This is the second time I have been here. Again I am very pleased and feel well taken care of. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole day via text, email and phone calls. There were no surprises and nothing was done without my approval. I loved the 54 point Safety and Reliability Report they did on my truck free of charge and the digital record kept on my truck. Their system is awesome as are they. A+HIGHLY recommend them!!!

This shop is one of a kind. I had a huge issue with my car caused by a dealer, and they were kind and very patient with me as I had tons of questions. They found the issue quickly (thermostat failure), but I ended up taking it to the manufacturers dealer, since I wanted another dealerships opinion. I will definitely use this shop for future inspections and repairs. They even take pictures of everything they inspect which is super cool. Juan was very professional, calm and was glad to answer all of my crazy questions. Highly recommended this shop if you want honesty with a good price!

They will always notify you of repairs that are recommended. They visually show you what needs repaired and what it should look like. They don’t do work without authorization first. I’ve been taking my truck here for the past few years and have not had a bad experience.

I was taken by the business name but found that a name does not truly represent the nature of this particular business. Its more like done without any time to spare. They told me they would pick up my inoperable vehicle then forgot to arrange the tow. It took them days to inspect the vehicle and then weeks to fix the main request I had made. Trying to work in a budget they preceded to try and proceed in the most expensive and unnecessary manner replacing things that werent broke. Luckily for me they were using the excuse of inability to get one particular part when it tipped me off they were trying to replace two parts that were not necessary. More work was needed on the vehicle but because it was taking up to three weeks to fix my initial need I had no choice but to opt out of them doing anymore work because of their very slow service. I have had no trouble after picking up the truck after the one repair they made but I did find skid plates in the back of my vehicle that were not reinstalled. When I questioned this they had an excuse but of course none of the issue was communicated with me at anytime and the only response was it would cost hundreds of dollars to put back parts on my vehicle that they had to take off to do the one repair. I will never have them work on any vehicle ever again and recommend you source out other options for your vehicle repairs. In a nutshell it is my belief they try to get every dollar possible at their own pace and will make unnecessary repairs to increase the cost without communicating truthfully. Leaving you disappointed!!!!!

Itemized expenses explained in order of importance prior to work being done was very helpful, also having information on available financing made the whole process very easy.Our car broke down on the Johnson drive off ramp and they were able to get our car towed and diagnosed in the same day. Work was completed very quickly and we were back and up running in a few days. Great service, very friendly staff and quality work over all. Thanks again. Highly recommend! They are very detailed and thorough with their inspection and give a detailed printout with pictures telling you which services need done ASAP and what can wait. They send regular text and email updates So you know what is being done and when. If Dave can’t do something (which is very rare) then he will find someone who can.

Great people, prices & work! I received a quote from another place almost triple the amount for brakes. They did a thorough inspection, sent me emails & texts and kept me updated on the progress. They even called a Uber for me to get from the shop to work and when my car was finished, delivered it to my job. Top Notch customer service! I stopped by to get an estimate for a timing belt on my Toyota Sienna. I was told $1550. Seemed kinda high to me, since my research had indicated a range of $700 to $900. I found a good shop in the range I was willing to pay (low $800s). Just to be sure, I went to the Toyota dealer at 67th and I-35. They priced me at $860 with an online coupon for the exact same job, factory parts, everything. 80% above dealership price for routine service seems outrageous to me. When I went back to inform them of the difference, the only answer I got was, Were not the cheapest. I would expect a small independent garage to able to beat dealership prices on service. Ill never be back, even though they are close by. In response to the owners comments, I dont recall how detailed I got with the Toyota service writer, but as a former mechanic, I was careful about being sure about the scope of the work with the shop that I ended up hiring, and they did the works including water pump, fresh oil and coolant, new cam and crank seals, tensioners, etc. I know what the parts cost. Its a little over a half-day job if you know what youre doing, and makes good money for a garage at the price I ended up paying.

They were very helpful when my car started overheating. I called Monday morning and was able to drop off my car that day. They did a free inspection and had my car fixed by the next day. They even made me aware of other things that need to get fixed. Their way of communicating with me is very easy and convenient. Their prices were also great compared to other auto shops I’ve been to. I will definitely go back for additional services.

The only mechanic I trust! Never tries tonsell you service you dont need. Breaks down needed repairs so you know what is a safety issue and should be addressed right away and what can wait.We had a little lack of communication on this visit that was frustrating, but they were very apologetic. And we were understanding as it was an issue created by COVID so not a normal thing they had to deal with.

There is much to be said about Done With Care Auto Repair. They provide exceptional service in all aspects of the industry. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting David but the service advisor Bell and Heather were just wonderful. They did a great job explaining the repair work minus any pushy salesman gimmick. They were very accommodating with my requests as well as transportation during my wait period. The charges were very reasonable whereas the dealership would’ve easily charged me twice. Kudos to the mechanic for the timely service. Bottom line: Done with care auto repair has all the elements that provide a one of a kind experience: knowledgeable and quality staffing, no pushy salesman gimmicks, competitive and reasonable costs, great customer service and wonderful people, and turn around time to name a few. Excellent experience! From the moment I called, to picking up my car, very positive. This shop texted me the 52 point inspection, with photos and detailed notes, not just of items needing repair but of items in good condition. Incredibly slow service at drive thru always

A coworker referred Done with Care a little over a year ago and I have used them for every bit of maintenance on my SUV. They are always friendly and courteous when I call with questions or concerns. Most importantly they are extremely honest and prices are reasonable and affordable. My previous mechanic said I needed over a thousand dollars worth of work done. When I received a second look after my referral, I found it was not necessary and a much cheaper solution instead. I have and will continue to suggest Done with Care to everyone.

I was introduced to this auto shop by Amazon. I bought my tires from Amazon, who offer tire installation through their local partners. I was a little skeptical trying out an unknown shop, but the price was right. I am so very glad I went to this shop for my tire installation. Both the receptionist and auto tech that helped me are extraordinarily friendly and honest. Their genuine customer focused service has bought my business. They can count on me coming back.

I have used DWC on quite a few occasions now, and I have yet to have a bad experience here. They are friendly, patient, and they really do seem to care about your car, and whether you are satisfied with their work. Car repairs are not cheap, but their customer care makes their fees seem fair and reasonable. They take the time to point out other issues with your vehicle, with a degree of urgency level appointed to each one, with no hard sell. They offer specials to their customers on occasion, which I like.

Brought my car in to repair my a/c. The staff performed a full inspection and noted other items that needed repair and items that will need repair in the future but not right now. Their use of technology enhances the experience instead of being cumbersome. Eg. They take pictures of the issues so you can see what is wrong. Not sure how they compare to others on pricing. But the rest of the experience was enough for me.

I met Dave I believe it was 2010, I had a major oil leak and a guy that help me referred me to Daves shop (Done with Care) . I had just had a maintenance done by a Honda Dealer and the leak started right after. Dave looked at my car told me exactly what it was ( when they did the maintenance they didnt attach a piece back right which was causing the leak) he said he could fix it but it would be alot more money out of my pocket because of how the would have to tear the car down to do it. So I called the Honda dealer told them exactly what Dave said, the Honda dealer in turn towed my car from Daves shop back to the dealership, looked at my car and said the Dave was EXACTLY right on what he told me and they fixed my car for free. From that moment on Dave became MY BEST FRIEND Lol, as well as my MECHANIC FOR LIFE, I dont take my car anywhere else, unless I have to go to the Dealership for something specific. Dave is truly the BEST, hes fair, honest and his integrity SPEAKS VOLUMES!! Thanks Dave for all you do!!

David Roman is one of the kindest, honest, respectful mechanic/shop owner that Ive ever had the pleasure meeting. He took care of my vehicle while I was a single mother for about 7 years; and continues to do so.

Took my 2013 Lexus in for scheduled maintenance which saved me $200 compared to dealer cost. While there a total inspection of the car was done and a problem with a lower control arm was spotted. I knew the car had been acting strangely in some situations but never knew it was a problem that could have become serious. DWC did the repairs after I agreed to it. The price was right and the work was done in a timely manner. I have just taken another car to them to check for a possible transmission problem. I expect the same treatment as before. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a place to take our suv to get looked at before taking our annual family camping trip. We got a oil change which was pretty cheap and a complimentary 44 point inspection. We have been screwed by NTB ( Big O tires now) and other big business car places. We initially chose this place because we like supporting small businesses in our local area. Done with auto care is very knowledgeable about everything their doing and they kept us in the loop with everything they were doing and why. They went above and beyond with our needs and wants for the suv.

They keep my Ford Focus with over 200,000 miles safely on the road.

After taking one of my vehicles to them for tire installation, it was a no brainer to take my other vehicle to them for the same service. The staff is friendly and services are completed quickly.

I took my 2011 Prius with 140k miles for a checkup due to burning oil / brake noise, and they performed a free inspection and gave me a detailed answer on everything.We didnt end up having to do anything at this point but they have definitely earned my business.
