James is the sweetest, nicest person you will meet. He knows what he is doing and is very honest and professional. He will go above and beyond to solve your problem. He will give you a price and most of the time it’s less than he quoted. I will never use another mechanic. And let’s not forget about Kurt he is just as nice.

This is a wonderful place for car repair. I was quoted an estimate based on my understanding of the problem. Not surprising, I was mistaken. The repair was made at about half the cost because not everything I thought needed repair, actually needed repair!Honest, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service here. You can complete trust this business and its owner, James. His staff is very capable as well.

I was running low on time and decided to stop by here to do work on my car. Andy did such an amazing job. It was so fast and he gave such great service!! It’s hard to find a good mechanic so I’m so glad I gave them a shot!! Highly recommend this place, ask for Andy.

I have been using James at Complete Auto for 10+ years. Even when I lived out of town, Complete Auto was the only place I would bring my cars - they are worth the drive. They are always honest with me and do a great job. I love that they know me by name and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my cars are in tip-top shape. I appreciate them so much and would refer anyone to them who needs work done on their car (from a simple oil change to a full motor replacement and everything in between).

When we arrived at this location were we found friendly and courteous employees. They were very informative and truly expedient in resolving the problem that we had with our vehicle. They also were very courteous as they walked us through step-by-step while they resolved our problem making sure that we understood completley what the problem was and what was causing it. Upon completing the labor we were quite satisfied with the pricing and found it to be very acceptable. If I had to do anymore work again on a vehicle I would most definitely choose to return in the future.

Awful experience! I called ahead spoke with the owner, to understand the type of repairs the shop handles, as each shop is different. There was a willingness to assist in his voice. The next day I stopped by in person, to chat and arrange for my vehicle to get towed there. The owner declined to help. We have never met, he didnt greet me, so I said hello, asked if hes the person I spoke with yesterday, he said yes rudely. I asked if I could speak with him along with my uncle on speaker phone to just explain to see if they can fix, he refused. He kept saying he couldnt give me a price. I never asked for one. I simply wanted to talk. There was 1 other customer, 1 mechanic, very slow. I do not want to pay tow fees if they were not confident in fixing it. I do not just drop my car off anywhere to shops I dont know or trust. He refused my service, walked away from me so rudely while I was asking him a question. Im not suprised though.

Mr. J and his crew were awesome. Fixed my car with no problem and at a great price. Definitely come here for all your repairs.

I had someone at another repair shop ruin my transmission. I brought my car (barely) running to Complete Auto Repair and they were able to put in a new transmission for a VERY reasonable price $2,400. I will return w my feature car repairs!!!

I called around for prices to replace my sway bar bushings and links. Everyone else I spoke to wasn’t as helpful over the phone as James and couldn’t get me in for the work until the next day (which doesn’t work for me since I have class and work and I’ve already missed a lot from these repairs needing to be done). It was raining hard, but they got me in same day and with a fair price. I usually try to do work on my car, but sometimes I throw in the towel which led me here. I’ll be back for other repairs in the future when I get stuck for sure.

James and Kirk are very Nice and thay did a good job on my truck and I will go back again I give them a five star good work guys 😀

Best place to get service they know there business

After taking out a pay day loan to get my brakes serviced and getting the expensive ones that they suggested they are denying their work. Ive had these pads on for about 4 months they say theirs no warranty and they will not even service or look at the brakes. Thieves
