I purchase a Mercedes Benz 3 years ago and I still remember my salesman and how great he was. I saw what I wanted on their website, called them and he got me approved over the phone right away. When I went in to test drive the car, he let me take it out alone.

My mom bought me a Mini Cooper with suicide doors gray. Before I left Memphis to ATL check engine light came on. The said it was a random misfire and said they fixed it. I get to Georgia and check engine light came on. Before the 30 days I took it to the mini dealer who said the sold me a lemon and it would cost 5300 to fix which was mostly labor. Jeff Ward said the would return the money dollar per dollar and just pay to have it shipped since it was not drivable anymore. So instead of doing that they deducted 2000. So if you really want understand how crappy the service is and how much they lied for the interior month to me before they actually picked up the car. My mom bought 4 cars from this dealer and all of them had a problem which to me means this dealer make card look good and send it out before they really check it. Shop at your own risk but I promise you you will be singing the same tone. Jeff Ward lies and pray on sweet elderly people. So that car is back on the floor so good luck

I believe in the truth, so here is what I got from my experience . I am happy with my purchase however I made an agreement with my sales person Jeff Ward to pay 150 or half my repair to fix my drivers seat . To this point Jeff has cajoled lied and BSd his way regarding my money .The stories run the gambit from the check is in the mail to he actually mailed a personal check. This has gone on for 40 odd days and as of 12 29 15 there is still no resolve . I would steer clear from this group on any business dealings -- unless your cup of tea is MONKEY BUSINESS Crooked is as Crooked does I guess is what they say down there!

Rude. I called just to ask about a Chrysler 300 I saw in a book and before I could finish my sentence, the representative rudely interrupted me. No! I already sold it. Just from that experience I will never try to do business with them. They car lot looked nice with the selection they have, but Ill spend my cash somewhere else.

One month after I bought a 2011 Ford Edge, we took it back as it was making a noise in the left front wheel. I had ask them what if something went wrong say within 4 to 6 weeks and they said bring it back theyd make it right. They didnt. They drove it & heard it but did nothing about it. Now that noise has cost me $500. Do what you say youre going to do or Dont say it!!
