Went in to get a car inspection and was immediately taken care of while getting to chat with the front desk lady. My inspection was finished quickly and I was heading home within 5 minutes of pulling up.

Been going here for inspections since 2001. He has also worked on a few cars of mine. Honest group of people here!

The family business here is both honest and personable. I have been taking my van here for 10+ years and she has ran better than any car I have ever had. It is because of the care and attention they give here at a reasonable price.

My Mom discovered this place last century and was a stone-cold fan. Both her Infinitis were well cared for here. I rediscovered them a couple of weeks ago and I am as pleased as punch to return. Natasha is so helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable that her questions and suggestions are welcome. They repaired my Nissan truck with the parts I supplied (not a necessity) and when I added more work (since they already had it), they were very accommodating and efficient. I WILL be taking my Ford truck there next!

This is a great place for car repair, they came in under their quote! First time thats ever happened to me thats for sure. Speedy service and friendly people too, they replaced my fuel pump and speedometer in less than a day.

I have been to GJ Auto Repair twice and I will be happy to take my Truck back for repairs, they were nice, they are fair, they do a good job, and Natasha at the front desk is a sweetheart .... She was born to be a customer service rep .... Adam knows what hes doing, and he is very helpful, has no problem answering questions, and he in fact was the ONLY mechanic who diagnosed my popping noise problem correctly (3 other shops did NOT find the problem although as soon as he told me I went aha of course, the BUSHINGS yet other mechanics could not figure this out !!!!).... He was also very busy and I asked him to take a quick look at my brakes just to let me know how soon I might need brakes and he went right out and did it, came back and gave me an honest answer .... They did a very good job on my Truck and they are nice people .... I recommend them and i will take my Truck there again and know the job will get done right and honestly ..... and of course Natasha is just so darn cute !!!! lol ..... Seriously, shes good at her job and frankly knows a LOT about Automotive Repairs and Parts .... In my opinion, 5 stars easy ....

GJ Automotive is my Goto for all of my car repairs. They are so kind, helpful and informative and willing to answer any questions that I may have. They are reasonably priced, and honest and they have a quick turnaround on repairs! They are the only ones I let touch my cars. Finding a mechanic that you trust is so hard and I’m so happy that I found them!

I have used G Js for a few years now to repair multiple vehicles and their service has always been excellent. They do not try to sell you what you dont need and their work is well done. They also work quickly. I highly recommend them as honest mechanics are hard to find these days.

I have been coming to GJs for a couple of years now. Before coming here I had been going to the same mechanic for over a decade, GJs has become my regular mechanic. The staff at GJs is professional, courteous and they get their jobs done well and in a timely manner.I had some work done the other day and they told me I needed all new tires, this I knew but Im irresponsible. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and Natasha offered to watch her for me so I didnt have to deal with 3 year old problems while standing in the cold waiting for 4 tires to be replaced. If thats not going above and beyond, I really cant tell you what is. Its not just a business, its a family business, and you just cant get much better than that.

Go there for anything I cant handle myself. Knowledgeable and reliable. Always courteous and take the time to explain issues or tell you how to save money. I even had my mother visit the shop for some issues with her car...

I was told that they give free estimates. Then, they charged me $45 for the estimate. (?). WOW.They dont even answer the phone or call back, Can I give negative stars? MINUS 45 would be appropriate.***********************************Thank you for your reply.Here is what should have happened:Question: Do you give free estimates?Answer: No, there is a $45 service fee that will be deducted from the total if you decide to use our services.That information was not given to me, I was told that you give free estimates. Surprise charge!Of course I didn’t read the signs; you are there to answer questions. The sings are read when the business is Closed.As far as signing anything, I felt pressure to sign the invoice. Ask the lady at the desk with the little boy; she knows. I signed to avoid confrontation.

I have been doing business with G Js for many years and have found them to always be honest and they stand behind their work 100%. They expedite their work as not to tie your car up in the shop for no longer than is necessary. Quality work at fair prices. Cant say enough they are like family to me and mine....👍👍

They are horrible. They took over $900 from me and my truck still didnt get fixed. And they will not even fix the problem. They lied to me about coming to fix it. They lie about their work. They do not care about their customers. Very bad customer service. Very disappointed!!!!!!!

Im a single mom and in the past have paid for deceptive auto work ie. paid for a new transmission in a Jeep with a stick shift (manual drive). But the owner of this place has changed my attitude towards mechanics! Him and his crew has been very upfront and honest with me. I will only take my cars to him!

Have an older car,1990 supra, had a progressive noise issue in the engine (so it could be a lot of things), another shop in the area that I took it to should have found the problem immediately but had lied about work done. GJ Auto took off Water pump belt and noise quit(Water pump), Fair pricing, quick turn around, will use them again.
