I highly recommend Metro Mazda Mesquite service department. I cannot speak of sales, financing, etc because I did not purchase the vehicle there. I had mechanical issues and dropped it off with them. From drop off, communication, updates, pricing, to pick up; Joshua Spears kept me well informed through the process. It is hard to find a good mechanic shop anywhere so when I did here I want to share the positive experience.

Yes, my husband would have changed the bulbs on my vehicle. But, I love the fact that the service personnel updates me on the service being done on my Mazda. Plus, they provide cold, cold bottled water and a coffee machine that offers lattes, hot chocolate and hot water for the many types of tea that is offered. There is a glassed-in playroom with a TV for the kiddoes. Furniture is social-distanced and a TV and magazines are provided in the waiting area. Overall, great experience.

Bought some injector seals for my Mazda 3. Quiet expensive but I needed them. Only needed 3 seals. Had to buy the whole set. So far best Mazda parts place to go for me and closest.

The salesman Jeffery did an awesome job with answering all the questions I had. He took his time to explain things I did not understand. Brandon in finance did a great job as well. They both made the experience fun and interesting. I told them what i wanted and the did what they can to give it to or forme in their power. I got everything I wanted in the Mazda CX-5. I will refer people to this dealership. They have you smiling when you leave.
