I only give this guys a 2 star because of the price they charged me. I took my diesel truck to get an oil change and i even brought my own oil filter and they charged me 115.$ for my oil change. The bad part is that they did not ask me what type of oil i wanted and what the cost was going to be untill i was ready to pay.I normaly take my truck to the kwick kar lube & tune that is on the corner of Cartwright and Belt Line and i usually pay 65$ including an oil filter and Rotella T5 oil. So i asked the girl on the front desk why where they charging me almos twice as much and the only thing that they could tell me is that they are independently owned and they set their own prices. So if you have the extra money to spend go for it but if you want to pay half of what they charge and get a great service drive a few more minutes to the kwik kar on Belt Line and Cartwright.

Stopped by for a oil change and the noticed my brakes were low! Was in and out in 45 minutes!! Best customer service around! Will definitely be going back!!👍

I came here for a simple oil change on my Lexus and they completely messed everything up! They took over 2 hours to change my oil and the Manager Mike kept avoiding me. He said it would only take 30 min. I will never use this place because not only did they take 2 hours they tightened some bolt so tight that it caused an oil leak. If you want to waste time, money and mess up your car come here and see Mike!

They charged me over double the retail cost for exact part I bought and exaggerated labor by far. Im a hack under the good and I changed out some parts in less than half they time they charged me for. I dont mind paying for honest work and parts price but this is crazy. he laughed when I pointed out the parts price. Run from these guys, not to be trusted.

Brought my car here for a state inspection and was completed quickly and not expensive. They did not try to upswell me things I didn’t need and was a good customer experience.

PROVIDED FAULTY WORK AND DID NOT WORK TO CORRECT IN A ETHICAL MANNER. We has work done and assumed it was done correctly and left out of state. Once we arrived at our destination with leaking oil and no measurable oil in the vehicle. Contacted them and requested instructions since we was out of town, to be instructed to have another shop review to see if it was a simple fix or a different issue. Oil was to even take to the other shop. Other shop discovered it was leaking at the spot of the repair. We provided quotes and photos per their request to them. After several calls to Kwik Kar I was told to bring the car back to their location for repair. Informed them again that we was 4 hours away, obviously driving the car loosing oil to the point of empty could damage the motor and ask if they would pay for tow to which manager replied he could not authorize but would ask owner. It seems that Kwik Kar would rather damage an engine or put a senior citizen in danger than owning up to its mistakes. Had to have car repaired out of state to insure safe driving for myself and car. They are refusing to hold up to repairs.

Amazing people work here! They meet you like they have been waiting for you since morning. The facility looks very clean, mechanics also look very clean that made me think they are professionals. Very friendly too. The waiting area is very quiet, comfortable, clean. They have coffee here. Sweet! The service was fast and required repair was done. The car was returned to us clean. Price is very competitive. Thank you and I am your devoted customer now.

Did an alignment because I had my tires all changed. I didn’t have any problems before I got to Kwik Kar and after waiting for 5 hours, yes 5 hours my cars alignment was off and it was rearing to the right. I called them and they told me to bring it early morning the next day and when I did bring it at 8am he said it would take 2 and a half hours because there are others in front of me. I left the car there and took an uber home. I called after 2 hours and they still didn’t complete it and did not know where my keys were. I took another uber to Kwik Kar and brought my spare keys and they said it will take 45 min. I waited an hour at the shop not wanting to take another uber home and then after an hour of waiting they said it would take another 45 min. I am writing this while I am in their lobby. So to summarize messed up alignment, a waste of about 10 hours, a lost set of keys and uber costs. I will never use this place ever again and I hope no one else does too.

Unfortunately the young man tried to tell my husband he needed a $200 brake job before he would inspect his Genesis. My husband is no dummy. He knows cars.Took it to our regular garage and it passed with no problem at all.Either he was just ignorant about when brakes need to be changed or he was trying to scam him. Either way, he is not a good representative of your business.

Absolutley horible service!!! Do NOT go here.They take advantage of women and are pulling multiple scams in fact! The manager mike was the most unprofessional person, Ive ever had to come accross. went here for a tune up. some spark plugs. and to get a new starter ended up paying 700$. they spent hours putting it in. once they were done my car didnt start. we then got my car evaluated by another mechanic and he told us they never changed the starter to begin with!!!!!!!!!! wasted time and money. we then went back tO manager mike and got it Done for free AS. WE . SHOULD! and even then it took them 6 whole hours!!!!! with us sitting outside the whole time. not even an offer of food nor drink. terrible shop. and workers. Do not go here and waste your time. I even left them a timeless voicemail theyll never forget. Never step foot in this place. In fact, I reccomend going to afforable kar kare. as they fixed everything for me. mike even had the nerve to try to charge me 1k for something about a spinwheel that wasnt even needed. If youre black. a women. or just looking for basic repairs never come here!Edit: They said Ive never been there I went there in August!! Should I show my receipt and videos I took at your horrible establishment actually I will. 🥰🥰Stay on the lookout ppls. I needed an oil change and decided to stop by at this location. I got at the shop 30 minutes before they closed already thinking it maybe too late for them to take my car but Mike the manager reassured me they could take care of my car and that they still had plenty of time. He was very welcoming and professional. From beginning to end Mike, Will and the rest of the staff were very polite and honest. The service was fast as well I was out within 20/25 minutes. Definitely will be coming to this location from now on and recommend it to anyone.

I known Mike, for 2 years already and I been coming to this location many times and always have Mike, the manager help me out of what’s wrong with my vehicle. Last week, I bought a faulty fuel pump from online and got it installed and it was making noise so I called back and talked to Mike, and have him order the OEM fuel pump to solve the problem. Today, I went back to have the fuel pump replaced and the noise went away. Thank you Mike, I really appreciate it and you always gave me some very good deals on the coupons to help me save money.

Boy o boy where do I start?? I have been given the run around on my car for months now, brought it in for Mike to see and what do I say? It’s like magic, he took the car for a spin around the block and did a few other things and he knew what the problem was. Shops all around the area quoting over $2000 to fix and not even sure what it was!! While Mike got me right, he fixed the right thing for a right price, now my car is driving excellent, I will recommend a lot of my family members and friends to Mike (The ones that don’t already come here)

Polite service, but what would have been a $50 oil change at Walmart ended up being a $90 oil change here. They asked to replace my air filter, which is good that they asked first, but from what I can tell by looking at there.srvice fees it would have been another $25 added on just to replace an air filter.

Place cleaner than most!!! Felt like I was taken advantage of. I had a $5.00 coupon and I didn’t buy their high price filters and I was charged a $5.00 skid plate fee. I’ve never been charged that not here and not anywhere else. Not sure I’ll be back. 9/3/2019 **Update** 9/4/2019 Mike the Mgr/owner called me this morning and was very apologetic and wanted to refund the $5.00 fee I was charged and give me 2 free car washes. Very nice but I’m already a member of a car wash. He then offered to refund my entire oil change or give me a free oil change for my next oil change. Very nice and I’m happy they are concerned and want their customers to be happy.

Ive always had great service here. Its rare to find a mechanic thats HONEST and does a good job.

The first time I went to this business there was no problem. I told them the oil I used, they changed the oil, charged me for it, no problem. The second time I went I didnt tell them the type oil I used since I had already been there before, I assumed they would look it up. When I got my bill they had put in synthetic oil, and charged me $ 20 extra. I thought it was wrong and a ripoff. Your can decide if you think it was right or wrong yourself. I will not be going back.

I have been comimg to this location for over 7 years. Brought my brothers and dad to this location. We all used to love it, the employees were great and friendly. But for some reason not one of the previous employees are there anymore and it is not the same now. If I knew where they all went to I would follow them.

Stopped in today for an oil change. First time here. They were very busy and I expected a long wait. But, they told me it would only take about 20 minutes. It took just a little longer than that. The woman that worked the cash register (and had several other duties) was so nice. The people in the garage were friendly. I am very impressed with this place and will definitely return. The $3.00 car wash was awesome.

I came here to use the car wash however it was not accepting credit cards and would only take cash. Ive used them for other services in the past but they were very expensive.

I stopped by chance for air in my tires and fluids topped off. I was shown a serious hazard in an oil leak.I have never had better service at a more reasonable price and I was loaned a brand new Toyota car for the day!This is an excellent place for all car care services!!

I called on a Sunday (9/29) about replacing my radiator, which had a crack in it and had been causing problems for quite some time. It was nice that they were open because its really hard to leave my van during the week. I also asked to have my battery checked because I noticed a few times it was acting like it wasnt going to start.I dont remember the name of the manager who was working, but I would like to know. He was AWESOME! I dropped my car off a little after 12:00. He called me to let me know that my battery was low and one cell was dead and offered to replace it. By 4:00, my car was ready with a new radiator with fresh coolant and a new battery.BUT not only that.. I had asked him to look at my drivers side mirror, which was loose & wonky, and I thought maybe it had a broken spring or something. He called me to let me know that he couldnt fix it without buying a new one, but he offered to put a screw through it and rig it so it wouldnt move around. I said yes, and its great!! You wouldnt even know its broken! Its nice & secure, and you cant even tell theres anything wrong with it!But not only that, he also noticed that the panel underneath the steering wheel was loose and hanging, so he also secured that for me, and it looks great!For me, all of this was like getting a new car, lol. I so appreciate your time, thoughtfulness, and willingness to help me and help make my old dumpy van more comfortable & safe to drive! 🚗

Horrible service! When I want a quick oil change I look for place that have a sign that’s says 10 or 15 minute oil change. All I wanted was a quick oil change and I came here pulled right in, no cars in front of me and it took them over 40 minutes to complete my oil change!! DON’T GO HERE!

Great service and these guys really get the work done fast. Pep boys wanted to charge me $550 for a master cylinder replacement and Kwik Kar did it for $200.

This Kwik Kar is nothing short of amazing. Today I went to get a oil change and tire rotation and noticed afterwards my A/C wasn’t working (Nothing that they did). Jesus, a technician that has been working there for as long as I can remember, took the time to check it out for me to find it was just a simple blown fuse. Replaced it free of charge. Thank you to Jesus and the Team at Kwik Kar for the professionalism and care they took on my vehicle. I have used this location for oil changes since 2007. This location is now under new ownership...Product line has moved to Mobil1 and now is way over priced and now they try to up sale everything.Car wash is still good, hope that doesnt change too.
