He put no pressure on me to purchase anything. He was completely honest with my situation and lead me into the best solution for my issue. The sales manager was also very friendly and polite. Its a wonderful place to do business.
I have been doing business with Chuck Hutton for many years and over all I have been pleased with my vehicle purchases and service!!! Though no one is perfect - I certainly appreciate the service and care I receive from Mark when I take my car for service and I plan to keep asking for him!!! Sales rep, Alex, was personable and friendly; (although had a tendency to be too engaging as a used car salesman, but should improve with experience). Larry in finance was fair and a pleasure to work with (make sure you ask all the right questions). Would have been better experience if had I left with a full tank of gas after paying full sticker for my pre-owned car and buying an extended warranty. Evidently the tank of gas is only reserved for buying a new car.

Wouldve given 5 stars but I bought a new truck from yall back in July with the understanding my new plates and registration would be mailed to me. Not only did that NOT happen but I had to call YOU to find out youd had my plate and registration for several weeks. 2 months after purchase. Total fail. Good thing MPD doesnt care about expired temp tags.
Terrible service!The service department charged me $436 for doing absolutely nothing. They didnt even fix the battery terminal or may be they couldnt. They told me they couldnt repair the vehicle unless I buy $3000 worth of parts, then would charge me another $3000 for labor. I went to pick up the vehicle thinking there was no hope for the vehicle and it was time for a trip to the junk yard. Well, its a good thing that I did because the vehicle is now fixed with none of the parts and none of the labor they were talking about. Only thing that was needed was a good battery terminal and new fuses to be replaced in the fuse box.
Josh Bradley was great to work with, he made sure that we were able to get what we needed at a great price. The paperwork went smoothly and we were in-and-out in less than 2 hours with a new vehicle.

He didnt try to just put me in any kind of car just so that he could make a sell. He actually got me the car I wanted. Even though I ended up with a higher car note than I had in mind, I am still appreciative of everything he did. All my other cars were used cars when I got them but this is my first NEW CAR. Dont waste your time dealing with Erica because will never call you back Very unprofessional!! We ordered a car 7/10 and we have the email showing she was supposed to order it. Called a week later to check on it and she said she would call back. Never received a call back. Waited a week to call back and she said she would call back again. ( See the pattern) Never received a call back again!! We waited three weeks and we called back and she started giving excuses. At that point my husband told her he didnt appreciate the LACK of customer service and she could just cancel our order that she never placed and he hung up. She calls us back to leave a voice message to say that she didnt appreciate him hanging up on her. That she didnt want to bug us and she was just waiting to hear from us on whether we wanted the car !! You were supposed to place the order 7/10!! Even if you forgot how was someone supposed to get in contact with you to TELL YOU AGAIN to order the car when you dont call someone back?????? Horrible customer service

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the team over @ Chuck Hutton Toyota. Went in yesterday to purchase a vehicle with a wounded foot on crutches. Had multiple people ask if I needed an extra chair to prop my foot up. The salesman went out of their way and specifically brought each car up to me to look at and inspect. Had a really great experience. Thank you.
Service dept is usually ran much better but I dont know what took place today. I called the day before to get an estimated time on how long the service would take and was told 2hrs. After 3hrs I walked over and asked how much longer and was told they hadnt touched it yet and I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. ITS SOMETHING CALL COURTESY and thats all it would have taken IF someone there had any to inform customers (which are the ones who keep you in business) of whats going on. Im guessing they thought my time wasnt valuable
Erica was my sales rep and did a fantastic job. I drive from two states away to purchase my vehicle. She had everything ready for me I am very happy. I would definitely Not recommend this dealership. I went in to look at a truck because where I normally go to which is Jimmy Gray Chevrolet (by the way are super great) didn’t have any trucks i was looking for. So I ended up seeing one i was interested in at Chuck Hutton Toyota. Well, first of all. I told them i did not want them to run my credit just yet i wanted to see how much the truck was first. And it was almos like i told them to run it. I started getting dings in my credit. So then when it got ready to sign paper work i did without reading it because i was thinking these people are professional and they will tell you all about the contract(well that was my fault for not reading and just signing). Long story short. I recently got the paper work from my bank saying i purchased additional services(which they never told me it was additional) they ended up putting an additional almost $9,000.00 to what the truck was worth. They add stuff to your contracts without asking do you want to purchase their service packages. The way they run business is a shame. I did go back to the dealership to cancel all those services that they added and they did say they were going to send the paperwork in to cancel. But that credit is only going to go towards the principal and i am going to still be stuck with paying interest for it for about 2 months because it takes the bank about that long to receive all the paperwork. On top of the extra taxes i had to pay. What a shame. I will never in my life go back to this dealership again to purchase anything. I will just stick to who i know will explain everything to me to the detail and wont try to screw me over. Which I definitely recommend Jimmy Gray Chevrolet on goodman ask for Eric he is the best and looks out for all his customer’s .Y’all be careful buying from this place
Be sure you see ALL paperwork before proceeding to finance office. Also,know that you will be charged a $1,000 Premium “just because of the market.” No other Toyota dealership in our area does this. It is price gouging. It will also be done in a way to deceive you, if they can get by with it. My daughter’s car was totaled and we had been looking for 3 days. We could not find a RAV4 available for almost a month. Denise, our sales person, told us one had just came in there and price was $28,000. Upon arriving quote sheet retail was $29,866. She told us sticker wasn’t available when I questioned Retail Price. I asked her for Quote sheet back several times while waiting on Finance Office. She never brought it. In Finance Office I asked to see sticker and he gave me a copy. Sticker was $28,149. He brought manager in to explain $1,700 difference. He said the same thing as Denise, “wheel locks, window tint, and nitrogen for tires. No mention of a $1,000 Premium just because. I asked to see sticker with the listing and was told not available. Since the quote sheet didn’t have the right down payment, I was also busy trying to figure out the finance numbers. The next day when we picked up the RAV4 LE, the sticker along with the “Accessories Installed” listing was attached. That is when I realized the $1,000 Premium was added for nothing. I went in and ask what was installed on the vehicle for $1,000. I was told by another manager that they charge it in all their vehicles because of the market. Another manager said they had been doing this for “quite some time.” This is price gouging and they are getting by with it. It is not unusual to be charged sticker price, plus fees in today’s market. But the $1,000 Premium is ridiculous. Also, notice the quote sheet was for a white XLE. Didn’t notice that until after we left also. We got a Gray XL which is a cheaper vehicle. Denise was a totally incompetent sales person. She also told us a lower interest rate was approved by the manager and it was not.
I recently visited Chuck Hutton Toyota searching for a new vehicle. This was my first time at the car lot, so I drove through first looking to see if the dealership had the car that I am interested in. While driving, I was approached by Erica. Erica was extremely nice and answered a few of my questions from the vehicle. She then encouraged me to park and take a walk around the lot, so I did just that. As I walked the lot, I look at a few vehicles in the front and walked along the side to the back to look at the vehicles too. With no guided signage, I continued my walk around the building and came to the other side of the building where other cars were parked. As I walked through the lot, I noticed a man sweeping the lot. I continued with my phone conversation and heard someone yell hey. I turned around and the young man who was sweeping had followed me to the left side of the lot and notified me that they came over his walkie talkie and told him that I did not need to be over here. I had driven through this exact area earlier in my vehicle with no problem, but now I am walking and I cant be over here. So I told him that is completely fine, I am just looking at vehicles. He asked what I was looking for (on a car lot) and then said yea they do not like people being over here because parts come up missing off of the lot and off cars. I was immediately offended and told him that I do NOT steal and have no reason to steal.First, I would like to acknowledge that when I was driving in my vehicle, which happens to be a luxury car that I own, no one assumed that I would be on the car lot to steal parts from a vehicle, but when I am walking I need to be informed that people steal from your car lot. I certainly did not appreciate this exchange, so I immediately returned to my car and left the lot.I traveled over two hours to look at vehicles on this lot only to be profiled and have this type of experience and exchange. I definitely do not appreciate it and certainly would not want this to be someone elses experience, which is why I have chosen to leave and share this review.
I drove an hour and a half for a car that they sold before I got there after they called me and told me it was available. Found a used car that was similar. They tried to charge 5k over original sticker price for a 1 year old car with 10k mikes. I wouldn’t buy a car from here if I won the lottery.

Bought a certified pre-owned, but basically brand new 2021 4Runner as it only had 25 miles on it, on Monday 7/26/21. The PCS sensor went off on Thursday, so my fiancé took it to the dealership, they claimed to have fixed it. He drove it back to work and the sensor went off again. He takes it back and they say the sensor is faulty, they have to order a new one and itll be in today, Friday 7/30/21. Fiancé has been waiting 3.5 hours at the dealership while they replace it, they come tell him that they broke a bracket for the bumper and now have to order a whole new bumper. Zero faith in this certified pre-owned vehicle and the service department at Chuck Hutton. Its a shame Tennessee doesnt have a cool off period, or I would be giving this 4Runner back.
Chuck Hutton Toyota, now that after more than a week we have finally received our vehicle back I feel that it is an appropriate time to leave this review. On July 29th I arrived at your service department with our brand new 4Runner. (at this point we had it less than 48hrs.) The PCS light was illuminated on the dash, you guys cleared some code and sent me on my way, only to have it come back on a few miles later. After returning I was informed that the Sonar Sensor would need to be replaced. (Dont blame the chip Shortage, this has nothing to do with it.) I arrived the morning of the next day, July 30th. I showed up expecting the great customer service that Chuck Hutton Toyota prides themselves on, I recieved none of it. After waiting more than 4 hours on a 1.5hr job, I was informed that a service technician had snapped multiple brackets off of our bumper. I was escorted back to our 4Runner, where I listened to your service department representatives blame everything but themselves, refusing to take responsibility for damaging the vehicle. After being informed that the vehicle would need the bumper replaced, your staff attempted to loan us a Corolla while we waitedon repairs. I informed your staff that we needed a comparable vehicle, and that a Corolla wouldnt work for us. Not because loaning us a comparable vehicle to the one you guys damaged was the right thing to do, but because my fiancée needed the space for work. I went back and forth with your staff and finally they reluctantly offered us a Rav4 which is much Smaller than what we needed. When I balked at the offer, I was informed that you guys could just snap the bumper back on and send me on my way. That statement, that was the one that showed me just how little you actually cared, the safety issues alone involved, shame on you. You guys could have allowed us to demo a 4runner or a tacoma or a Tundra, but that would have been entirely to much effort on your part. To make matters worse, instead of sending just the bumper off to get painted, your service department slapped it on our vehicle and drove it to Caliber Collision. I say Slapped because you guys actually damaged the new bumper when you installed it, causing additional repair time. But wait theirs more! As if this couldnt get any worse you guys actually managed to inconvenience us further. After missing your completion window of 3-4 days, you contact us and inform us that you needed our loaner back, that you had promised that vehicle to someone else, and we would need to take time out of our day to come trade it. I had to talk to a multitude of people, spending hours of my day on hold and being transferred to finally convince someone that it was a horrible idea. Chuck Huttons customer service is simply non existent, I wouldnt trust your service department to change a light bulb. I will never use you guys again for anything, and I have already saved others from making the same mistakes. Ill wait for your response, thanks to your horrible service, Ive become quite good at waiting.

I had been shopping online for 2 years for a good used car. I kept coming back to listings posted by Chuck Hutton Toyota. They offer good prices on CPO`s. I made an appointment online, which was super easy. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and helped. My wait was about 2 minutes to see my salesperson, Ron Lewis. He showed me a few cars that were all very nice, however, I knew which one I wanted to view. Ron checked the availability and pulled it up front for me to check out immediately. Ron Lewis made everything, from the moment I walked into the building to the moment I had keys in my hand, an extremely comfortable and convenient experience. Ron answered all my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The building was clean, well staffed, and had hand sanitizing stations available. I highly recommend Chuck Hutton Toyota for your next new/used vehicle.
The whole experience of buying a car was very positive. The salesman was easy going, thorough, and friendly. He was not pushy at all. And he immediately took me to a couple of cars that fit my price range. The finance manager was also very nice. He was patient enough to break down and explain all the details clearly. I purchased my vehicle Saturday May 1st from here. I noticed a noise coming from my car yesterday afternoon I had to pull over and noticed that the passenger black bottom trim was loose. This morning I called up here and was told to bring it to the service department as a walk in. I did just that I arrived at 10 in the morning and explained my issue, I waited for 3 hours and no one ever came to tell me anything about my car. I had to literally walk over to the desk and ask was my car ready the man, said oh yeah all they had to do was remove the old tape and put new tape and that’s all. When I got home from work I noticed the noise again and checked the trim had got loose again I sat for 3 hours and the job was NOT EVEN DONE RIGHT! The service department was rude and apparently failed to complete the job!

I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and had a pair of gold & diamond earrings stolen from the console of my car. The technician left greasy fingerprints on my drivers armrest and they left the old oil change sticker on the window. My interior is macadamia so the fingerprints are very noticeable. I called within 15 minutes of leaving and spoke to Ursula about the earrings. She said she spoke to the technicians who worked on my car but no one knew anything. I was also supposed to get a call back after she spoke with her manager but I havent heard anything, this happened on 4-21-21.

Im giving then 1 star due to customer service was nice and friendly. Very disapointed with the price I received. I drop my wedding band in the gear shift, took it to whitehaven toyotadealership service dept. They charged me $317.14 just to remove the panel to retreive my ring, service that only took 5 minutes to do. Im very disapointed and upset, could someone please tell me what is misc/environ charges, they charges me $30.96. PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!! This was truly a rip off!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. My service took 3.5 hours when Mark told me it would be 1.5 to 2 hours max. And, they ended up not having a recall part in stock so they would still need to have my car back. No updates, no consideration to my dau, and failed to respond to my attempts of communication through their texting app. Multiple excuses. Lacks empathy.

I had to wait 3 hours for a 20 minute oil change. If the advisor would have notified me that there was a wait I could have arranged for a courtesy car. And then the Advisor said its always a 3 hour wait without an appointment, if that was the case I would have arranged for a courtesy car when I got there and every other time. I NEVER HAD TO WAIT THAT LONG EVER!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I came in for an oil change on my 2003 Tacoma on Wednesday, August 12. I purchased this vehicle new in 2003 and I am familiar with its service requirements.Could the general manager please telephone me? I dont think you would want what happened to be posted publicly. The first six digits of my phone number is correct on the service file record but the last four digits are 8931.

Crooked sales people. They add things to the sale price that I did not agree to.Added a service package that I did not agree toAnd other stuff. Used car price went from $8,200 to $14,000. They play bait and switch. Show you paperwork that does not have all the extras. You sign paperless. But when you get your copies. It shows that you signed for all the extras. Crooked. This is stealing.
9/3/20 UPDATE - Still dont have the missing tools I paid for that are necessary for changing the spare. And now Ive learned that Chuck Hutton has not sent the title to my countys tag office in over a month, which prevents me from registering the vehicle and getting tags. Why not? The first excuse was that they never received the title to my trade. I provided text messages from the salesman the morning of the sale that my lost title wouldnt be a problem, and pointed out that no one has ever requested anything further from me. The 30-day temp tags they issued have now expired and theyre preventing me from resolving the problem. Was told 2 days ago the sales manager would be in touch, but have heard nothing.Drove from Atlanta to Memphis about 2 weeks ago to purchase a CPO vehicle. Other than the typical salesmanship expected at most car dealers, the process was fairly expedient. I expected the 160-point CPO inspection had been performed as required and was surprised to get home and discover all of the spare tire tools were missing except the actual jack, despite the CPO process and certification clearly stating Jack and tools are correct, present and secured. Thankfully I didnt make that discovery on the side of the highway with my family in the truck in the middle of nowhere.Ive been even more surprised at how long its taken anyone at Chuck Hutton Toyota to notify me when those parts will be sent to me, given that I paid extra for a CPO vehicle and they were to have been included, and the continued risk of a flat with no way to lower or install the spare without those tools. All Ive heard so far is that someone is checking with management and a manager will call me about it. Three days in and no phone call.

I was in the market for a new Toyota and I chose to come back to Chuck Hutton Toyota after 15 years because of the customer service. I also wanted to keep business in my neighborhood. I worked with Krish Taylor who was patient and honest with me during the buying process. The only complaint is that I wouldve liked to have been a little more involved in the financing process. Overall, I would recommend Chuck Hutton Toyota for service as well as sales.

Best customer experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We called on Friday and asked about a specific vehicle. Tyler was very helpful and had the vehicle parked out front with keys waiting when we got there on Saturday . He was very upfront with us and we never felt pressured. He didn’t try to hide anything. Everyone that we encountered were very friendly and kind but also knowledgeable. Not only did we buy the vehicle we came to look at, we also went home with a new Camry. This is our first experience with Chuck Hutton but we will definitely go back for our next purchase. Had a great experience with David Hayes at this dealership. Saw a car I was interested in online, showed up to check it out, and was the new owner an hour later. They offered some different payment and coverage options, but didnt pressure me at all when I declined certain things. Great experience!! Salesman Tyler was knowledgable and personable. First car loan on my own after rebuilding my credit for over 7 years !! They made it a quick and enjoyable experience. The finance guy Richard also took time to give me a few extra pointers on the best ways to continue building my credit. Really was a great experience not to mention all the perks that come along with being a Toyota owner
The wife and I bought a CPO 18 Highlander and were greeted by David. He was nice, friendly and even helped us work out an issue that we had with vehicles windshield. Did not take as long as I thought it would to buy the vehicle. Everyone was nice to us. Would definitely go here for another vehicle in the future.

The experiences I have had at Chuck Hutton Toyota have been excellent. David Hayes, the salesperson worked hard to made sure that I had an excellent experience when purchasing my new vehicle. He was timely with the paperwork and made sure that I got a good deal on the car. He assisted me with transferring item from my previous car to my new car, made sure it was detailed and full of gas and that I understood the new features on the car. David always has great smile and does everything to make my car purchasing experience as enjoyable as possible. Excellent!!!

I just recently purchased a 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro from Chuck Hutton Toyota. This is my 2nd Toyota I’ve purchased with Chuck Hutton and their top tier salesman David Hayes. David and the management at Chuck Hutton we’re particularly helpful with this purchase especially since I had to order the truck to get the manual transmission in the Army Green color. I can’t give David enough accolades. He is always exuberantly positive, efficient, and knowledgeable about Toyota products. I consider him a genuine friend and he always makes a point to check in with me periodically throughout the year; whether it be when I bring a vehicle in for service or checking in via a phone call. He is simply superb. The dealership overall is friendly and honest. My new truck acquired a small gash in the front bumper during shipment and when I noticed it the dealership immediately ordered a new part to rectify the issue. As long as I live anywhere near Memphis I will only use Chuck Hutton Toyota and David Hayes for future Toyota purchases.

Had a great sales experience but service not so much. The technicians can not be bothered to even look for a problem with my stereo, just automatically blame the issues on the aftermarket subwoofer. Problem is the subwoofer was never hooked up to the stereo or even connected to power. I had only run the wires. Absolutely couldnt have been that I went offroad and bounced the truck around pretty good the day it failed, had to be my fault.
It’s been about two weeks since I purchased my vehicle from Chuck Hutton Toyota. Mrs. Denise helped find a 2019 Camry, the perfect vehicle for my family. She was very professional and made sure we could get the best deal we could as compared to other dealerships! So far, she makes sure to stay in contact to answer any questions that I may have about the vehicle. We love our new Toyota Camry !

Disappointed in the service department this morning. I took my 2017 Corolla in so they could check my daytime running lights on the passenger side of my vehicle, the lights are not working. It has entire assembly of LED lights, not just one bulb. I explained to Brandy what was going on, she found a Service Tech and he went over to the car and pushed and pulled on the bumper and fender well. I said well I could do that he responded with really well do that then and walked away. I was then told to go to parts and ask how much the assembly would cost. I did, even though I already knew because I had already checked prior to showing up. The whole reason I took it there was to see if I needed a whole new one or if the existing one just came loose. But you can not access the plug from underneath or on top without jacking the car up and removing a panel. I knew this because again if I could have done that myself I would have. Nothing was resolved and the SERVICE dept. didnt even bother to offer to take a look at it. I even asked if it was normal to have LED light panels to go out after only 2yrs. and all three employees said no, but again didnt even offer to take it back and check for a loose plug. I will not be returning for anything from this dealership.
We drove onto the Chuck Hutton lot...to see if they had a Tundra we might be interested in purchasing. David Hayes (salesman) was the very 1st salesman to see us & approach us. We asked about a model we were looking at...he immediately said let me get the keys, he unlocked the vehicle and we examined it and David said lets go for a ride to see how it rides and if yall like it. We loved the vehicle & we got exactly what we wanted for our trade in! Great service from David, he was very upfront with us, no beating around the bush...no hidden costs and good to do business with...he had a great personality...he didnt disappoint us on our closing deal. We will do business with David again!
By Far the best Toyota dealership Ive ever been too. I had my 5 year old in with me to get service done to my Tacoma. They were having a huge luncheon for there staff. The receptionist over heard my son saying he was hungry. I kept telling him we would grab McDonalds on our way out. They brought him a plate of chicken tenders and French fries. I was totally shocked. The lady said I know how it is with little kids they can be impatient. This just goes to show that there are still good dealerships out there and this one is the best!! Thanks Chuck Hutton for such great people taking care of us!!!
Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I started out wanting a white vehicle but left with a dark gray, and I couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love my new car. I will definitely be going back to Chuck Hutton when it’s time for my next new car 😊

We were on our way to another Toyota dealer to buy a Tundra. Stopped in to see what they had at Chuck Hutton. Met Tyler - and asked some questions about a truck in inventory. He was amazing - really great product knowledge. Pleasant and patient - great people person. In contrast the day before we went to another Memphis dealer with an appointment to see a truck - the salesperson couldn’t find the keys. Twenty minutes later she informed us that the truck we were interested in had been sold - meaning that when we called three hours earlier - she never really checked when asked if the truck was there.None of that with Tyler at Chuck Hutton. He was the consummate professional; personable, knowledgeable, and perhaps even humble. I’ve purchased and looked at a lot of cars over the years - I can’t remember feeling so good about how I was treated. Mitch, the manager was a nice person too. My experience was awesome and the staff were very helpful with sharing information with my wife and myself that most dealerships dont even think about doing. Because of their honesty and integrity we ended up driving off the lot in an immaculate Toyota Avalon. Will definitely buy another vehicle from that dealership. It was my first time actually buying my own car when I went to Chuck Hutton Toyota. Brandon Jones is the one who helped me with looking at the vehicles and what they had to offer. He was very nice and helpful. All of my questions were answered and the process was relatively fast compared to what it could have been. Overall, my experience here was very pleasant and I have no complaints.

Amazing service. I brought in a car to have some recall repairs done on it and they treated me so well. Mark is the man. He has been so nice and taken such good care of me.I love the free car wash when you come to pick up the car too, and the complimentary shuttle either to or from is a life saver.Highly recommend!

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Mr. Gregory took much time with us answering all our questions, showing us different cars, and allowing us time to discuss our options. No pressure! The financing gentleman, Larry, explained options and was not pushy. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Again, no high pressure sales.
