The new Reed store is beautiful and in another dealership row on I-35 frontage. The service advisor Zach was professional and knows his stuff so to speak. I highly recommend that you either see him or his counter part Frank. They handle business in a straight forward and honest way that is hard to find at some other places.

Never will take my vehicles to any other dealership for service. Frank Bailey is never anything less than outstanding as a service writer and Brenton is a unbelievable mechanic. Greg McCall has his shop hitting on all 8 cylinders.

Everybody I saw was respectful and considerate of everybody that was around them. The two people that I dealt with kept reinformed and let me know exactly what was going on and anything that was any issue or anything I need to look at in the future.
