It all started earlier this year when my truck died! So I went and saw Richard and the guys over at Greenwise motors. They are one of the only dealerships that has a fantastic inventory of used diesel trucks in the area. Not to mention a wealth of knowledge about them. I ended up buying a 2014 Ram 2500 that was in mint condition with low mileage. Even after I bought the truck the great customer service continued. Any questions I’ve had he hasn’t hesitated to answer in timely manner. 10 out of 10 stars. I’ll be back soon to buy another work truck and wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else!

Update to this review...Richard stepped up and offered to compensate me for the trouble I experienced and sent me $500.Looking at everyone else’s reviews I was disappointed I have to give this place one star. Found a truck at Greenwise Motors I liked. Communication was great and Richard and he provided me extra pictures since I was in Colorado and they are in Florida. Truck looked great and I expected dents dings etc. Richard fixed a light on the dash and tested to make sure it was fixed prior to my arrival. I bought a one way ticket to fly out there to drive the vehicle home to Colorado. Prior to my arrival he said the truck was “thoroughly looked over”. I trusted him and from the reviews gave him the benefit of doubt. When I arrived the truck was as the pictures showed but the tires were shot. All of them were dry rotted and cracked on the tread. The fronts even had deep cracks. He told me those were fine and would trust his family in it. Richard refuse to take any money off and even threaten not to sell it to me when I told him I would write a review reflecting this issue. I was stuck since I had no return ticket, already put money down and signed for a loan. After leavingI made it to Texas where I had to buy 6 new tires and the shop said they were surprised I even made it that far. They told me the rear brakes were also low and will need to be changed. It is disappointing that these safety issues were not taken care of even when I stressed my concerns to Richard prior to my arrival that everything need to be safe for the 2000 mile trip back. I would suggest a qualified person look over a vehicle bought here. I gave this place one star for the lack of professionalism, customer service, and lack of transparency.

Richard said it was available but was not ready because he felt the truck didn’t have that hmfp a truck should have.I said alright let me know when it’s ready I’ll come look at it. He said bud by the time is ready it will be sold.He sounded so honest and truthful through the phone I gave the man a $500 non refundable deposit to hold the truck for me!Richard kept me posted every step of the way he spent more than 2k on repairing and making the truck look brand new! Stitched the seats, painted the undercarriage for me, throttle body you name it. This man held the truck back 3 weeks since my deposit to make sure that truck was spotless and the best.I really have never had a more pleasant experience at a dealer than with Richard. I know where I’m buying my next truck and where my buddies are buying there next truck.Richard even went out of his way for my request of putting a bow on the truck for my fiancé. Can’t beat his service I’m telling you

Over the past 7 years I have purchased 4 pre-owned vehicles from Greenwise Motors for myself and my family. I always have specific requirements for the cars I purchase and the owner of Greenwise Motors (Richard Ladrew) has always jumped through hoops to to find the right vehicle for me. Richard is upfront and honest about what he sells you. I know there is always risks in buying a pre-owned vehichle but I buy with confidence from Greenwise Motors - knowing that they do their due delligence in making sure that the their pre-owned vehicles on thier lot are of top quality.

Uses cheap parts for quick flips, timing belt he had installed failed after 3 months of buying car. It is totaled and somehow he is completely innocent. Get what he says in writing, Richard is a snake.Wise Choice mechanic did work on the Subaru before I purchased it from GreenWise motors. The belts were replaced including timing belt, water pump and some suspend work. After 1200 miles the timing belt snapped and totaled the cars engine I just bought. I towed it to my mechanic and he insulted the poor work this mechanic did. He either didn’t even replace the timing belt as said, or did such a poor job he didn’t replace the obviously dry rotted balancers. These scammers need to be out of this town.

Was looking at a trade in f150 he had for sale. Value of the truck at high end was 3k, he wants 4k and is completely unwilling to work with me on the price.He says that the truck is a Nascar edition, its not. Wrong exhaust, rear bumper, paint (missing Nascar decals). He asked me if Ive seen the Carfax and I did, the truck had front left damage that was repaired but tried to tell me the whole truck was painted, really....Its a regular f150 that someone put Nascar seats in and rims on, both are readily available on eBay.Told him that I could do 3k out the door cash and he said were to far apart have a nice day and hung up on me.Update: truck is still not sold over a month and later almost 500 cheaper, should have not been greedy and took my deal when he had the chance.There was only 1 Nascar truck on your lot. I was not looking at a lightning, Im more than capable of telling the difference unlike others trying to pass off regular f150s that had a seat and wheel swap. Not to mention Ford never made a Nascar edition lightning. I did not offer you 2k, the motor and trans are not new (old 150k mustang motor, supposedly), the u joint is trash (the clunk going into reverse), theres old dried coolant all over the front of the engine bay where I assume the old radiator blew up hence the motor swap, your just full of lies. I guess I shouldnt expect much else from a used car dealer. Good luck getting anything close to what you want for that truck.

Im a picky guy. I was looking for a certain car with a certain set of mileage for a certain price range for over 3 years! Everybody else I came across seemed like they were trying to keep the lights running at their dealership off the sale of one car.Then I came across GreenWise Motors and spoke with Richard where he set me up with a great deal on top of an already fair price for the vehicle I was looking for. Was willing to FaceTime me and show me everything in the vehicle before I made the trip down to come see him. He was a straightforward and honest car salesman, which is rare. Looking around the dealership when I got there I saw not only the car that we had spoke about but also several other vehicles in very nice condition with very reasonable prices listed on them.My only complaint is that he doesnt operate in my area!
