slapping his hand down on this part, that part, etc..I just smiled because he didnt dare open his mouth inside the business where other customers could hear the exchange.Im sure you have a recording of the entire conversation between myself with your Customer Service Representatives David and George. Review the tape and my side of the story. George offered $100. plus a coupon. A coupon that is for NTB. Why would anyone in their right mind wish to continue doing business with your company when this is the shoddy work being done on their vehicles?
I went to here for a oil change on the 4th of the month not even 2 weeks later my oil light came on and stared making a knocking noise. I called spoke to a manager who told me to tow my vehicle to the location so I did believing that they would fix my issue. Unfortunately my car has been there since last week, and was told that a DM would contact me with some feed back. I waited waited he never calls I call for a update I was told to come get my car and that they did everything right because they looked at the video.I asked to speak to a manager someone that could possibly help me and got no help in return. Now Im calling the DM and he isnt responding. Its sad but I think Im being overlooked because Im a woman and dont know much about cars, but little do they know I had a mechanic look at the car before I had it towed back because he told me that they would do this and say they did everything right. If they all are certified mechanic why didnt you tell me whats wrong with it verse throwing your hands saying you didnt do it. I will never be taking my vehicle to another NTB again STILL WAITING ON THIS MANAGER
I have had nothing but problems since I purchased tires from NTB. My tires would not stay aired up. I spent countless days pumping air into those tires & paying for new tires. It was the stem that needed to be replaced. If youre purchasing tires rom them make sure you check the date of the tires & get a good look at them before leaving.
I had flat tire on my way to work and my cts and it did not come with spare so I had to call a tow truck . My first call was to my Firestone were I normally get all my tires from. However Firestone told me that it will take several hours after the car arrived before they can get to it Then I call around several locations that gave me the same reply and expensive and eventually I call NTB talking to Alex Dunagin. I explain the situation to him and his response was very Sympathetic. He gave me a good quote and assure me that they will take care of it as soon as it came in and ask me to call him when the car got pick up because I was not going with the car because I was already at work. So several hours later tow truck show up and I instructed tow truck driver to drop it of at NTB. About 1 hour later I show up at your location and my car was ready. I am happy to report that Firestone has just lost a tire customer of 3 vehicles due to Alex and NTB great service.

I was a long time customer of NTB Mesquite. Now this is one of the worst NTB locations I have ever experienced .The manager is really rude and no customer service . Every time I go there, they have some problem or other with their equipment and he keeps blaming previous managers .Quality of service has really gone down since he took over . Please stay away.
This place only treats you good the first time,maybe I need to go to different ntb location to get treated good,went in for car inspection,car inspection guy was busy installing brakes or something,wait time for that 2 hours,if you are a car inspection guy you need to be doing that,not helping out just because they are short handed,thats like the front desk guy leaving his desk because they need help in the back,get it together!!! doesnt matter I was there in morning also,at 8a.m. still have to wait for car inspection guy to get there when gets there.
Slowest service Ive ever had, it took them and hour and 30 minutes to put 2 new tires on and do a tire rotation and so far its take them and hour to do a wheel alignment!!! These guys are a joke, 5they obviously dont care about customer satisfaction and happiness and as such I will not be coming back here again or recommending them to anyone. Absolutely useless
It was absolutely fast services all of the guys were very helpful.... Perfect for permanent car services!

**Avoid unless you have ample time for them to drag their feet** Incredibly slow service. They don’t greet you when you walk in. Took over an hour with only one car in front of us for a single tire patch. A man just walked out because nobody said a word to him.

Still deciding on this one. It did not dawn on me that the tires purchased said to be on sell had most likely been on a car already, after about two weeks it occurred to me that there was no paper on the tires like when they are new and it has to ware off
