I just wanted to make good on a promise. I recently inquired about a storage at AC and had one of the best customer service experiences that Ive had in a while. The storage manager, Vincent, was absolutely informative, He was professional, kind and very persuasive, I might add. Vincent is THE BEST made it super fast and easy for me to get my storage unit. I went in not knowing which size I would need he suggested a 10x28 and IT WAS PERFECT! He knows his job. Also he was so easy and nice to talk to.

Someone broke in to my storge space afterthe upper management accused my wife of living in it I give this place a no star rating all my tools are gone all my wifes jewelry and a couple of my favorite things bbn are missing my unit is rock and Im left to clean up

I booked an appointment with Toya to store my vehicle. She gave me the wrong information regarding fees. She tried to charge me extra when I came in to make the booking, then offered half-off my second month to make up for her mistake. When I came to drop off my car, she was gone, and there was no one on site to help me complete the registration process. I waited for over an hour for her to return, and she didnt show up. I was stood up and given the wrong information, and ended up having to find another storage place at the last minute. This place is horribly understaffed. I also noticed the electronic gate is old and when someone puts their code in, it stays ajar so long that anyone can drive/come in without entering a passcode. Store here at your own risk.

I love this particular facility because the customer service is above average Deetra Tate is the epitome of a person that represents the company she works for. If all companies had a clone of Deetra Tate there would be no complaints from customers at all. The facility is very clean, the colors are warm, welcoming and inviting and to be greeted with a smile made my day!
