I had to take my vehicle in for some warranty repairs and Cliff made the repairs timely and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle along the way. As shown the rear glass had a crack in it causing the headliner to have water damage. Cliff quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. My truck is good as new and happy with the service at Gossett!

Alvin Butler is the worst salesman I have ever worked with. I’ve bought 3 cars and been through this process 3 times effortlessly!! Aside from not wanting to give me answers regarding pricing, he became extremely rude after seeing that I wouldn’t accept the run around. I think the 1870 Covington Pike location is terrible in general but Mr. Butlers customer service is just the icing on the cake!!!! Would NOT recommend this company AT ALL!!! And Butler needs to be fired or actually TRAINED! Before he goes to another establishment with this horrid customer service.

My mother and I have purchasing vehicles here for over 20yrs and the service has always been impeccable. The service department has always been great (a little pricey on some items and services) and convenient. I recommend this place for a new car to everyone I know. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle and look forward to bringing my son here when he is of age to purchase his first vehicle.

I received a recall letter 2 weeks ago for my Kia Sorento. . I made an appt two weeks ago for July 27,2021. I also got a confirmation call yesterday . I drove my car there today and the girl who checked me in said that she thought they ran out of the part yesterday.. She went to confirm that and they did not have the part. Why could someone have called yesterday to let me know. That is good customer service. I work full-time and live in Oakland TN. My dad lives with me and he has dementia. My time is valuable as any consumers would be. It is not more valuable than anyone else’s .Her solution was to keep trying to call her to see if they had the part. Not that she would call me. I didn’t say anything I just took my keys and left.This is the first time this has happened as I have brought my car in there for recalls and brake work. I have 120,000 miles on my truck and love it. Totally not impressed with service this year and I feel Gossett Kia has a lot to learn when it comes to these types of problems. If it is that serious of an issue and my car implodes….

I am posting on behalf of my mother-in-law. She went for an oil change and the mechanic did not put oil in her car. When she went back, the customer service Representatives where Im willing to help her initially. In fact, they said that it just needed to be topped off, which its not right. She went to another shop and this shop confirmed that not only did she not have oil, but she needed to add 4 quarts of oil. Her car could have locked up as a result of this oversight.Needless to say, she will not be coming back.

Took forever for 2 people to order a key for my porshe. I asked 3 times about my discount for being in the porshe club and the 2 people just blew me off. Since it was my first time there, I thought the cashier would apply the discount. No, she couldnt do it and after standing in the cashier line for another 10 minutes, the parts counter closed. I am not sure why I am spending over $300 for a key when their customer service is so terrible? Then I will have to come back and go through this again when the part comes in. Do yourself a favor get your parts somewhere else.

Do not buy anything from these crooks! We bought a 2017 Dodge Crossroad with only 58,000 miles. We immediately had problems with it, including overheating, loud fan noises, heat went out in passenger side, We called up there only for them to tell us there is nothing they can do. We waited all day just to be told that. Needless to say, we are suing them asap!!! And anything else we can do as well!!

Really I drove all the way out here and no one tried to call to tell me otherwise. Paid cash for a new car. Had a minor issue with the car and need it fixed. I made an appointment to get the work done and when I brought it in they said they were too busy. Sent several messages to David Gossett, only to be ignored. Called the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center, and they hooked me up. Go to the dealership off Stage road in Bartlett near Wolfchase mall if would want to be treated with respect cause once Gossett gets your money, you become an afterthought.

The service is great, but plan for about a 2 hour wait no matter the service needed. But there is free wifi, TV, chips, coffee, and water. And the service is great!

Not too happy. They told me to bring my car in for a recall. Drove to Memphis and they dont have anyone there to work on a Mazda today. We were thinking of buying a car there. Not happening.
