Michelle Lipscomb went above and beyond to ensure my family was taken care of. She was always quick to respond, professional and adapted our move to the specifics of our situation. So glad we were able to work with her!

The move coordinator was responsive and courteous; however, I was given a very short amount of time to coordinate my move ( approximately a couple of days to move to a new city). Otherwise, as I was told, I would have to wait an additional month or two before receiving my items since it was the week before Thanksgiving. The movers were courteous and timely; however, several items were broken and lost--all of which I received compensation for-- with the exception of a limited edition numbered print that was given to me by my parents almost 10 years ago. Its survived several moves, and mysteriously was misplaced and never located. The art is valued at $1200+. The movers did not provide the appropriate paperwork that would have prevented this situation and claims refused to compensate me for my loss after presenting them with documentation.I would advise anyone using Armstrong or their move partner United Van Lines to do the following:1. Dont move anything of value with them.2. Dont sign ANY paperwork until you have completely unpacked the house.3. Make sure you have whats called a BINGO sheet ( its a detailed list of everything they move. Its not the inventory sheet, its a separate sheet. I was not made aware of its existence until after I notified Armstrong that I was missing items and the unpackers told me themselves that I should have received this sheet.

This is my fifth company relocation and our third time working with Teresa Williams, National Account Manager. Moving is hard, especially when you relocate every few years, but Teresa and her team from Armstrong made it a lot easier! The communication and customer service we received left us with ease every step of the way.We would like take this opportunity to acknowledge our driver, Tyrone. A truck driver’s life is hard. Being alone on the road all the time, away from family, with long hours can be tough. However, we felt confident and secure that our items would make the East - West Coast journey safely with our driver. So thank you, Tyrone, for being professional, friendly and caring for our personal belongs. We appreciate you.Overall, Armstrong Relocation has been the best relocation company and we highly recommend them. The company is fortunate to have two wonderful and dedicated employees Account Manager, Teresa Williams and National Driver, Tyrone. Thanks again and we can only hope to interact with those two employees on our next future move.

I have never moved cross country before. I was very nervous about how my one of a kind 1800’s antique furniture would fare. Christi was an excellent coordinator and kept me informed every step of the way! All of the people who came in to get me ready to move were top notch at what they did. Nathan Everman and his crew loaded the truck and drove everything to Florida. Nathan and his team were professional, kind, careful and extremely trustworthy! Nathan told me, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you”! Truly truly outstanding experience - nothing broken, dented or scratched! I highly recommend this team of individuals! I was not asked to write this - I volunteered to do so.

The entire team that helped with our move was fantastic. Great communication through all steps of the process made the move much easier. The crews at both the new house and the old house were very respectful of our property and were great to work with.

Great experience. The staffs are both friendly and professional. They helped me pack some of the furniture of irregular shapes, like a lamp. They also have considerable cushions and protections if you need move a mattress. Delivery is on time, regardless of the severe weather. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT USE this company unless you have a lot of extra money to replace stolen/damaged items. I used Armstrong Relocation - Memphis to relocate from Omaha, NE to South Florida in July and never write bad reviews. HOWEVER, their poor customer service makes me want to warn others because they have cost me so much time and money. I wasted SO MUCH TIME filling out claim forms and shopping for items they never delivered. They never delivered at least 4 boxes of kitchen items (pots/pans, glass dishes, wine/beer glasses, a BRAND NEW Ninja appliance that was still in box). After going through a month long claims process they would not reimburse for any of these lost items because I had signed some obscure form when they delivered everything, even though the delivery guy ASSURED me that signing it would not mean I received everything or disqualify me from filing a claim for missing/damaged items. He said I would still have 90 days to file a claim if I realized anything was missing. The delivery guys were super nice and even noted how awful many of my boxes were and said they had repacked several of the boxes because they didnt want to deliver them in such bad condition. One of the Tupperware tubs I had some dishes in though was completely empty and they noted that as well (weird it was empty...). I am beyond frustrated and disappointed- and out about $1,200 worth of personal items that someone affiliated with Armstrong is now enjoying. DO NOT USE them. I only used them because my employer recommended them. Big mistake. Not only am I missing things but many boxes and items were damaged due to really poor packing. All 3 of my garment boxes were completely crushed, leaving my business dresses and suits so wrinkled and dirty from boxes breaking I had to get everything dry cleaned (which I did not even include in my $1,200 claim for damages). See pics below. Despite my claim and patience with their process they insulted me with a measly check for $100 - like that is going to make everything theyve cost me okay...Do yourself a favor and go with any other moving company.

I am not sure where to start, plan was to pack on Monday (Oct. 16th)...load truck on Tuesday. Monday Mike(the driver) and two men arrived and started to pack about 8am, by the time they left at 4:30ish not even half the house was packed. Tuesday morning got a call from Mike saying truck broke down and he would be there as soon as he could, in the mean time the other two men continued to pack. By 2pm Mike called saying truck would be fixed by morning and he would be there first thing in morning to start to load. I had already scheduled electric to be turned off on midnight Tuesday and had to still shampoo the carpets on 2nd floor. Mike instructed the other two men to get everything down from second floor so I could clean carpets while I still had electricity. By the end of the second day there was still quite a bit of stuff to pack. It was Wednesday at 7:30pm when everything was packed and loaded on truck!!! (Which still was not running properly). Once we located a house to rent, I called to arrange delivery on Nov 2nd. I was informed that our belongings were still in Florida and the truck had not been fixed yet. We were staying in a motel during this time so every day was costing us money. Jessica, our coordinator was friendly enough if you could ever get her to return your calls. Had to go above her to her mgr Mike. He graciously brought down a check to help cover the cost of staying the extra days in motel. We finally got our stuff delivered on Saturday Nov. 4th at 3pm. Mike and the three other guys got everything unloaded and unpacked what we wanted to by 8pm. After they left, my husband and I went to move our cars back into driveway and saw the truck had left two large indentations in the driveway, so now we have to deal with filing a claim (we are renting). This has been a true nightmare!!!!!, start to finish and its not even over yet. My husbands employer FedEx contracts with this company we did not choose them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! WAY TOO STRESSFUL!!!!
