This is a great place to rent a storage unit. Joe has been amazing. My baby was in and out of the hospital so my fiance and I lost our jobs, and Joe really helped us. He worked with us through these hard times, and continues to do so while we are getting back on our feet. Thank you Joe !!

Do not recommend this company. They are only in it for the money. They do not provide good working or living conditions. Once the VP left the company it went downhill fast, I wish it wasnt so...we had planned to retire from this company

My storage unit is in another state but Joe took the time to help me get online for my payments when I was unable. I happily found Joe thinking I was calling Corporate. He should be in the corporate office . Joe went above and beyond to help me this involved more than 3 calls back and forth. BUT HE GOT IT DONE!!!! 1 year and a half later. I found the best employee there.

Good people manage this place and take care of any issues u have. Just dont be late on your payment. They make sure they take care of you but equally make sure they take care of the company. Which is fine. As long as everyone does what theyre supposed to.. then everyone is happy :)

This place is not safe for your storage. Especially if youre not monitoring your stored items. They are cutting off locks and applying theirs to make you think your storage was unsecured and theyre taking items. Key Storage not to be TRUSTED with your Stored items.

Very nice and helpful staff, havent been there long but everything is very good, only thing is that I wished they had 24hr access service, cause is you forgot or needed to access your unit youre have to wait till the next day, which I knew this when I got it, cause they explain everything very well, but other than, I have no complaints good place to store your things, I highly recommend them

Ive had a horrible experience with this storage company. The staff is utterly rude and disrespectful. It appears that the concept of customer service is totally foreign to them. Whenever I would call to inquire about my account, I would get a different answer each time, depending on who answered the phone. I will never again use this storage service and nor will I recommend anyone to use it either.

They have four dumpsters that they don’t want you to toss whatever in there. Very anal about it. They’ll charge you extra for dumping boxes.
