Great customer service from Matt and the sweet & friendly new lady. I priced storage units all over Memphis and this location was about $50 cheaper then anyone. The units are clean and plenty of size options. Protected with security gate and cameras. So glad I chose this location.

I was not pleased of the size the storage was. I was expecting a room size from the measurements the representative quoted. He did not let us see the storage before we rented it. He reassured us that we will be pleased with the size. But unfortunately after we rented the space. The storage was a closet size not a room size. I am not satisfied with customer service nor his input on what he knows about his job...I am more please with public storage than cube smart at least the employee knows how to treat their customers an have the experience to know their storage space measurements not assume the size....

We have just started to work with CubeSmart. I have rented with several other storage companies in the past and based on the initial interactions with the local staff and company, this is by far the best experience that we have ever had.

Very clean facility. Wonderful access hours. The staff is amazing. I forget the young man’s name who helped me. I was in a bind and couldn’t think straight, but he was so kind with a great sense of humor. I just told what I needed and what my budget was and he handle everything else. I ended up getting another unit because I really didn’t plan my move well and once again he came to the rescue.

Sherlonda was most professional. From beginning to end the entire process from smooth and painless. She was kind knowledgeable and guided me through to make sure I got the right unit. Would recommend to anyone!

Place looks nice, but its a joke. Poorly managed and run, things are run-down and broken, staff is unhelpful, only two carts for the entire facility. Steer clear of this one.

Gerald had great customer service, was very friendly and helpful! He did a great job helping us get set with our cube and choosing additional packing products we needed! I highly recommend CubeSmart for all of your storage and extra space needs. The 5x5 is also great for an extra seasonal clothes closet and since its temperature control no need to worry about your delicate fabrics. Go see Gerald!

Went to three other places that charge between 50-100 more for non climate controlled storage rooms! We’re getting a climate controlled 10x30 for $100 less than competitors. Gerald and Chandre gave my family a great deal, great discount, and it was fun :) more thankful for the savings than they know!! Sending everyone I know to them!!
