I honestly have nothing but nice and positive things to say about this establishment. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. I was able to get my vehicle repaired and back to me the same day. Prices are honest and reasonable. I will definitely be back for any future repairs and refer them to my family and friends.

As always, Dustin was very helpful. I needed a power window switch replaced . He called me to let me know the problem, that part had to be ordered, and approximately how much the repair would cost. All of the employees, Richard, Dustin, and Cole are great. They listen and provide their expertise in solving the problem. I will always come back to them should I need repairs.

My car broke down on the way back from out of town on Memorial Day. I had AAA tow my car to one of their AAA Approved Repair Facilities. I got a call first thing in the Tuesday morning for Automotive Solutions stating they had my car and would take a look at it. Long story short, they diagnosed the issue (a faulty fuel relay) and had it repaired and I was able to pick up that same day! Dustin was amazing and kept me informed with everything going on with my vehicle and even followed up with me afterwards. I highly recommend this shop! The custom service was amazing and very reasonably priced.

My family members have been using Auto Solutions for a good while now, and this is my first time taking my truck after my brakes locking up after another mechanic failed to check them. I use Automotive Solutions to service my 2004 minivan. It is one of a very few auto service centers that is open on Saturday.They were recommended by AAA, and Ive found them to do excellent work. Recently it was my air conditioner. It has not cooled this well in years. What I thought was a door problem in the A/C was not. The unit was low on Freon due to a leak, which was repaired. The A/C has not been this cool in many years!

Automotive Solutions comes through again - quick turnaround - a $100 less than expected bill - they consistently use creativity and keep you informed on the solution they deliver. These guys are my car fix guys for pretty much anything that is wrong with my vehicles whether they have 350k miles or 5k miles on them.

My Altima recently had the starter die. I was able to get it towed via AAA at roughly 1PM, and they had it ready to go by 5PM. They also identified an exhaust leak and fixed that while they were working on it. This is the second car Ive taken there, and Ill continue to take my cars there if its something I cant fix myself.

This is the first mechanical issue Ive ever dealt with and really thought it was a goner. David found a new engine - and checked all he could on this car that had 180,000 and had died running hot (VERY HOT). He gave me his honest opinion and thought it could be saved. We did it and I will never go to anyone else again. He even told us to bring it back in 500 miles so he could check somethings. How many repair shops would do that? They place a major amount of focus on making sure you understand what’s wrong with your car, why it needs to be fixed, the exact costs. They don’t hide costs and I really appreciate the honesty I can expect here. I recommend to anyone I can in the area. It’s just a really good and honest shop which are hard to find nowadays.

These guys are awesome any time i go they always take care of me with grade A services so to the point I live in Fort Worth have for years and always take my cars to them. You want it done and done right these are the guys to go to. Prices are reasonable as well.

Dustin is an Angel, one of those who will exceed human expectation, he was kindly honest and upfront. He could have charged me over 300 to change an alternator because I have been told by several sources thats what my car needed, instead he run tests and finds nothing wrong, then he shares the information with me.Reliable, professional and honest business is what you will find at this place, highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend any business that don’t have cameras outside. The price for repair was overly high. About 1k over priced. And so I turned down service and got my truck towed home only to find out that a thief stole my battery, my tool box, my 3 ton jack, my range bag, and my sub woofer speakers. When I turned down service my truck was left outside of the shop unsecured and unlocked. The repair man (I mean thieves) only took tools and my can of Lysol. They vandalized my lights inside I guess to make it look like a break in.

I just want to give high praise to this shop. I had my car towed here to have them look at it. Depending on what they found wrong with it since it was an older car that I had already put a lot of money into, I wasnt sure if I would have it fixed. I expected I would be charged for them to look at it, as most auto shops do now a days. After finding the problem was too expensive to fix, I asked them what I owed and they said nothing, even said I could keep the car on their lot until I could arrange for a charitable organization to pick it up. Definitely will use the guys in the future!!!

Always a great customer experience. We have several cars and wouldnt take them anywhere else for service. Weve used them for years. Ive had dealers tell me I need this and that while they are doing a Free oil change only to have Automotive Solutions check my car out and assure me most of the dealer recommended services are not necessary at this time. And they were right. They could easily have taken advantage of me but didnt. I recommend them to my family and friends. All those Ive sent over have been happy with the service.

The best and most honest shop that I know of and I know of many of them. I work on cars myself and I am not just a shade tree mechanic. I have a personal shop with my own lift and more tools than than you could imagine. I do it as a hobby so I buy and sell lots of cars and fix all of my family, friends and people from Church cars for just the price of the parts. When I get overwhelmed and can keep or just need a front end alignment (that is one thing I cant do because I justify buying one of those machines just for the dozen or so I do a year) I only send people to Automotive Solutions. They only fix the actual problem and dont give you the line that most other places do well if this part is broken then this other one is about to break so you need to fix it too. If a shop tells you that RUN! They are just trying to get more money out of you.Bottom line is they are the best and fairest shop I have ever found! A+++++

If you are looking for a honest shop that wont take advantage of you do not take your vehicle here. My daughters car broke down on the highway so she had to call AAA. The tow truck driver told her of the nearest shop. I got the address of the shop headed up there on my lunch break told the guy in the office Im sure all it was is that she ran out of gas, so can you put gas in it before you do anything I was told yes after running tests on it they found out all they needed was to add gas and charge me $45 for half hour worth of service. Sincerely stay away.

I went to a jack leg mechanic once and he messed up my fuel pump, that joker charged me twice as much as AutoSolutions did. They are honest, experienced and very friendly. I will always take my cars here.

This was the most incompetent inexperience i have every had at a repair shop. My car was near undrivable due to the rotors on the front being warped. I took it in and left it with them to assess the condition and replace the rotors. After their assessment they said nothing was wrong with the rotors are brakes. Any sane person could have driven the car and notice the violent shaking of the steering wheel when applying the brakes. I called and told them they did not check the rotors cause the violent shaking is still present. He said there was nothing wrong with the rotors and would not accept responsibility of nothing getting done or checked. You have a 50 50 chance of getting it done correctly. I do not recommend them.

Took them three days to do a diagnosis of the car didnt even diagnose the right thing she wasted a hundred bucks for nothing never ever will she ever go back to this shop again .i rented a car for three days for nothing, nothing was even done went to a better shop got what was needed done in under three hours . Never again will I ever go here.

Worst auto repair experience ever.I used to call Automotive Solutions my mechanic. For almost a whole year, I was constantly taking my car to this shop, getting repairs made. I always trusted them. Always did as they recommended, as to what repairs to make first, and what they considered to be normal. But in the end, they robbed me blind. My initial repair was for the A/C. They repaired it will no problem. They were quick. They were friendly. Charged me more than I had expected, but the A/C still works great to this day. Then we moved on to bigger repairs. They did a Tune up did a transmission fluid change.. This was where things turned ugly. My car ran GREAT before they did these two repairs.. Called me up saying, Hey, got your car all ready to go. Come to pick it up.. My engine was stuttering HARD and my transmission? Was also stuttering hard. Solution? A Fuel Pump. So. We replace the fuel pump. My engine was running better.. But not fixed. And the transmission hardly worked at all anymore.. So I have them replace the transmission. As usual, they give it back to me claiming that it is working perfectly.. I drive it down the street. That replacement transmission is kicking. Kicking real hard too. But according to the shop. They ALL do that when you first put them in. And it will get better after a few weeks. If not. They said theyd fix it. So.. I start driving the car daily again. Fill up the tank.. Its leaking gasoline.. Turns out that the shop put in a defective seal So we had that replaced. Next? My transmission is not only kicking. But leaking. Yet another defective seal and some more apologies from the shop. After all this, I took it somewhere else. Had the suspension and oil leaks fixed for not even half of the price that Automotive Solutions wanted for the work. And got it back in record time. (Versus my normal wait from Automotive Solutions.) Anyways, after all that was said and done. It had been a little over 2 months since they put in the kicking transmission. And when I come back to have them fix it? They refuse. Its normal they said. They have already added some additives to try and help it. (Which was news to me) And did I forget to mention that when they gave me the receipt for the transmission that they messed up the mileage all of a sudden and according to the receipt it was already out of warranty? Yeah.. Real honest and dependable. I wouldnt give this shop another dime of my money. Id rather pay the dealership then pay these guys. Ive moved over to Mikes Auto Shop in Balch Springs Texas. He does much better work for less than half of the price. And he is quicker too. Not to mention a genuinely honest mechanic. Take my advice. Dont make the same mistake I did. Dont use this shop for your auto repair needs. They will charge you more than double and have you coming back for more. Seriously.
