Joe and Jay made my buying experience perfect! I live 200 miles away from the dealership and they had the exact car I was looking for. They made the purchase process so easy and Joe even went out and took specific pictures I asked for so that I could just come out, sign and drive away. The drove over took longer then the actual transaction. Outstanding bunch of guys and a very clean, professional dealership.

Took it in for a battery replacement. They had the truck for 2 weeks. Final bill? 7k!!! Manager claims he was standing in front of the mechanic every time we were called (they have conference calls for estimates now?) We were never given pricing for anything. Called to find out the status of the truck and was told Thursday the mechanic was booked up but they would start it on Thurs afternoon. They charged us for over 35 hrs! Will definitely contact GMC on this matter along with the BBB and any other agency I can find. Never going back to this dealership and surely NOT recommend to to any friends.

Came in for an oil change and diagnostic test. The diagnostic test came back with a bad antenna for the keyless entry system. I was quoted $500 for parts and labor for the fix. The part needing to be replaced is easily accessible and only costs $40. I would have paid over $400 for labor for a part right under a seat. Not only that, but once I located where the antenna was, it was just unplugged. I specifically asked where it was and if they could just see if it was unplugged. The service rep said no, the diagnostic test said it was actually bad. Well I plugged it back in and it works without error. This dealership is trying to rip people off.

I want to thank Jay and Dave. I purchased a truck in January this year. I was so pleased with the way everything went that I brought my mom up to purchase her vehicle here not long after. We had a pleasant experience with that also. I recently had an issue with the truck. I took a chance and brought it up yesterday to just ask if there was any way that it could be remedied. Jay and Dave were fantastic! Not only did they meet me MORE than halfway solving the issue but also fixed the issue right then. Buyer from Michigan - Overall staff at Tasca were outstanding ! I first contacted GM-Jack by phone inquiring on a Corvette. Immediately I felt at ease with the conversation and felt honesty and integrity. The follow-up call was with Jamie-Internet Sales. Jamie made all arrangements for the purchase of the vehicle. She made everything very quick, easy and hassle free. I flew in from Michigan and the dealership provided transportation pickup at the airport. Bryce was the driver. Bryce was very polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with as Bryce continued to show us the vehicle and the features and assisted with the purchase paperwork. Very professional and pleasant experience. Easy to set appointment . I told them I was leaving for a 3,000 mile trip and needed my oil changed. They not only changed my oil but they checked my brakes, all my fluids and made sure my spare tire was in good condition.When I got back I had my 36,000 mile brake service done. Age discrimination! I called about coming to see a used Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 on the lot in the exact specification Ive been looking for and they refused to let me test drive the vehicle. Maybe I should have parked my $72,000 Tesla closer to the showroom to indicate that I wasnt there to play games and joyride their cars.The salesman gave me some BS about the car being Too low mileage and the GM being onsite. I understand what a 25 year old man coming to look at a mustang looks like, but Im fully capable of keeping myself under control for a short drive, let alone purchase the car outright.If youre interested in purchasing a vehicle, I suggest you look elsewhere. Otherwise youll be paying upfront for it.

Excellent service. Called Tasca spoke with J R brought car in at 2:00pm A/C not working in front, rear was operating fine. He called back At 3:45 with quote. They fixed A/C rewired blinker had an oil change, replaced fluid in transmission a d new coolant, rotated tires. He called me next morning at 9:00 am car was all fixed. Tom picked us up at home brought us to Tasca. Very very satisfied. How could you not be???

Greeted by Roy upon arrival. Very nice and helpful man! Listened and suggested but wasn’t pushy. We were deciding between a new GMC Acadia and a used Chevy Traverse that they just got on the lot. Gave us the details between the two vehicles and let us decided. After meeting with Roy and his sales manager Jay, we felt comfortable with Tasca and decided on the Traverse. Roy was extremely helpful in the whole process and we didn’t have to wait long at all to drive off the lot! Jeff in the finance dept was excellent to work with as well! This is the calmest dealership Ive ever been in and trust me Ive been to almost all of them in the local area. The employees are all very friendly and personable. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisifed and taken care of. I left a dealership after a 20 year relationship due to the lack of customer service provided and lies from the service department. This is a non pressure, no game, no pushing place to purchase a car or get service. Im very pleased I made the choice to try them.

UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE AND VERY RUDE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT!!!!Robert H. Rogerson (goes by Hans)My son was trying to buy out his lease. HANS was aware of us coming 3 DAYS before by emails and phone calls! (I sent him all the information that he requested in advance).When we came in to sign all paperwork he didnt even acknowledge us!Nothing had been done!!!He didnt even invite my son to his office for all the SECURE, PERSONAL QUESTIONS like SS#, address, etc.It was ALL done by the FRONT ENTRY DOOR to the dealership!!!By some very young boy who was moving cars in the parking lot earlier.How Unprofessional!!!Hans never spoke to my son!It took over 3 hours waiting for something (Lease Title) that should have been done and known about prior to our appointment!!!!Also, they made my son call GMC Financial to get information that was their responsibility and job to do according to the GMC Representative.It took my son over an hour with GMC on the phone to just be informed that thats the DEALER job not the customers!Jeff Rich the other Finance Manager was very rude and told me that they didnt even need to help us and do the paperwork!Called today Hans and he HUNG UP ON ME!I called back to ask for Hans Supervisor.Jay Jones (sales pearson) pick up and introduced himself as a SALE DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR OF FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT!I told him what happened.He kept asking me the same question:Whats your point?And he basically hung up on me!!!Overall all of the Financial and Sales Department was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL and RUDE!!!!I definitely would give this dealership a NEGATIVE 10 Star Service!!!!

This dealership has been the best experience, by far, in purchasing a vehicle. I recently purchased a Buick Enclave, and from the start the GM, Jack Clagg, was transparent and fair in his offer. My sales consultant, Connie, was knowledgable, friendly, and patient during the buying process. For the second time in a row, the service dept overfilled the oil by 2 qts. The employees when asked if they use synthetic oil in a diesel, either responded yes or didn’t know. They use blended. I take my own oil, because of this. When returning to dealership to advise they overfilled the oil. They suctioned 2 qts out and gave the contaminated oil to me. So I am out an additional 8.00 a qt. It should be noted that I advised the service advisor that I brought 3 gallon jugs or 12 qts as to try to avoid a repeat of the previous oil change. Oh well, what is one to do.

05-17-2021I recently move to Melbourne Florida. This is my first time coming to the Tasca dealership to get an oil change. My 2017 Sierra has only been dealer maintained. I called to schedule an appointment early morning and they were able to fit me right in. GREAT!!Once I arrived to the dealership and spoke to the service representative I mentioned to him that my left rear tire was slowly leaking air and asked him to have the mechanics check it out for me. He said he would call me if the tire required anything more than a simple patch.I received a phone call about two hours later from the service representative and he said they found that I needed rear brakes and that my valve stem was bad. By the time I’m receiving this phone call the work has already been preformed and it was going to be an additional unplanned $79 for the parts and labor.I find this to be horrible practice, the service department should have notified me of the findings before the part was replaced. Never once have I had a dealership assumed that I was going to consent to the work without speaking to me. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!Update: 05-18-2021I called the GM and spoke with him for several minutes explaining my situation. He kindly asked me to call me back once he spoke to the service representative to hear his side of the story, I completely understand that. The GM calls me back and we speak for another couple of minutes about the situation and we agree that it was a miscommunication between the service representative and myself.During this second phone call with the GM I mentioned this one star review and I said I would gladly change the review to reflect my experience with the dealership. The GM flipped his cool. He accused me of extorting him for free services. All I want is for the situation to be handled rightfully, respectfully and for the service representative to require approval for the parts before replacing them. PLEASE BE AWARE.UPDATE: 05-19-2021Once I completed the GMC Customer Service email survey that was emailed to me the following day, the service representative (JR) decided he needed to call me and tell me that I was THAT KIND OF GUY. Again all I did was go into TASCA for a oil change and mentioned to JR that I had a slow leak in the tire and asked him to have his team identify the issue. JR decided to have the valve steam replace without my consent and now that Ive spoken out about it and tried going through the proper channels to get the issue resolved I have been BLACKLISTED from the dealership. This is extremely immature for a dealership as a whole to act this way.

I went to the dealership looking for a Chevy truck that was posted online. I was greeted by Roy with a friendly smile and a handshake. He informed me that the Chevy had been sold, but quickly lead me right to a GMC Canyon with very low miles. Roy answered all my questions and I found the GMC to be exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. The whole process was very quick and painless. Recently purchased a used car from Tasca after looking around for a car that fit my specs for 6+ months. Worked with Chet to get the information I needed as I wasnt from the state and couldnt see it in person prior. Verified it was what I wanted (non GM car) and proceeded to purchase. We arrived in the parking lot of Tasca Buick on Nasa in Melbourne. Walked into the showroom floor and were immediately met by an associate and asked if we needed help. He asked Hans Rogerson to come over and help us out. He approached us with a smile and asked what we were interested in. We told him what we were looking for, showed us the vehicle and we loved it right away. When we went back in the dealership he walked over to the manager and came back with an offer. Right away, he had already come to us with every discount already included in the price and we did not have to haggle for hours like some dealerships do. We also received a fair trade and zero percent financing. Once the paperwork was ready we went to the finance manager and received the same service. This was the most pleasant car purchase we have ever encountered. Really impressed with the Tasca Buick Dealership in Melbourne and the staff, especially Hans and Jeff!

Dont waste your time at this dealer. Manager doesnt let people drive any Corvettes on the lot. Doesnt matter that youre trading in a $100,000 car that they obviously want to drive before they take it on trade. They obviously arent interested in selling any of their Corvettes it seems. Even though this visit for maintenance was complementary, I would like to compare your service with other dealers. For example, I went with my son to a Lexus dealer for his first scheduled maintenance. Heres how he was treated: We were directed to an upscale lounge with posh chairs, several TVs and even massage chairs. There was a full breakfast bar like you would find at a Hampton Inn or such. When his car was returned, it had been washed and vacuumed. His gas tank was topped off. My car just had an oil change. No vacuum, no window cleaning, not anything.

Cliff got the parts quickly and did a good job of communicating, but after spending $3500 in repairs I wouldve expected that my car wouldve at least been washed before returning it to me. My experience with this dealership was such a pleasant experience. My sales associate Charles was kind, not pushy at all and very easy to talk with. Jeff in financing was just as enjoyable to work with. I would certainly visit this dealership again and would recommend others to as well.I wanted to post a quick update after my purchase. Shortly after buying my vehicle I had an issue where my check engine light came on. A repair ended up needing to be made and I was understandable concerned. I reached out to Charles right away who was incredibly helpful. He spoke with his general Manager Jack for further help. I prepared myself for the worst case scenario, expecting some back and fourth. There was none! Jack was very quick to fix the issue and made the process painless. Clifford in the Service Department was a pleasure to work with as well. Clifford made sure to keep in communication with me throughout the entire process and helped arrange a loaner during this time. All these wonderful employees worked together to make sure I was taken care of. They really care about making their customers feel special and important, even after the sale which speaks volumes for this dealership. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

I don’t usually write reviews unless my product/experience is either exceptional or awful. I have to say my experience with Tasca on Thursday 10/1/20 far exceeded my expectations! The price of my “new” vehicle was very fair, turned out that no haggling was necessary. Which says a lot because my credit is less than desirable. They were able to get us financed with a payment very do-able for rebuilding our credit. The communication, professionalism and friendliness from our salesman, Joe were superb. When we arrived from New Smyrna Beach, the vehicle was detailed and at the front door ready for us to test drive. Our financing was secured before we drove down and all the paperwork was ready for us to sign. Will handled our financing paperwork, went over everything so it was clear and understandable. It truly was a completely non-stressful car buying experience. Once the deal was complete, Joe took us out to our new vehicle and showed us how to use all the features that the vehicles offered. Then followed up the next day to make sure we were still satisfied. Without a doubt, I would highly recommended Tasca and wouldn’t hesitate to drive the distance again for our next vehicle purchase! That was most definitely our most pleasant car-buying experience!

This dealerships service dept has always performed as expected. They do a very good job and perform quickly, while I wait. The Staff is friendly and professional. We all know that Dealerships, In general, are the High Price Provider. Tasca at least makes you feel like they earn it by treating their customers well.

Recently purchased a car from Tasca. Best and easiest purchase experience ever. Salesman Chet was knowledgeable, relaxed and made the whole experience enjoyable. No pressure, no upscale. I will use this dealership again and highly recommend them.
