Steady raising of unit price. How does the price jump from 42 a month to 79? Must be smoking that good shxt, 😅😅😅. They also dont check locks. Someone attempted to cut ours off. Reported it and didnt get any follow up. Look elsewhere.

The storage facility was very clean and Christine was so helpful and understanding. Even though we had concerns about location of the unit. She changed our location without a question asked. I would highly recommend this company for all your storage needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Webb and I must say, my experience was beyond pleasant. Ms. Webb went above and beyond to describe everything there is to know about the unit at their facility. She ensured me of the security and was very patient in explaining the process. She also answered all of my questions. Too often, we leave our belongings within a facility where things are far and between and we simply hope all is well when we go back, but this is the first time I felt my things will be monitored and in a safe place. I appreciate the professionalism during this transaction.

Ms.Webb was absolutely amazing. She gave me a courtesy call to setup an appointment to view my unit before I purchased it. Then when I arrive she showed me the unit and really explained about the protection plans and which one I should get, how much they would be, and that they were a full protection for my storage. This is my first time renting storage or anything in this nature for that matter and I could’ve ask for an more delightful person to guide me through the process. It was just quick easy thorough in inform that I knew exactly what was going on and no surprise fees or nothing. If you are considering getting storage, seriously this is the place to go.

This beautiful young lady catered to any questions or concerns that may have been on my mind. The facility is nice and clean, which shocked me to be honest.
