Even after i had just about given up. He still pushed enough numbers around, and was able to completely meet in the middle thank you to all. We love our new truck.

Typical oil change...2 hours seems a bit long considering I made an appointment, but since they are right across from the river, the time went by quickly enjoying the scenery.

I hate the process of car shopping and was dreading it. However, the sales people at Boniface Heirs were not too pushy which was surprising. We quickly found the car we wanted with their amazing warranty and they made the numbers work for us and got our payment down to where we wanted it. We got a decent amount for our trade. Dave Jacobs was a huge help with all of this. He listened to us and thoroughly answered all our questions. I have never financed a car before and Dave Jacobs and Joy Carver were great about really explaining everything to us. You really cant go wrong with the forever warranty they have on used cars. We found out that there is really no catch. Would definitely recommend going here if you need a new car. I would definitely go here again.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but I feel its important to let others know about my experience. And hope the dealership will correct the issues. I made an appointment for an oil change ahead of time. A few days later I took my car in for said appointment. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee named, Charles. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. A genuine people person. He asked if I had ever been to the dealership and I said no, (I am new to the area). My adult son was with me and Charles told us that Brian would be our service rep. While we waited for Brian, I heard Charles tell Brian that I have never been to Boniface and if he could give us a tour. Brian agreed but never did. He seemed more concerned with his schedule and kept repeating how busy he was. He rushed through the paper work and gave us verbal directions to the waiting room stating it would be about one hour. It turned out to be 1.5 hour or more. My son and I noted how dirty and unkept the waiting area was. Trash left on the window and tables such as soft drink cups and food wrappings. Simply put, the waiting rooms were dirty and the service rep was not very friendly. I left there thinking, I would never lease or buy a car from this place. If it wasnt for Charles I would have rated one star.

It would have been appreciated had the salesperson informed me of the $5000.00 ADM, Additional Dealer Markup (over MSRP) when I called to inquire about the car. I have no problems with dealers charging ADMs, however the representative should have been up front with me.

Waited 5 hours watching people come after me leave before me. Only to find out they lost my paperwork. I had to miss not being at my job on one of the busiest days of the year. I was here just to have someone look at 1 tire. This was absolutely absurd! The service consultant Trevor refused to give me information. I had to go to a manager to get him to give me a simple answer. Then he said I left when the car was sitting 10 ft from him. I paid all this extra money on warranties to only go through them to be treated like this

You cant go wrong with their vehicles. Yes you can get a Chevrolet from a lot of different places but you wont receive the same service or lifetime warranty that Boniface Hiers is offering. They did not low ball our trade in and we were able to make a deal to get out of a lease and trade in another vehicle to get what my wife and I wanted with no hassle. Simple oil change with no additional services was supposed to take an hour. Two hours later it still wasn’t done. My husband had to reschedule some meetings to bring me his Toyota so I could make a doctors appointment. $88 for a simple oil change and HORRIBLE customer service.

Not only did we continually get overcharged for services that were NOT performed, the service department actually screwed up my truck more and made it really unsafe by not putting the injector gaskets back on the fuel injectors while putting it back together!! First of all, I love my truck (Chevy 2500 HD 2020) but this week service was horrible and well, lack of a better term - unprofessional. I brought my truck in for a oil change and the squeaking brake issue . I told them that there was service bulletin for the brakes. They told me that I was wrong so I had to pull the bulletin for myself to show them.Then comes the worst part. They came and told me that my truck was ready . I paid, they gave me the keys, then I drive off and look down. To my surprise, there was my glove compartment sitting on the floor of my truck and no filter in my truck. I pulled back in to see my filter was still at the change station and they look at me like I was crazy.I never write reviews but this was the worst serves I have ever had and was treated poorly.......

My last experience for an oil change appointment was a very good one. They completed it within an hour, as promised, including an overall inspection of my truck. They also offered a free car wash.My tires were near their end of life, so this dealership matched a lower priced quote I had gotten from a local tire store. I trust the dealerships technicians more than the tire stores, so lll be coming back to get those installed.My advisor for this appointment was Brian, and he was great! He was very polite and responsive to my questions and requests. I hope this dealer keeps hiring people like him!

I had never met Mahmoud prior to shopping for a vehicle at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet. He was a wonderful listener as to what I wanted and what I didnt want. He took me to numerous vehicles both used and new. I chose an Equinox Premier and love it. To my satisfaction all of my expectations were exceeded and the hands-down customer service and professionalism in each department from sales to service to finance were all amazing! Because I couldnt give a half star. Will not recommend I at first gave the salesman a 5 star rating so that he could get his lunch from them. That was until I discovered all of the promises he made to us. He didnt and wouldnt back up. The salesman and the sales manager where both bullies. We told them that the vehicle that we were test driving had bad brakes, the sales manager said there was nothing wrong with them and told us to bring it back. We had an hour and a half drive with bad brakes. The sales manager wanted to make his sale and didnt care that we were driving that far with bad brakes. No courtesy car as promised because the excuse was that there were not enough cars on the lot(?). We later found out that the rotors were warped. There are so many other reasons why I will not recommend this place. Our lives didnt matter but the sale did. When we went back and talked to the General manager to be sure about the brakes, He was rather abrupt with me and said if I said it will be done then it will be done, very gruff man. I asked 3 times of our salesman to see if he could find the items we knew where left in our other vehicles and there was always an excuse as to why he couldnt look. I assumed that it was a bother to him to look for them. The last time I was told there was nothing in the vehicle. So I assume it was thrown in the garbage. It may not have meant anything to him but it was a watch that my Grandson and given to his Grandfather. This is by far the worse car buying experience that I have ever had. I will not go back and I will not recommend and as far as the license plate holder that will be taken off this truck as I am so embarrassed to have the name Bonniface Heirs on my vehicle. I see car salesmen in a whole new light now thank you for that.....Michell Millard

Their sales rep Joel Smith was patient, courteous, and went WELL above and beyond ALL other dealership car buying experiences Ive EVER had. Joel showed due diligence in selecting vehicles that met my specific requirements (type, price range, and capabilities).Also, Joel surpassed my expectations by allowing me to do unconventional thorough test drives of vehicles responses to breaking, rapid acceleration, quick turns & turning radius, and other tests over a route of my choosing. He even picked me up in the vehicle we were closing on from the car rental return several miles away from the Bonifice Heirs dealership.Finally, the finance manager Will Laurent crushed the competition and my previous dealership experiences deftly. Will displayed calm under my storm of questions and assisted me greatly navigating through the dreaded finance process obstacle course of the past effortlessly. TEN STARS.

Bought a vehicle on Monday Ive been trying to get a hold of the the folks that I worked with there at the dealer no luck so far left message, receptionist is rude... its to bad!!! Customer service is terrible after they have your signature....Update: I would like to thank all the staff that was involved With this issue They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle today.....

I was fortunate to meet Brian Gregory. He was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. He answered all our questions and was even open to picking me up at my home so we didnt have 2 cars to deal with. Pricing was fair - I looked up the pricing on-line. We bartered about items like a tow package and window tinting, since discounts werent offered. I purchased all the maintenance, dink and if a bird crashes my windshield coverage, so I can sleep better at night. The financing with Joy Carver was also 2nd to none. Joy was patient when my significant other had questions, and I had to walk away for some fresh air. Joy answered all my questions, and was able to get us an awesome rate for the purchase. I was in need of new tires for the first time since purchasing a used car here, and Bobby was so kind and walked me through the process of purchasing and getting them installed super easily. Once I called to schedule, tires were ordered by the next day, and he even fit me in on that Saturday for the service. When I arrived, Charles was so welcoming and helped check me in quickly and efficiently. The whole installation and alignment only took 2 hours which was much faster than expected.
