Worst car lot ever ! Sold my cousin a lemon ! The car lasted exactly 1 day !She took it back within the time they told her if she had any problems and they exchanged for a new car and that one was even worse ! The key fob gave her problems, the car would stall at every light she stopped at and soon it just stopped working . Please dont buy a car from here ! If I could give it zero stars and police report I definitely would ! Once again if you dont want a lemon please speed pass this parking lot !*** response to ownerThis is 100% true. SHE BOUGHT a car from you all and the car literally rolled backwards at a stop sign while the car was in PARK. We had to push it up a hill. She then returned it and was given another car after a worker from the shop rudely told her he didnt believe her and she should have came faster .Hellooooo the car literally worked when it wanted to almost caused us to get hurt and she came exactly the next morning. Was given another car and that was just as bad! The key fob was not the only problem! The transmission was bad in both cars and YOU KNEW!

I bought a 1994 honda accord from these guys a while back car has some miles on it i felt i payed to much at the time but i took it because it was the specific car i was looking for all i wanted was a 94 accord in that color they had it i took it was excited but i still felt i payed to much for the car until just last week i took a trip to los angeles and back to memphis with no issues

Donot and I repeat donot buy a Vehicle from Hodges. My wife bought a vehicle from Hodges and the transmission went out the same day. They wouldnt give us another vehicle or our money back, they keep giving us the run around. If you buy a vehicle from Hodges, you will be doing that at your own risk. (JR) Vehicles are way better than Hodges, Hodges is a ( joke). My score is really a zero. Hodges needs to close down completely.

This is a friendly, and family oriented place to work. Also a great place to buy a car. We try to go above and beyond for our customers. Sometimes you have those that you just cant help. They also choose not to tell the whole truth about their situation. The owners here try to do everything they can to make sure the customer is taken care of.

Didnt tell the complete truth about the vehicle I purchased. They put an old battery that died soon as i got home instead of getting a new battery. You would expect more from a business when youre paying the full amount in cash.

My experience have been great I have had my car for almost a year and anytime I called them they was there to help me thru. I love this place, and when my money get right I will be there to purchase another car from them. Low down payments, and payment plans what more can you ask for. I must say Michelle & Chad are the best in my eyesight.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. This is one of the worst car lots in Memphis. Bobby is the typical shady used car sales man. He said everything he could for me to purchase my sons first car. I explained that he needed a reliable car to get him to and from work and he sold me a piece of crap that has been inoperable more than it has been operable. In the 4 weeks that he has had the car he had to get a battery, ignition coil, starter & alternator. He lied when he said that it was a good car the will be dependable. I have called several times complaining but the response is sorry theres nothing we can do. Do no throw your money away at this shady car lot. One thing about karma is that it will come back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They repoed my car and all my things wasn’t returned to me like my phone and my child car seat and etc and if you choose to not pay them it won’t just go on your credit like every other car lot they will Sue you and Harrass you to pay they’re court cost and fines. I WOULD NEVER REFER THEM. Because they just money hungry but i had plenty things they never fixed on my car since I purchased it but they just wanted their money that’s not fair at all.

They make sure they rig their cars up to where the Check engine light goes on & off so when buynit u won’t see it at first till after u bought the car already. The make up lies when u bringbthe car to them to get repaired like they going to help but they don’t. Very rude when u are not agreeing to their wrong doings. I wouldn’t recommend a dead man to these people. My first car with them had a garage lien and they didn’t tell me that untill it was time I get my tags but since the lien and they tried to sell the car without the previous owners consent. The mechanic barely knows how to do and oil change and does nit know how to reset the oil light off. My baby father bought a car as well through them and the motor locked in two days. Don’t waste your time here they are really screwing people over and I’m not jus saying that cause I have worked with these people and they still do business wrong.

Ive had my car since December. Recently my car stopped working on me. They where nice enough to tow my car up to the sales lot to see what was wrong with it. This was June 10, 2016. They called me on June 16 and asked me did I have my key because they couldnt find it.Today June 21,2016 I went up there myself to look inside of the car for my key. When I was up there I spoke to Michelle they claimed they ran the tape back. They didnt see anything. But they called me back 2 hours later to say the tow truck driver had my key. This whole time!!! She called it as HUMAN ERROR. I see it as being very unprofessional.My car has been up for eleven days. I said its crazy how he has had my key for a week. I let her know how I have been catching rides and paying for an Uber. Michelle then responded with you wouldve had to do that anyway.I asked for the companys information she claims she couldnt give it to me.I am very disappointed with Hodges Automart and the company they chose to align themselves with.

Love my car, the price, and the people at Hodge will work with you to get you in what you need. Will definitely get my business in the future.

The only car lot I will be shopping with from now on, low monthly notes and very helpful staff.
