This is a great climate controlled storage unit. You dont have to worry about rodents or cold air in the winter months or hot air in the summer time. Its awesome just awesome...However, I would like to print a retraction about this unit and services! My items remained in this storage unit for 6 months! Once I arrived to remove all items out of the storage unit and arrived home. I noticed a lot of my items were missing!!! Clothes, boots, shoes, my flatscreen 55 inch TV, dishes, AT&T Internet router Box, bed linens, DVDs, & DVD Players 2 were missing, to be exact and furniture. I investigated the matter of missing items and discovered it was in fact AN INSIDE JOB OF EMPLOYEES TO WHOM REGULARLY BREAK INTO STORAGE UNITS; SELLING CUSTOMER ITEMS TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER ON THE STREETS!!! SO PEOPLE, PLEASE BEWARE!!! USE THIS FACILITY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I was a customer for almost 2 years. Last week my father passed away and I went to my storage to get his shadow box for the funeral, only to discover that my storage had been broke into, ransacked, and I had been robbed of over $5000 worth of household items, keepsakes, etc. I am a truck driver. I packed my entire life away to go on the road and improve my life. I was broke at the time and struggling to maintain bills, so I declined the insurance. That was my mistake, but not my only one. I thought that as long as I kept it locked up and behind a gated facility, my things would be safe. WRONG!!! As it turns out my storage was broken into and the tampered lock was noted on my account May 1, 2020, however I was NEVER notified personally. I also learned from another tenant that there were homeless people living in the storage unit a few months back. There was no notice of this either. Now I have to start all over again rebuilding my life from scratch, due to the negligence and lack of concern of this location. They didnt even try to compensate me for the storage fees paid when my unit was broke into. I will NEVER rent from them again and Id advise you not to either. They do not have cameras! They do not care about the security of your items. The employment turn over is high here, so nobody knows anything and nobody who was there in May is here now. I would even venture to say that an employee possibly stole my stuff since the amount of things taken would require someone to have a vehicle to load it up. You have to have a code to get in and out. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Staff is great but prices change too often for me. Left after 3 years and it was due to fluctuating price for same size of rv parking area. Cant talk about storage lockers except for the businesss, getting supplies out, blocking the way to park rv was s hassle at times.

I didn’t rent here but the young lady working there was friendly and got me in touch with the facility in Collierville. She offered to help me with an online rental which was nice.

I have over the years rented from many different places.But this place is so far the best in any way.Kathleen is a super service minded person who goes out of her way to help anyone.If you are looking for a great and safe place to store your belongings, then this is it.To me it is more important how the staff is, than what the prices and company name is.They have a great location, and great staff, prices are okay as well.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK KATHLEEN!Now i would like to respond to the fake review made by one person claiming that someone broke into her unit.It is impossible, your description of the whole event falls short and is false.I rent from this place, and if your lock is on the door and never been cut, there is no way they could have been in your unit.You said you found this out when you got home, well that means your lock was on the door and you cleaned out your unit.So that means no one could have been in it.

Very clean! Employee Kristi was most helpful and knowledgeable of the facility and prices. Very helpful with how much can be stored in the different size units. I highly recommend the friendly homely and secure atmosphere for the care of my belongings that I need to store. Felt like I was leaving my belongings with family.

Ms. Kathleen was AMAZING! She was very upfront and honest on the phone and in person! She was extremely friendly and professional and helped me find the unit that was best for me! Kathleen really needs a promotion. I have rented from the summer location and they are literally two different stores. Its night and day with customer service and standards of this facility vs that store. She goes above and beyond and makes you feel welcome! She knows her customers by name and I really hope someone with authority reads these reviews and really considers doing something for her. Shes the reason that I decided to rent another locker with this particular company and she really made my day by stopping by my locker and asking me if I needed a bottled water because of the heat. I was so thankful and it dawned on me how excellent of an employee she is. Thank you, Kathleen, just for being you!

So I have had to rent a handful of storage units in my lifetime. The line of work Im in requires it. This location in particular is the best by far that I have ever had the honor of renting from. Kathleen is not only friendly and professional, but shes a hard worker and extremely accommodating. She absolutely sold me. Wherever she goes, Im going too! Thank you, Ms. Kathleen if yall read these because you turned a stressful situation into a smooth one! They should promote you! She made sure to stay late because she knew I was coming even though my trailer has a blow out to rent me a locker! She went above and beyond and I cant thank her enough! I wouldve really been in a tight spot if it werent for that! You rock!

I did not know how good I had it until after moving to another state. The property manager at this location (I think her name is Kathleen but dont quote me lol) is so humble. She never even let me know how much she did for me. Now that Im at a completely different facility in Georgia, i can see that not only did she go above and beyond, she was also friendly and professional(completely opposite to the property management team out here)! just wanted to let yall know that I now recognize and appreciate everything. Sorry I took yall for granted!

Great Customer service this is the first storage facility where there is always someone in the office. I’ve rented in many different places.

I rented a 10 x 35 foot (uncovered) parking space for an RV here. Lindsey Sayre was very helpful and nice. She showed us the space, and efficiently completed our paperwork. No hassle. I got the first month for $1 (+ $22 admin. fee) and also paying $40 less per month than a similar spot at American Mini Storage a few miles away, so thats pretty exciting!

I was in here looking for a storage unit that would fit my furniture in my apartment. I was greeted by the property manager Kathleen. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, showed me around the property and the space. The unit I reserved wasnt big enough but she went above and beyond to find us another unit. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Didnt need the space anymore, but needed a place to store my stuff so stupidly I went back here, different account, different code, NOPE ACCESS DENIED! Guy behind me? NO PROBLEM!

All I can say is wow! I have never rented with a storage place before. I am moving to Memphis for a job and when I walked in I was greeted by Tiffany E. I was asking questions about what I needed to make it happen and she was very helpful with showing me the unit and the things I would need to move. I told her I would be back in the next couple weeks to make the move. She is great! I wont go anywhere else.

My experience was great working with Public Storage on Hwy. 64 in Bartlett. The property manager Kathleen was very friendly and did a great job meeting my storage needs. The facility is very clean too.

If you want rats in your items, then this is the right facility for you.Update 4-11-19So I left a quick review last time as I was frustrated when I open my storage unit to find that Ive been invaded by rats. They had eaten through several boxes and left a bunch of droppings on multiple pieces of our items, along with urine.Come to find out that facility was and had been aware of the problem PRIOR to me and my family storing our goods here. REALLY, I mean REALLY, you just let the problem exist so that more people can have their belongings get infested too. The managements answer to solving the problem on your unit will be to sprinkle rat poison around your unit. HAHA that is laughable, Im not an exterminator and it isnt my job to attempt to kill the rodents that are living in and near the facility.Another interesting thing is, I was supposed to get a credit because of the incident (STILL YET TO SEE THAT) but I sure did get a rate increase notification. This place is a joke, Ive stored my belongings at your facility and in less than 4 months you send me a rate increase of more than 15%.Bottom line is, this place DOES NOT CARE about the tenants or their belongings at all. Management has been aware of the rat problem for well over 5 months and is still yet to get a professional exterminator to come eradicate the problem. The rat traps that they have set up at the facility havent been serviced in several years.Obviously, if I was aware of this issue I would have never rented storage space from here. I only chose Public Storage as a faculty because when I lived in Reno, NV I had items in a unit for well over 2 years, no rats, and no rate increases.Normally its a dog eat dog world, but in the case of this facility and management, it must be a rat eat rat world as these people are pathetic.Adding new pictures so you can see the environment that they allow new people to move into.

I drove around today with a wonderful man named Nathan, he showed me the options I requested to look at and was extremely helpful in determining which size unit to rent based on how many items I had to store. I would recomend public storage to anyone who needs to store a small or large amount of extra belongings or even someone who just wants to keep that new you car somewhere very safe.
