I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I got a car from here just to have to return it a few days later. The general manager sold me the car and the title wasn’t even in the companies name yet so they couldn’t let me keep it. I was given a new car just for that car to have issues within 30 days. It was a easy fix now I’ve had the car for 8 months and it’s having issues once again. They do not ensure the cars are good. Even my mechanic through my car warranty said they sell bad cars on a normal basis. Do no shop here!

The down payment they give online is all lies! Online you pick the car youre interested in and it gave me a down payment of $495. Once I spoke to a salesman the downpayment turned into $2,800. This is false advertisement! They tell you one thing online but its really ×5 the amount they give you online. Its sad how this is legal to do.

Had a 10 am appointment, once opening doors at ten was told go wait in lobby and sat for 30 minutes being ignored while the man walked around talking and when I started leaving he just looked and shrugged. Thank you for being a jerk, Jim kerras had a nicer truck for a little higher price but didnt get ignored

These people have the worst customer service ever. I test drove a car that had a bad battery. They told me to come back the next day to do paperwork on the car and bring the check and the deal is done. The Credit Union was about to cut the check when Drive Time called me back and told me the car went through inspection and had some problems with it. They dont inspect the cars when they come to the lot. They had me in limbo just to tell me a week later that the car may not come back to the car lot. Bad experience with these people. They will never get my business or the business of people I know

Brandon was great, he walked me through all of my options and showed that he really cared about all of my concerns until we found me the perfect vehicle.

Fast approval online and showed preliminary down payment. If you call the dealership ahead of time, they can take most of the info before you come in. Preston was great. He showed us what we were looking at financially before we picked out a car and then gave us options on what vehicles were available based on that. They even provide a free vehicle report on each car prior to purchase. Things to note: youll need car insurance with a $1000 or lower deductible, show proof of new car being covered by insurance prior to leaving the lot, minimum last paystub, 2 pieces proof of residence, drivers license, & down payment. Down payment online is only for a certain set of cars. The more down, the more options youll have so be aware. They also pay your sales tax. Ended up with a beautiful 2017 Toyota Camry. I went to this location and had Zabrian Sherrod and he lie to me the whole time being their told me I need my ssn card and to bring pay stud to get the car. Left SSN and pay stud at home and told him I would be back the next day and called to make sure I had everything to realize he never wanted to sell me a car in the first place. I told him I had the down payment and everything but as I kept calling the store he text me to tell me that the down payment we discuss the day before still would get the let me remind you i sat their for two hour waiting on someone two help. Then he had slick remarks about what I can afford after telling me I can anything off the lock. Worst services ever Never doing business with them again.

If I could leave zero stars I would in certain circumstances however the people at Covington pike were nice however my son bought his first car from here and we bought the extended warranty however the car was a 2017 Ford since we bought the car it’s been in shop 6 months out of seven we had it after dealing with warranty they decided to put new motor in it after paying all of the fees once old motor was pulled was informed it had a junk yard motor installed when called dealer could not get a straight answer of how they inspect trade ins and offered no solutions to my son buying a 20000 dollar car with 50000 miles on car that didn’t have factory motor but had a junk yard motor in it (once we found out after company pulled motor to replace with a brand new one) gave me a 1800 number to call so I say do not do business with them unless you run numbers to make sure you getting what you buying again 2017 mustang with low miles turned out to be a nightmare with a junk yard motor that once we bought had to have a new motor beware will update to everyone on outcome and if they step up and do the right thing cause obviously no one was avail to get with me once I called them they blew me off

I called DriveTime in Covington Pike to make sure that everything was cleared for me to get a vehicle. I was told by Zabrian Sherrod to email all of the necessary documents. I did that because I don’t live in Memphis and didn’t want to make a blank trip. I called and emailed for two weeks with no response. One day I called and corporate told me that I would have access to over half the lot because I previously paid off a vehicle with them. Because I never heard a response, I took a chance and went to Memphis. After getting there, I was told something totally different and left with no vehicle. I would’ve come prepared with money as a down payment had Sherrod picked up the phone or responded to my email. Very disappointed!!

They sold me a lemon and claim that the problem couldnt be foreseen thats the most bull I ever heard this the reason that I never went to a used car lot their cars are crap they dont do complete inspections like they claim otherwise I wouldnt be out of a car they are not worth the time & money take it from me youre better off buying a fixer upper at least you wont have a car note & repair cost to deal with their warranty center is not great either they close during shop hours & will hang up in your face. If I could give negative stars I would in a heartbeat​ corporate needs to find out whats going on and make sure a full make sure everything works and dont cut corners like these people did

Purchased our pre-owned vehicle with Chris at Drivetime. This was our 2nd visit to the Covington Pike lot. Each time the sales team took their time to explain vehicle options, they were honest regarding prior damage (when applicable), maintenance history, and the sticker prices were extremely fair and on target according to Kelley Blue Book. After test driving a few vehicles we narrowed down our selections. The finance manager spoke with us regarding payment options, required down payment, and additional options. After further review the team found a car in our price range, a payment schedule that fit our budget, low mileage, 1 previous owner, but unfortunately it was located at another lot. Since we had already been there for quite sometime they offered to go get the vehicle from the other lot and bring it over for us to look at and test drive. We left for a bit and had lunch and within an hour had a phone call letting us know they had gotten the car back to the lot. Chris was very patient as we weighed our options and finally decided to proceed with purchase. At no time did we feel Chris was being pushy, aggressive or in anyway put out by our long visit. He stuck with us through the whole process, offered advice or suggestions, and gave us space to discuss when we requested. We couldnt have been more pleased with his service. Chris is a 5 star salesman. My 4 star review is only based on additional features and options for gap coverage, warranty, GPS tracking etc. Which was explained by the manager. The manager pointed out the amount difference in payments which seemed minimal so at first we thought sure its $10-$20 extra per month to get all of this. Upon further review on our own we realized that the financed amount had jumped $5-7k more than the listed price and though the payment was relatively the same we realized that the number of payments were extended from 30 months to double or more. Thankfully, we caught that ourselves before agreeing to pay nearly double after finance charges for the same vehicle. After the changes Chris and the finance manager let us know that the car that we had chosen still had dealer warranty that would roll over from the previous owner. Learn the details and read on the number of payments and additional total amount being finance. Overall we are very happy with our purchase thus far and would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking to go to the Covington Pike location.

First and last time ever buying with them. I never leave reviews but this has been the worst experience in my life. I bought a 2016 Dodge Dart that has been in the shop 3 times since having it and it’s been less than a month. They mailed my tags out to me which I never received because they didn’t put the apartment number down. Now I have to pay $26 for a replacement tag which fall back on them but of course they aren’t going to do anything about it although it was their fault. But yet they keep calling me about a payment instead of trying to correct their downfalls. I hate I went to them but never again.

Came in not knowing where the day was going to take me. My transmission had died and I had to spend way too much money on the rental car I was currently driving. Luckily Mr. Lawson Johnson got me into a very nice car and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Wont HE do it!
