This has been the worse experience ever. It’s not customer services friendly. First time there I walked in and nobody said a word to me. I stood there for at least a good 5 mins before anybody asked have I been help. They claimed to have not had any loner cars available but put a lady that was in front of me in one. They did my diagnostic on my car the same day it was dropped off, and I have yet to hear anything back. It’s going on 3 days now that I haven’t had my car. My warranty company stated they have been waiting on them to finalize everything but no one is responding to my calls or emails. I keep getting no one is available and someone will call you back and I’m still waiting. Poor communication with their paying customers. This has been very frustrating! And I’m still without a car .

Routine service, in and out quickly, great staff!!

Had an appointment on my day off. My brake lights all out. I was on time and they did nothing with my car all day. Wasted my entire day. Got my brake lights fixed at a local KC shop in under an hour and a half. Horrible experience will not go back.

I work at another BMW Dealership and had a flat tire on my way to Kansas City. I called Baron to help, and spoke to Joe in Service. He was great, to me and my fiancé who dropped my car off. I had a warranty on my tire, sent him the information on that and he took care of everything for me as quick as he could. I will absolutely send any of my BMW customers who live around Kansas City to see him for any Service issues!!

This dealership is great for service too. Prices are reasonable and there are discounts, which helps get you the best service for your BMW.

I went to do an oil change, the oil change people broke the part where the coolant stays and never said anything. Reason why I got my car back with absolutely no coolant, this Is such as a bad service. And I have to let it go because even though I told them about what happened they wont do anything or say they did it. Here I go and I have to be one to fix, how they couldnt say anything about something they did that could break my engine?Manager has to talk to repair or oil change service they need to speak up when do such thing. VERY BAD SERVICE, I wish I could give 0 star.
