I had the best experience at the Poplar&Tillman location. It was my first time ever renting storage space and Heather took great care of me. It was by far the easiest and nicest customer service experience I’ve had in a while!

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to unit. Clean grounds. Perfect size to store my stuff. Nice website to see account and easy pay options. Would recommend this location if you need a place to store temporary or long term.

Extra Space was just what we needed to facilitate our move. The price was reasonable, especially after factoring in the move-in special which made the second month rent-free. The facility on Poplar Ave. was new and clean. The unit was climate controlled and the elevators and push carts made moving stuff in and out a breeze. The building had a loading bay that could accommodate normal vehicles as well as large trucks such as a U-Haul. The gate and cameras gave a sense of security and the individual keycode we selected made sure that we had easy access to our stuff when we needed it. I would definitely recommend their service.

The check in process was so easy. The unit itself is clean and easy to access. Plus Heather was so nice, knowledgeable and super helpful.

Bryan and Heather were both very helpful. Units are clean and well-lit. We have used this facility in the past and chose to use it again while we need extra space

My experience with extra space storage was a breeze! I called to talk about prices and they made a reservation for the unit before I got there. After making sure the space would be big enough we went ahead and filled out the paperwork and I was on my way. All in all it took less than an hour from start to finish, and Brian at the front desk was so kind and helpful! Definitely 10/10 recommend extra space.

I was able to apply online and get a unit the same day. ExtraSpace offers insurance on your items that is fairly cheap, which helps a lot with peace of mind when storing items. Definitely a great choice in my opinion!

Both managers like to talk on their cell phones every time I come, even when helping customers! They took six days to shut down my unit. Used them for extended time in SC and got great service. Stored here over a year again in TN. But here I didn’t get a call back to a message trying to notify them I was moving out and now they won’t prorate my bill and can’t get a refund.

Brian knew my Moma years before I knew him. I never knew the depths of their acquaintance until 11/7/20. See, my Moma is elderly now and declined to a wheelchair. She became a customer in 2006. Anyways, on a bright, sunny Saturday morning I went to the storage and taken Moma with me and she thought she saw Brian standing behind the counter, through the window. AND OH BOY!! lol!!! She says, Thats Mr. Brian!! I want to talk to him!! I say, call him Moma. So, she did and he came out to greet her and they started talking. During their exchanges of greetings, Brian mentioned a memory they shared. He said, I remember when I would come across the street to meet U, Mrs. Marshall, while U where riding the bus in your wheelchair to help U across the street. She said, Yes!! U sho did. I remember.THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING FOR ME!!! THAT MADE THIS PERSONAL!!To the Corporate Executives--- Brian is TOP SHELF!!! His personal care for my Moma when I wasnt around renders me speechless. Thats more than just customer service. I am my Momas only son and if Brian can help my Moma across the street, in her wheelchair, to do business with her, HE IS MY BROTHER.I know this is a bit long but, its not long enough. I COULD SAY A LOT MORE but, Brian is a 5 star guy

Very clean! The Manager Brian is top notch and always willing to help and go the extra mile! He helped me pack up a few things the other day as well as carried a couple of heavy boxes to my car! I was in a bit of a predicament near the end of my college semester with moving out of my house. So when I was searching for an easy location to transport and store my furniture, I immediately came to this store and I am rather happy that I did. The staff is wonderful and quickly helped me find exactly what I needed for a reasonable price and even understood my situation and we worked around that. I couldnt be happier with the location, the store, and the employees!

Very helpful staff! They were about 6 mins from closing and yet they took the time to rent me a nice clean unit! The property is clean and secure. You can enter the property from 6am until 10 pm. Its a little pricey, but well worth it in the security and cleanliness.Its in a good location as well. I will definitely use the friendly business in the future as well.
